- tizemple0 contributionsShanghai tourI had only one day free in Shanghai and wanted to make the most of my time. Despite the rain and recent typhoon, I really got to see a lot of the city thanks to Cindy. She made sure I got to see the things I was most interested in and I learned so much about the city along the way. Thank you so much for a great day!Written 22 September 2024
- Flyer558753135740 contributionsContact driver directly for best resultOk I was not sure if to hire this company, because some of drivers don't speak any English. But after much research I was very luck. I found that there is one English speaking driver with the company, but if you book thru their site, you never know who might show up. Best is to contact this driver directly. His name is Michael and WhatUp app is the easiest way to connect. His mobile/WhatsApp number is +86 139 1720 2442 It was an amazing experience. Imagine being stuck with driver who don't speak English.Written 17 September 2024
- CathyGarrett0 contributionsHike to the Great WallWe spent the day with Peter hiking to a more “wild” part of the Wall and worked our way to the “tourist” portion. Wow! The hike was amazing and reaching the Wall and hearing Peter’s telling of some of its history was beautiful!! I so many ways!! Highly recommend this hike/tour.Written 13 September 2024
- CathyGarrett0 contributionsSecond tour with Cindy! We loved our tour with Cindy so much that we booked this extra one before we left China. The days we spent with her were lovely and so informative. Fantastic tours and guide. She’ll make your time in China so much better!!!Written 13 September 2024
- elenasD2613SP0 contributionsIncredibile experienceincredible help/support and tour was amazing throughout the entire time in Shanghai. If ever returning to Shanghai or if friends plan a visit, this service will definitely be recommended. Thanks so much again for everything! 😊Written 23 July 2024
- Chong_lin260 contributionsGood Guides, Rushed ItineraryOur liaison, Cindy, was great. We were ferried promptly to and from railway stations. She has been patient and accommodating which made our communications a breeze. The tour itself was rather rushed. There simply wasn’t enough time to enjoy the attractions. Lingshan temple itself is probably worth a full day visit. We were immersed with the history, workmanship and architecture of the entire complex but we managed to only visit brahma temple and the main buddha statue. The lunch after temple visit was late but late is ok, we felt bad that the staffs had to work late as we arrived near 2pm. The food was the worst we had in our entire holiday though with overcooked fish and nothing noteworthy at all for a ten course meal with mostly cheap ingredients. After meal, we visited a pottery museum beside the restaurant and we liked it. Some of us enjoyed tea and using proper clay teapots so time there was well spent. That also costed us to miss a showtime at the next three kingdom city which started at 3pm. Eventually, we couldnt keep to the booked time for return train and had to reschedule to 90 mins later. Our tour guide, Ms Guan, and liaison Cindy were great and go to great lengths to make us comfortable despite our rushed schedule. My friends jointly graded this trip and decided on this score after debating between 3 stars and 4 stars. 1. Great and easygoing guide and liaison. 2. Poor food for the price (we googled the food to be worth about 1200rmb and we paid less for better elsewhere) 3. Itinerary is too rushed and not able to tour attractions completely at all. 4. Good, patient driver and vehicleWritten 21 June 2024
- R1333RSmarkh0 contributionsExcellent Shanghai Tour With CindyCindy was an excellent guide. She was all you could expect or want: knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, patient, and organized. She also spoke English very well - no communication issues. She also helped us make dinner plans for after our tour, and she made arrangements for our tour in Beijing. Cannot recommend her more highly if you need a guide on Shanghai.Written 13 May 2024
- Diane3310 contributionsGreat experience in Shanghai and Zhujiajiao WatertownCindy Wang provided 4 older women touring SE Asia on a cruise, an excellent tour of Shanghai and Zhujiajiao. She appeared right away at the entry to the arrivals area of the cruise terminal, picked us up and whisked us away to the city. We began our tour visiting Shanghai and the next day drove out to Zhujiajiao. Cindy narrated and answered questions as we went along. We began in Yuyuan Garden exploring the old and the new. We did a tea ceremony and learned much about the variety of teas and their preparation. We walked on the Bund, appreciated what felt like competing skyscrapers, visited a silk manufacturing museum/factory, and went the French concession. We learned the stories about things like the "Brides' bridge" and we ate the best soup and dumplings lunch in the city. Zhujiajiao is an old watertown, one of 10 or so in the area preserved from its days as a fishing village. Sometimes described as Venice-like because the streets are canals, it is now a walk-thru historical site full of restaurants, shops, and lots of food stands. We rode a "gondola" along the canals and enjoyed tasting traditional food and another authentic local lunch. Cindy is an excellent guide and manages a tour with a deft hand balancing the new and the old, the energy of the guests with the physical demands of an area, and the desire for an authentic experience with the reality of the city. She is fun, great company, and enthusiastic and I recommend her highly.Written 22 February 2024
- ValD290 contributionsEasy tour with own schedule and stops arrangements. We reserved car for 2 for 8 hours. Started in time at 9 a.m. from our hotel ended at Pudong airport. Car was Tesla. It was nice tour within Shanghai with a few stops from half to 2 hours for own sightseeing , shopping and photography. We are planning to use this company in next year planned tour. Thank you Cindy!!!Written 25 July 2023

