We did a private night foodie tour with Melinda (4 ppl) - it was fantastic! there was so much food we had to start asking for less! A real range of foods and places and definitely off the beaten track of the touristy stuff which was amazing. Melinda was the perfect host. Highly recommend!

I’d like to say a big ‘Thank you very much’ to Sunny Tours for organizing such a fabulous tour. My family and I would also like to say how much we appreciated our guide, Sammi, who was a delight!. She was very personable and friendly, speaks fantastic English, and was very involved with us and interested in giving us the best personalized experience, and she handled everything beautifully. We started from our hotel, Sammi was perfectly on time and we joined her in a spacious luxury vehicle to take us first to the Zoo, then again onto Water Town. On the journey Sammi gave us insights into the various buildings and architecture along the way, until we reached the zoo. Sammi took care of all of the administration and ticketing, and we felt cared for all the way. It was winter in Shanghai while we were there, and the zoo was very late in terms of visitors, so much so, that we felt like we were having a private tour of the zoo. Sammi was always ensuring that we went to the places that we wanted to see rather than it being a set tour, very personalized, which made us feel well looked after. We had an excellent experience there. We then traveled to the historic Water Town area, and Sammi also showed her care here, by ensuring we had access to Western style restrooms prior to us entering the town. A small, but very important point! We were guided extremely well through the town and another point to note was how personalized our tour was. For instance, we shared that we love cats, and later in the day, during our tour of the Watertown, she found us a cat café, so we could indulge ourselves there. Also, our family has various challenges with food, and Sammi was very careful to ensure the restaurant that we stopped at for lunchworked with us and she thenordered the most appropriate dishes and even some that were not on the menu to support us. The food was delicious by the way! Everything about the tour was beautifully handled, and Sammi has a great knowledge of Shanghai and gave us a really good insight into the city and its history. We rate her and Sunny Tours five stars and would absolutely recommend her and the tour company to anyone looking for an excellent experience in Shanghai.

Despite of the hectic schedules and conflicting times, my family, with the help of our travel guide Sunny, we were able to explore Huangpu river cruise and experience the elegance and beauty of Shanghai's night skyline. Our guide Kalvin was so professional, helpful, friendly, and approachable. No problem communicating with for he is very fluent in English and we were so happy and grateful for his company. Love love love Shanghai!Will definitely visit again in the near future!

Our tour was supposed to be on an original date, but due to another conflicting activity, we have to move this tour to the next day and i am so relieved that Sunny reconsidered it. She was so accommodating and helpful to my needs and above all, I had no difficulty communicating with her as she was very fluent in English and gave me options regarding the tour. Our guide Kalvin was also very fluent in English and he tells in-depth about the history of Shanghai. He's definitely our best guide even though we only had a little time to be with him(this is so sad). This tour was one of the best of our visit to China and definitely, in Shanghai! Hope we can go back again in the near future. My big, big thanks to Sunny and Kalvin for their courtesy and hospitality!

Imagine having to travel about 1300km to and fro in a day and in a foreign land and not speaking the local language for a couple in their 60s in an almost 0 degree climate and having to go up the mountains and trail on the mountain peaks... Well Sunny Tour Shanghai has made it feel like a breeze. The agency sent a personnel to fetch me and my wife right at the hotel doorstep in a good car and send us to the Shanghai train station and right into the the bullet train seats.He only left after we are comfortably seated in our train seats. Throughout the train ride to Beijing the agency never failed to keep in contact with us via Wechat to assure us of our safety and comfort.And also guide us how to exit the train. At Beijing we were welcomed by a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide who made our trip up in the Great Walls very enjoyable and comfortable. We were even surprised by a comprehensive tour of Beijing in a private MPV for just me and my wife. On return similarly we guided right on how to get to our train seats correctly and comfortably. And they never failed to keep in contact with us via Wechat messaging Back in Shanghai we were received and sent back to the hotel. It was an excellent service.
