Miguetours is absolutely exceptional, and in some ways almost felt like they saved our lives. We had a rough visit to Costa Rica, consisting of torrential downpours, flooding, cancelled flights, the list goes on. The day of our transfer from Santa Teresa to Liberia airport, Miguetours was the first to notify us of the airport closure. This helped us to get a head start on rebooking our flights and figuring out alternative plans. We were then notified of flooding roads before our scheduled departure time in the morning, and Miguetours tried every alternative to get to us safely and get us safely out of Santa Teresa. He waited throughout the day until road conditions improved and picked us up at 6PM. He consistently communicated with us to keep us in the loop, and navigated roads and routes that were closed at a late hour to get us safely to our destination. It was kind of a scary time for us and Miguetours truly was a shining light in our darkness. We can't thank him enough for the determination and safety-first approach they took in getting us home. Thank you x a million, Miguetours! We will only use this transportation when we return to Costa Rica!

Thank you tremendously to Miguetours Transfers and Tours for all the help they provided to myself and my clients!! Liberia airport was closed due to weather/repairs and Miguetours reached out to let me know that the flights were being cancelled because of the airport closure. They kept tabs on the flight status and airport status and accommodated my clients when their flight was finally rescheduled the following day. They were helping me to find alternate solutions for the clients in the event that their flight had to be rerouted. I appreciate the help and professionalism! 100% will use this company again!

Miguetours driver was waiting for our arrival at the San Jose Airport. Our plane had to circle for over an hour due to another aircraft having an emergency. I kept in touch with my driver via Whatsapp and he assured me it was ok. On our final approach we had to abort our landing and was diverted to Liberia Airport. MigueTours is a family business with a father and 2 sons. One of the sons was in Liberia and dispatched to pick us up. There knew our situation because they monitor the airports website. Muguetours was amazing

Booked transfer from airport to Dreams hotel. Driver was waiting outside with name of sheet as stated. Van transport, nothing fancy but did the job. 2 hour drive to Dreams as expected Delivered as promised. Happy to recommend or book their services again.

Upon arriving to Costa Rica, I was greeted by my driver. He had my name on a sign! He was very welcoming and kind. My driver got me safely to my resort. He was very informative about the country and activities I could partake in during my stay. The company provided great communication in regards to my pick up and drop off time to the airport! Just came back from Costa Rica yesterday and they were amazing. Very punctual and reliable! We made a pit stop to take a scenic picture and even got a little history lesson as we drove by a couple of landmarks. Excellent service to and from to say the least! We would confidently book with them again in a heartbeat.

This family owened father and son business was excellent. They were ready and waiting for us at the Liberia airport. He took us to Guanacaste. They placed our luggage in the back, helped us get the baby seat attached and was very kind. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Also, the BEST price for group transportation. You cannot go wrong. Miguetours was such an incredible find to make our Costa Rica vacation complete. Originally recommended to us for a transfer from the airport to our Airbnb, we quickly jumped on the many opportunities they offer for tours. Eitel even came to our house to go over tours and pricing and to make everything very easy for us. We did the waterfall/volcanic spa tour getting to ride horses to a hidden waterfall, then relaxing in a natural spa, and had the most amazing lunch. We also did the La Leona tour which felt like a tougher hike, but there was also a woman walking it with a cane, so I don't know what that says about me, but it is definitely more intermediate hiking to get to, but was still an amazing photo opportunity. We also had two in our group decide on the Nicaragua tour, and although it was a little nerve wrecking to be passed off at the border, our guide that met us on the other side was great, he was so well informed, taught us a lot about the history and culture, made any stops we wanted at cute little shops, or bathrooms, and got us back safely before dark. Luis ended up being our driver for the week, and he did a lot to make sure we, as a group of women, felt safe. He always kept a watchful eye on us, and also was really nice to make any stops as well. If you want to have an incredible adventure, and feel like a king/queen chose Miguetours.

We booked our transfer ahead of time, while still in the US and trusted they would show up. We were not disappointed. Loise arrived on time to pick us up and gave us ample time for lunch on the way. All our dealings with Eitel, setting up this transfer, were very pleasant and kind. I highly recommend Miguetours Transfers.

I would like to highly recommend Miguetours Tranfers and Tours for transportation needs. We were a family of 28, arriving and departing at different times. Miguetours handled all the group's transfers flawlessly and they were very punctual. Our drivers were friendly and helpful. They made the drive very pleasant

The transfer was flawless and the individual had our name on a sign at airport which made it very easy. After we went thru customs Miguel was waiting for us and transportation went smoothly. From the RIU back to the airport the driver was right on time. We were scheduled to leave at 1:30pm and left the resort at 1:28pm. Communication thru email with Miguel was super easy as and he always got back to us if we had questions. We would use his service again 100%.

Wonderful Tours at Fantastic prices. Easy to book via WhatsApp and significantly cheaper than other operators - they will devise individual private tours and you can visit places an attractions at your leisure and not surrounded by a whole coach load of people (and pay a lot less than those who went with main excursion companies). Our driver Miguel was always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. 5 Stars.