- Patrizia E0 contributionsWell balanced and great prepared city tourA very well balanced tour. I like the combination of getting insights to religion (temple), food (Chinese breakfast), drinking (tea ceremony) and commercial/ leisure (Yu Garden). Great and valuable 3hours!Written 23 April 2023
- 389raould0 contributionsHighly Recommended English Speaking Private DriverEspecially for English-speakers, I wanted to highly recommend Michael. Michael is a driver I met through an established global service who like most drivers also has his own business on the side. He spoke excellent English, was incredibly helpful and very flexible. He drove me to two different appointments in Shanghai and was spot on time for both plus I changed a pick-up time earlier with total ease and instant response given that he is also on WhatsApp, which is a rarity for most Chinese. Michael not only provides airport transfers and intra-city rides, he is also open to providing half-day and full-day rides or tours around Shanghai at rates that are very reasonable. I can’t recommend him enough and plan to use him for all of my future trips here. His mobile/WhatsApp number is +86 139 1720 2442.Written 30 March 2023
- Nita D0 contributionsInteresting cultural tripAries, our guide, had excellent knowledge of the area. Standout parts of the tour were the visit to the temple and learning about all the CNY traditions that were taking place at the time of our trip. There was only one stop for food on the tour which was a local cafe style restaurant with great noodles and dumplings. I would have preferred to try a couple of different places to eat, and eat less at each place, rather than one massive meal at one stop, but the food was good nonetheless. Think of it as a cultural tour with food rather than a food tour which to be fair is what is advertised. Unfortunately, much of the area is changing rapidly and with covid not many tours have run recently, so there were a few things in the tour that were no longer available to see or visit, but Aries was great at providing alternatives - one being a great visit to a local tea shop where the people were so generous with their time and there was lots of TEA! He was really easy to get along with and very thoughtful of our needs and wants, so that the tour was flexible.Written 2 February 2023

Wonderful, fun and informative trip for the whole family with minimum glitches. Thanks to Cindy who arranged and provide instantaneous feedback during the planning stage as well as the tour. Our guide, Mei Ling and her driver, at Huangshan was also great and fun. Will surely recommend to family and friends.

Cindy was a great guide for our trip to huangshan .she arranged everything for us and We’re picked up at all the various sites in a most efficient manner. I think Cindy would be fun to go shopping with and I wanted to do her knock-off shopping trip, but I ran out of time. Thank you Cindy we had a great tour !

Huangshan is stunningly beautiful. However, if you want to catch the sunrise on camera do not listen to your guide. Just go early. Otherwise you will not get a good spot. The mountain is crowded and really busy.
The 4-star hotel does not deserve 4 stars. It was smelly, moldy and worn-out. Too expensive for the overall package.
