Awesome Adventurous tour with my 15 yr old son! We started off our tour with our ATV guide who was super friendly spoke very good english and was very accommodating to our wants. We ride for bout 30 min on the ATV’s to the ziplining through brush and down sandy trails def bring a change of clothes if your going out afterwards which we were prepared for so no biggie. We arrived at the ziplining place abd gad to wait bout an hour till we left but no biggie they have a pool there you can use and just take a break. The ziplining was the best ive ever done the staff was filled with fun and interactive and are there to make sure you have a good time. I would recommend to others! Andy was our ATV guide

This was an amazing start to our holiday, I don't think there could have been anything better for experiencing such a range of activities. It was a real one stop shop, and it was so great. I agree with the rest of the reviews, that you are a little rushed through each activity, but we still enjoyed each one. Definitely worth the money! The place you go to is a separate company, which I think different tour guides on TripAdvisor take you to. Our guide was so friendly and helpful, excellent communication, and he provided water and towels for us too which was really kind. Also the highlight of the trip was the lunch - my god, the food was incredible. The only reason we gave 4 out of the 5 is some of the guides at the actual destination weren't always the friendliest or most helpful, and the horse riding was quite simple and wasn't a proper adventure, but as far as Pininos Adventures goes, I would definitely recommend!

This was so much fun! A shuttle picked us up from our condo which was very convenient. We had Andy for our ATV tour and he was so great, made sure we all knew what was going on and we had so much fun with him! The tour was great, we saw local homes and had a fun terrain for the ATVs. We had Alan and Stuart for our zipline tour and they were great too! The ziplines were fun and our guides made it even more fun. Such a great tour, would definitely do again!

We’re a blended family of 7 people. This was an Awesome experience for kids from 7 to (a lot) more than 7!! Highly recommend our tour guide, Andy!!! ❤️

I came to Costa Rica with a friend and took this tour over 3 years ago in winter 2021. Now coming back spring 2024 with my Dad, I've booked it again because the last time was so great I wanted to go again and show him as well! Super fun day with beautiful views. Our guide was super knowledgeable and amazing!

We rented a UTV and our guide led us on an hour-long adventure through the dirt roads, streams and forests of the local area before bringing us to the zipline course. The course had 9 lines and we felt like we were in great hands throughout. Our zipline guides were experienced professionals and the equipment was in great condition and we felt very safe. On the last few lines, the howler monkeys hooted at us and we zipped by. : ) Afterward, we rode for another 45 minutes back to camp with a short stop near a stream to look at group of monkeys lounging all over the branches of an enormous tree. I wasn't sure what to expect but everything was perfect. If you have back issues, you should know that the ATV/UTV drives to and from were quite bumpy. For us, it was a lot of fun and everyone who took us on this adventure was friendly and kind. We also liked that it was close to Tamarindo. Other excursions require 3 hours total in bus, just getting there and then getting back. This was closer to 20 minutes on a bus to get there and another 20 minutes on a bus to get back. No wasted time. Note: The oldest person in our party was 53. The youngest was 12. Great for everyone.

Lovely to watch wildlife on this trip , Carlos was authentic Costa Rica guide , his knowledge was outstanding , it was worth it wake up early to enjoy this amazing trip , Food was excellent authentic typical food

We found Carlos and his team to be friendly, punctual, great communicators, and overal to have incredible knowledge while leading great tours

We did the Miravelles Waterfalls tour and Crater Volcano. Two short little hikes with amazing views and a dip in a waterfall pool. Our tour guide was great. Chatted with us about the area, the country etc. was very informative. Lunch was delicious.

Great customs , guide were patient and friendly , well organized and Carlos was the best .. River tubing was really safe and adventures

The experience was overall hassle free and our tour guide made sure we went to all the activities at times when we wouldn’t be crowded … which also meant leaving early in the morning (totally worth avoiding the crowd though). I also thought it was worth buying the photo package so I didn’t have to worry about getting my phone wet or anything. My only small complaint was I felt a bit rushed through some of the activities. I didn’t feel like we could take our time. In fact I’m not sure I would have even been aware where the volcano even was or what river we were on if I didn’t ask questions. We were not given any time to simply enjoy the scenery. It was a very - get in - do the stuff- get out- type of day. Everyone was very friendly though.

The guide for the ATV tour and zip line were the best! The trail can be a little uneven and difficult at some points although was so much fun

Perfect short zip line excursion close to the hotel for our family of 4! We did 8 different ziplines. Allen and Spaghetti were very nice and helpful. It was safe and fun! Rainer, our driver, was also very nice.

We had two tours with Pininos Adventures during our honeymoon. The guides were amazing and so knowledgeable! They made our tours so personalized and showed us so many amazing things. They arrived to pick us up early and were so friendly the entire tour! They offered to take pictures and even air dropped us all the pictures they took on their phones! We went to Rio Celeste waterfall for a hike and stopped at the nature preserve and went on a UTV tour to two different beaches. We were the only ones with our guide on the hike which was awesome to go at our own pace and customize the tour how we wanted. Definitely would recommend this company!

Our group of 14 had an amazing adventure! The tour guides were attentive and made sure everyone was having a great time. We saw monkeys while ziplining, which was super exciting. I would definitely recommend booking with Pininos!
