This was a 2 hour private horseback riding trip along the beach and surrounding areas. The scenery was beautiful. However our guide wasn’t much of a “tour guide”. He pointed out a couple of places but otherwise barely spoke to us. So, if you are interested in a mellow 2 hour ride, this is for you. If you are looking for a more engaging tour, then I would look elsewhere. There are horseback riding opportunities all along Conchal Beach (which I didn’t know beforehand), so you don’t really need to book in advance and can comparison shop based on the guide by just walking along that beach.

We just recently visited Costa Rica & absolutely loved it. The country is beautiful, people are super friendly & helpful and most importantly we felt very safe even late at nights in dimm locations and there are plenty of those because public lighting is minimal. But what stuck out was our visit to Flamingo beach. We got our massages on the beach, I highly recommended it and @ $40/hr you can’t go wrong. Great finish to a relaxing day on the beach. At dusk we are walking back to our car and noticed what appeared to be public showers. There were a few people in front of us and by our turn, a security guard named Edwin approached us and says, its for guests only. We started to turn around and walk away without even replying or arguing but I guess the lady in front of us was so second hand embarrassed that she says in Spanish to the guard this couple is with us. To which he responds no they are not and proceed to argue with her and signals us to leave. Thats where I thought he went out of his way to make a point and earn my review. Its almost as if he had to stand his ground instead of just letting it go. why Edwin ? I was already walking away. That was uncalled for Edwin. You were by far the rudest person we ran into at Costa Rica during our visit. You didn’t know for sure if we were guests, or going to the bar and insisted to argue with the lady in Spanish over a feet shower. WOW

The view was amazing, the guides were friendly, and the horses were calm. White sand beaches from horseback? Yes!!! Cannot recommend enough.

Nice cabana shade and beach chairs. Helpful staff. Reasonable price. Highly recommended. A no hassle day at the beach.

Ricardo was our guide and he was AMAZING! The horses were sweet and well behaved. Alvaro was accommodating to last minute health issues and we were so grateful! We LOVED seeing the shore and some inland beauty on this tour! 🤩

This is the only way to go to Flamingo Beach! Alvaro, Walter and the whole crew took care of setting up the shade, chairs, towels, cooler with waters, boogie boards and even a Bluetooth speaker. They even made we had a shaded spot to park our car. We also opened a tab at Coco Loco and they checked on us for our food and drink needs periodically. One tip is to bring a little cash (Colones) for tips.

“Goose” our guide was very knowledgeable regarding birds, reptiles, monkeys etc He was entertaining with lots of costa Rican history. His driver Victor was helpful and very experienced behind the wheel. The Costa Rican lunch we had at a local family restaurant was colourful and so delicious and there was lots to eat. Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed ourselves thanks to Our wonderful guide and driver. I also must give credit to our boat driver who also had an experienced eye to spot wild life

These guys are efficient and at your service to ensure your stay is perfect. The chairs are so company. Sure wish we had this service at our local beaches!

Worth the shade, chair, and cooler. But there was zero concierge services. We were asked where we wanted our tent and picked a spot. Then we were told we had to move closer to the restaurant if we wanted our concierge to be able to Province food services. So we had the tent moved. After we settled in no one ever came back for any type of concierge services. We were told to text if we needed anything, so I messaged the main person on WhatsApp. We never heard back from him. Pretty disappointing and not an accurate description of services. Poor communication.

Alvaro was awesome!. He set us up for a private day on the beach, with drinks and a fine luch, ATV tour, river rafting, jet ski rentals, recommended surf shops and helped with dinner reservations. He did it all and made our stay so easy and Incredibly fun. Thank you so much Alvaro, we really enjoyed working with you. Hopefully we'll see you again :-)

Once we found the purveyor who didn't respond to our inquiry about where to meet him we found our tents set up but no chairs or table. They showed up a half hour later. Ice and the water we were promised came an hour and a half later after two requests were made. Great beach.

We arrived they immediately set up a tent, chairs, tables, cooler full of drinks and they kept checking in. They are extremely attentive. Great day at the beach!

Alvaro from Best Beach concierge is a great choice for booking a variety of tours and experiences. He is extremely friendly, prompt and checks back in to make sure everything went well. Our group used him to book Lazy Lizard, Diamante and Palo Verde. His prices are fair and he supports local people.

I have rented many times and always first class .. I would high recommend , My family and I always look forward to our next time

We rented a tent with chairs, ice chest, and games on Flamingo Beach. Alvaro and his staff are incredible. They set the tent up every morning and took it down every night. Anything you need he can handle.
