Customer service provided a clear instruction for tourists on where to meet the driver and even linked up thru WeChat. The designated driver was friendly and even shared a little of Suzhou. The driver was advised on where and how long we should visit each place.

We loved this tour. Seeing the pandas in China was a great experience. Water Town was amazing. We came on a cruise ship and had some timing challenges but Sunny was very helpful in navigating the timing issues and making this an amazing experience for us. Ken was our driver/tour guide and he was fantastic.

We spent the day with Sammi, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. She showed up right on time, super friendly, and her English was perfect, so communication was completely effortless. The car? A super comfy, modern 7-seater—clean, spacious, and perfect for the 2 of us. We had the option to pick where we wanted to go, but we decided to just roll with Sammi’s suggestions, and wow, she nailed it! She took us to the coolest places, each one better than the last. Sammi knows so much about the city’s history, and the stories she told were honestly fascinating. She’s such a great storyteller, and we could’ve listened to her all day. She also made sure the whole day was exactly what we wanted. For lunch, she picked the perfect spot—exactly the vibe we were looking for. Great food, great atmosphere, and just a super fun time hanging out with her. Honestly, this was the best tour I’ve ever done. We had an amazing day tour with Kalvin. There were 4 of us & we got a 7 seater van. Kalvin was very knowledgeable about Shanghai history, patient (restroom breaks, etc), and spoke English very well. learned a lot about the places we visited. For lunch, he checked for any dietary restrictions, which was none. We wanted to try local cuisine, he took us to a nice restaurant and ordered different local authentic food and we love every single item. We will definitely go with Kalvin again when we return to Shanghai.

The tour guide Sammi was super friendly, easy to talk to and proud to show us her version of the Watertown and Shanghai. The tour felt personalised and tailored to us. It was lovely going to the water town, so peaceful and scenic. Sammi’s recommendations for our lunch were excellent too. We visited the bund and Yu garden thereafter. Definitely recommend this!

We love everything about this trip, guide, driver, car and all logistics. Melinda is our tour guide and she has provided exemplary services. She has provided us with great suggestion on itinerary that we can maximise the one day trip to explore both Shanghai and Zhujiajiao. She went extra miles to take good care of us and made sure we are in good hands and have plenties of family photos home. She recommended us to eat really authentic meals and they are all great suggestions. We love to go back and have her as our tour guide again in the future. The driver, I forgot to ask his name, is also very polite and kind to offer to take care of my son when he was lazy to walk and wanted to be in the car waiting for us.

We ended the day at Tianzifang, where he brought the area’s arts and culture to life. Mason’s warmth and expertise made this an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

Last minute tour and Roy and the Sunny team came through. Called at around 2pm to be picked up at 6 the same day and the whole thing was perfrctly planned Roy knee his history and I wouldn't have changed a thing.
