Just want to let you know that we just returned from a trip to Costa Rica with Caravan Tours. It was great! Our tour guide Martha was fantastic. She knew about all of the local birds, history, fauna and culture of the country. Our bus driver could not have been better. Sergio could drive a bus where I would not want to drive my car. You may think that you want to drive there, but I would advise think again. Most of the roads off of the main highways are narrow and have hairpin curves. This eight day excursion gave you a good feel of the country. The country itself is great. They have environmental laws that make the US almost look like a backwards country. They value their environment and strive to make it to keep that way and it shows. They are pushing for the green environment. The country is all of 5.3 million mostly scattered over a country the size of Virginia. We would definitely recomend it.

Read before you go there because most likley you will be harrassed by the abusive stuff working there - called alex aqunino! You should fire the person called alex aqunino or whatever you spell it - the one being receptionist at the tourist info desk. This person is so disgusting and disrespectful and purposely put me on the wrong shuttle which was not the one for tourists but the one for the hotel personnel. They refused to stop me at my hotel and kept driving out of La Fortuna so I had to shout to the driver and insist to bring me back. This was like a kidnapping experience and this person will be reported to the police for harrassing tourists! Shame on you - what a disgusting place which tolerate to abuse tourists in La Fortuna!

We really wanted to find a zip line to get our adrenaline running with a great view of the jungle. This definitely delivered. There was even an option to repel at the end. I was super nervous when we arrived but the guides were very helpful and made me feel comfortable. We chose to come back in the evening to do the hot springs we enjoyed the flexibility and felt it was a great price. I even had a red eyed tree frog hop out on me at the hot springs. Super cool!

The bus was on time picking up. The boat ride across Lake Arenal was very beautiful. It all worked really well and everyone was very friendly.

We had two families, four adults and four kids. We wanted to go zip lining and were not sure where to go. This place was awesome! The whole experience. We felt safe the entire time and our kids who had never gone zip lining before wanted to go a second time once we were all done. The front desk agent Diego along with the crew of five guys made the experience awesome! The lines are made out of carbon fiber or something and are safer than steel. We even did the Tarzan jump, which was insane but after doing it once I wanted to do it again! A+++++

My family took a vacation to Costa Rica for a few days and deciding to do Go Adventure Parks Zip Lining was one of the BEST DECISIONS WE EVER MADE! Not only are the staff super nice and helpful, but by the end of it we were having so much fun with all of our tour guides! We got to all go to hot springs across the street afterwards which was included with our canopy tour. The canopy tour itself was extremely scenic and definitely worth your while. The presentation on the Maleku Tribe people at the conclusion of the tour was an even greater privilege to learn about and have the opportunity to buy some of their beautiful painted masks and art work to take home!!

The guides were wonderful - very professional and supportive of our whole family. My husband and son were more adventurous, while my daughter and I were a little more scared about the whole experience, but we never felt rushed or uncomfortable. The Tarzan swing was great fun for the guys. The whole set-up was safe, but exciting. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy the whole resort - warm pools, cool pools, views of the lagoon, butterfly garden, turtles. I recommend this wonderful company.

Me and my boyfriend took this canopy tour with Antonio and four of his colleagues. We were a small group of only four doing the canopy and five guides, we figured we would be lucky. Turned out we wren't. Antonio was the only one speaking english and he was around for the first zipline, then he went the second and my boyfriend and I were with a guy who spoke no english at all. The instructions were in accordance not good and my boyfriend lost balance hurting his arm badly. I was shocked when I saw his raw flesh. We asked if someone would do the next line with him together because obviously we were afraid and also he was in pain. They declined that - with 5 guides! My mom did canopy in monteverde and she was afraid, too. No problem there that someone does the lines with you. After going two other lines a woman attended to his wounds, rather poorly, but at least something. Of course he took the stairs there and then and left - no way of doing the other 9 lines with that injury and those guys not being able to speak english. The other two guys with us spoke spanish and had no problem. Also they got the second safety harnest from the very beginning, which my boyfriend only got after having injured himself. My conclusion for anybody with no spanish and a bit respect of heights: don't use this company. Go to Monteverde. Better safety instructions, english speaking guides and customer friendly. Also: here we had to sign a waver that injuries and death might occur. I asked later around others - this is not normal. Other companies do not let you sign something like this which speaks for itself. We paid bitterly for this realisation, as swimming won't be an option for the rest of our stay in costa rica.

We always stay at Los Lagos, so Los Canones Zip Line office is a short walk. Go there to reserve your tour as you msy save some money. The guides are the best, ask for Antonio and tell him Rick & Barbara sent you. The new carbon fiber lines are smooth and fast, and they also have a new Tarzan Swing.

Miguel was our tour guide and he did an excellent job. He took us through the arenal mountain hanging bridges where you go through a private park to see the wildlife and plant life in Costa Rica. He spotted numerous frogs snakes and birds that you could barely see without his assistance. He told us the mutiple uses of plants within the park and told us how the indigenous tribes still use many of the plants for medicinal purposes today. He took plenty of pictures of us and of the wildlife if we could not get a good shoot. I would highly recommend using this company for any tour if you are near la fortuna or the arenal mountain area in Costa Rica.

Our guides were awesome. The zipling was great. We rode ATVs to the zipling area. Both activities were fun and the guides AWESOME. I would recommend these activity. We also did the Paola Vera river tour. We saw a myriad of birds, crocodiles, bats and monkeys. Lunch was delicious. The guide funny and very knowledgeable. I would do this tour again as well

Me and my cousin were the only two on the zipline tour with Brian and Antonio and we had a blast! It was super nerve-wracking in the beginning but after the first few lines we had so much fun! Our guides were so friendly and so much fun, we had a blast with them! Thank you for an amazing first day in La Fortuna, you guys made the experience even better! We also were able to get a day pass to Los Lagos and their hot springs with our zipline tour which was a great way to relax! There is also an amazing lookout point in the resort where you can get a great picture of the volcano!

i had never been zip lining before, and i was absolutely terrified. you start out by climbing to a super high platform, and then you do 7-8 different zip lines. there's also a tarzan sort of rope swing towards the end. i made it to the swing, but i backed out on the last zip line, which was the longest. my friend loved this place, and i highly recommend it if you're comfortable zip lining (i was not - it's scarier than skydiving, in my opinion!).

The highlight of our Costa Rica vacation. It was exciting, the guides were helpful and a lot of fun and the scenery was breathtaking. I highly recommend this excursion. The hot springs at the resort were also very nice and there is also a cold pool with an awesome waterslide to cool down.
