We did the full day waterfall adventure during the first day of our honeymoon in Costa Rica. It was outstanding! We went to 3 different beautiful waterfalls, had lunch, and spent time at a stunning beach. The whole crew was very kind and supportive about the jumps and not pushy at all. I was terrified as I’m afraid of heights, but did them all except the 30 ft jump and had lots of fun. We also got interesting history about Costa Rica on the way. This was the most professional wonderful adventure tour I have ever experienced. The whole team was focused not just on fun but also on safety of our whole group. There was a great ratio of between guides and guests. This tour gave us different types of waterfalls and scenery. It was well thoughtout, well planned, and well executed. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Costa Rica. It was a thrill and a highlight of our trip.

Ishmael , fabula and the Gang (sexy South African, Boston and the driver) we're very professional and tentative. We had a few older people in the group. And they made sure everyone was very safe and well taken care of. The tilapia was amazing at the end of the tour. But the cliff jumping and waterfalls were the highlight for sure!! Wow! Can’t say better things about Paddle9 and the guides on the trip! Ken, Fabiola, Ariel, Alejandro & Jumi were fantastic. These guys were experienced & very knowledgeable. They made sure everyone felt comfortable & didn’t push anyone to do things they may not want to do. We had a blast & they made sure everyone felt included & was having a good time. Paddle 9 did an amazing job with our all day experience. The crew: Ken, Ariel, Fabiola, Alejandro, and Umi did a fantastic job. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Every participant was encouraged to join in on the jumps and the crew facilitated everyone one’s needs / comfort. Highly recommend this experience and this crew!

A short hike to the waterfall, followed by swimming and cliff jumping from various heights. My husband did the lower falls jump and loved the adrenaline rush, while I opted for a smaller jump in the upper falls. Rasta (Roberto) and Ismael were excellent guides and really made us feel comfortable and safe. Ismael also gave us some great historical background on our car ride to the falls, and he and Roberto showed us how to make organic clay masks at the falls. They were the best! Also, we got to birdwatch afterwards while eating lunch, which was delicious and could be made to accommodate a vegetarian diet.

The group was very professional, we were well taking care of. It was a wonderful trip, they paid attention to us individually. It was actually the highlight of our trip. Thank you

Paddle 9 are phenomenal. Ismael, Alejandro, Flaviola, & Mambo were kind, fun, informative, caring, and made us feel incredibly supported all along the way. They also got me up the waterfall safely to have the jump experience of a lifetime. Elian was an excellent photographer at a very reasonable price, capturing every moment for you without constantly reaching for your phones, and Gumi the driver navigated those windy roads like a champ. Highly recommend this experience to everyone... the waterfall is breathtaking beyond words, and Paddle 9 are the only crew to do it with.

Ariell was absolutely fantastic!! We were able to see a sloth and toucans at the same on one tree! He has amazing energy and absolutely loves what he does!

The full day waterfall tour was AMAZING! We had 11 people in our tour + 1 toddler. The Guides: Roberto, Tyler, Matt, Corry, and a wonderful woman guide (who's name is escaping me) were so much fun and so knowledgeable. They kept our large group safe and laughing all day. I was skeptical about having a 3 year old with us but she loved it, and the guides made sure she was safe and enjoying herself the whole time. She loved her new friends! Tip: GET THE PICTURE PACKAGE!!!! The fact that no one needed to carry around a phone/camera to capture the moments was invaluable! We got to live in the moment and now we have hundreds of beautiful professional pictures for years to come. Lunch at the Organic Tilapia farm was a highlight and so special. Food was also amazing and so fresh. You won't regret booking any tour through Paddle 9, we can't thank them enough for the lifetime of memories they created for us! <3

The guides were absolutely amazing. They took great care of us especially as we were out of our comfort zone. I cannot say enough good about them, great fun but kind and so caring. I would recommend this tour to all ages, our family group ranged from 11 to 78. We had a blast.

AMAZING!!! Simply amazing!!! We went with a family of 12 and everything was perfect about this all day waterfall trip! We had the owner Mattie with us who is an unreal person to be around, and he has an unreal eye photography and took amazing pictures of our family during the whole trip. That’s just to start, the additional tour guides with us were unbelievable in every way. At every step through the 3 waterfalls they took safety very seriously which was very important to us as we had a 3 yr old with us. They treated us all like we were their family and genuinely cared about us having a special time!! The whole excursion was amazing and it will be a special memory for our family for a lifetime! These locations they brought us to are stunning, and so much fun to do the waterfall jumps or hang out in the waterfall pools. The meal at the end will also be one we’ll remember forever. Every single step of The way this waterfall excursion will be one of the best things you do in Costa Rica, if not in your lifetime! Ken, Corry, Mambo, and Gummi were amazing! We felt very safe and had a great time. We loved learning about Costa Rica culture while exploring and interacting with the waterfalls. Absolutely incredible waterfall your. We were a group of 8 with kids ranging from 6-9 years old. Our guides DK, Corey, and Damien were awesome. Very informative on the drives to the waterfalls. Once we arrived to the first spot some of the kids were apprehensive about jumping into the wate, however the guides helped them out and held my oldest’s hand for the first jump. That gave her the confidence for the rest of the day to jump off the rest of the waterfalls. We had a blast and it was everyone’s favorite activity of our trip
