Antonia, Bryan, Kiko and Diego was fantastic guides for our zip lining adventure. They treated the whole family with respect and patience and were very professional with the equipment and safety aspects. Highly recommended, a great experience.

The entire crew was very friendly and very professional. My family had an absolute blast. We were lucky enough to be in a smaller group and we’re given the choice to do the jungle swing for me. It will be a once in a lifetime experience because I never want to feel that drop again, but my other family members loved it and there is no pressure to do it. Zip lines are amazing. We saw monkeys in the trees above the lines. The crew was more than willing to allow us to take our own pictures instead of paying the fee, although I am sure those pictures will be beautiful for those that shoes to have the professional photographer film their group. I would recommend this to anyone and the price is very competitive for the region. It also felt very safe. I can’t remember all of the names, Miguel and, his comrades were all friendly and helpful. Thank you all for the great experience. The included hot springs all day pass complete with garden/zoo access, complete with free well appointed locker/changing rooms makes it an outstanding value. Thank you all.

We did horseback riding and zipline with this compnay and both were amazing! The horses were beautiful and gentle. In the stables there were several foals with their mothers. We went to a mirador and had a great view of the Arenal Volcanoe and a lake. This included the hotsprings but weren't able to go in due the heavy rain. Zipline was a blast!! The guides, Antonio, explained the process, safety measures and extremely patient with us. This was the first time for some of us and that kindness made a difference. The views were amazing as you zip over the canopy. You could see a small waterfall and creek at the bottom. The family that went before us, saw monkeys! This also included the hot springs which was fun. You can also purchase a USB with pictures, so worth it. The drinks and food are inexpensive. The bartender by the pool was great, friendly and equally as curious about us as we were about him, Oscar, as we are chatters and like to get to know people. Would recommend both these activities in a heartbeat. Pura Vida!

Just want to let you know that we just returned from a trip to Costa Rica with Caravan Tours. It was great! Our tour guide Martha was fantastic. She knew about all of the local birds, history, fauna and culture of the country. Our bus driver could not have been better. Sergio could drive a bus where I would not want to drive my car. You may think that you want to drive there, but I would advise think again. Most of the roads off of the main highways are narrow and have hairpin curves. This eight day excursion gave you a good feel of the country. The country itself is great. They have environmental laws that make the US almost look like a backwards country. They value their environment and strive to make it to keep that way and it shows. They are pushing for the green environment. The country is all of 5.3 million mostly scattered over a country the size of Virginia. We would definitely recomend it.

So much fun, felt very safe, professional guides! Scared of heights but so worth it! Great views of the jungle and volcano.

Read before you go there because most likley you will be harrassed by the abusive stuff working there - called alex aqunino! You should fire the person called alex aqunino or whatever you spell it - the one being receptionist at the tourist info desk. This person is so disgusting and disrespectful and purposely put me on the wrong shuttle which was not the one for tourists but the one for the hotel personnel. They refused to stop me at my hotel and kept driving out of La Fortuna so I had to shout to the driver and insist to bring me back. This was like a kidnapping experience and this person will be reported to the police for harrassing tourists! Shame on you - what a disgusting place which tolerate to abuse tourists in La Fortuna!

Great experience! Total of 13 lines with experienced staff. So much fun! After zip-lining, we also got access to the resort which had a restaurant, swim up bar and various pools- hot springs and regular pools. Super relaxing!

We had a blast! The canopy ziplines were fun, fast and well worth the money. Our guides Donald and Jefferson were fun, entertaining and very experienced. Even in the pouring rain (we came at the tail end of the rainy season), it didn't slow us down. Would highly recommend!

This was simply amazing! We booked it through Mystico bridges as a package deal and wow! We had a small group so they made me do the Tarzan swing and I'm so thankful they did! Something I would have never done! These guys are fun, experienced and very safe. Alonso Diego and Chino were so great. Go on this tour! You're not going to regret it. -severin -annie

The excursion was a lot of fun! The four guides (Miguel, Antonio, Kiko, Alonzo) were awesome and made the tour extra fun! Our group was lucky enough to do the Tarzan swing and wow what a time! Would recommend this tour to anyone!

We booked this thru our hotel, and it was a really fun experience! They have carbon fiber cables which allows for some really fast rides. While it was not the longest Zipline your we've been on, it was a great experience. The guides are focused on safety, but entertainment as well. We have a mildly autistic teen, and they were initially hesitant that he could follow the safety protocols, which I can respect, but he was able to keep up. My only regret is that there were not more lines. Our reservation also came with an entrance to the hot springs at the resort, which were amazing! Worth a visit!

From Canada and stopped in a couple of days in La Fortuna. This place came highly recommended and OMG, so happy we picked this place over Baldi Hot Springs! I am scared of heights but was determined to do some Zip Line and hot springs! What an experience it was for my husband and I, Zip Lined 12 lines and at the end, a bonus Tarzan Swing - what an experience it was but partly due to the amazing guides who knew how to help with the fear! They were amazing, thanks so much to Antonio Roiz, Miguel Hurtado, Alonzo Espinosa, Donal Valenciano and Oscar Bonilla. Than back to the resort to enjoy a simply breathtaking taking view of Arenal Volcano, a full afternoon and evening in the hot spas! We took a small break to enjoy our included supper, that again, for the small price, the meal was one of the best I had here in Costa Rica, again our waiter Henry added a special touch. All of this in one day for only 82$pp…simply can’t beat that anywhere for what you get! Book now, you won’t regret it!! Thank you Canopy Los Cañones for taking another item of my bucket list! I will be forever grateful ❤️

The zip-lining was fun! The view over canopies were breathtaking! If you are feeling extra adventurous like myself, they also have an opportunity to jump (similar to bungee jumping). The staff were professional and very nice. The equipment was in great condition and I felt safe riding the lines. It was also nice to have a person to take professional pictures (albeit at a price) to capture moments that phone camera’s won’t. They also took us to hot springs and it was just at a resort and I didn’t like it. But that was minor as I just wanted to zip line.

This was an excellent choice to experience two of the main attractions in La Fortuna: ziplining and hot springs! We had the best day. The zip lines were amazing, the guides were really great, it was so enjoyable and exciting! I had never done ziplining before but felt very safe and capable with the guides! Afterward you can relax in the hot springs in the luxurious Los Lagos which was perfect after all the adrenaline from ziplining. Loved all of it.

We had a great time! The guys that gave us the tour including the driver were really nice. I had an amazing experience!
