This excursion begins when we pick you up the your Hotel early in the morning and head to the pacific coast. We will make a stop on the way for a delicious typical breakfast that includes gallo pinto, eggs to taste, meat, sausage, ripe banana, cheese, custard, omelette, fruit, coffee and juice . On the way to Manuel Antonio National Park, you will travel along the coastline enjoying scenic views, including African palm plantations. You will also travel past small villages along the Pacific Coast, until you reach the port of Quepos and the ultimately the National Park. Once in the park, you can simply relax and enjoy the beach, sunbathe, or hike through the park’s trails, which will allow you to observe Manuel Antonio’s abundant flora and fauna. Several species of monkeys, iguanas, birds and possibly even the three-toed sloth can be seen.

          La Paz Volcano tour
Another great tour with Destiny Travels. Our guide Oscar was very friendly and informative. After the La Paz Volcano which it was too cloudy to see...he stopped by the Hacienda Alsacadia Starbucks Coffee farm for a brief visit. Thank you to this tour company for the exceptional service.

          Amazing tour and guide
This was an amazing tour. Our guide Abdul was very informative and friendly. His English was very clear. He gave us so much information about Costa Rica. I would recommend Destiny Travels. Also, they picked me up from my hotel on time.

Nice tour, great lunch, breakfast can be better
Nice trip. With traffic we were on the roads for maybe 8 hours (in total, 2 way). Breakfast wasn't that good. I think they should pick a better place for that. Lunch was awesome. Park is nice to walk, beach wasn't very crowded.

Budget car rental, Liberia, Costa Rica
Budget car rental from Liberia airport....be wary. Very pushy to buy most expensive insurance package. They neglect to tell you taxes are not on top of that. Convince you that most cars come back with damaged tires from potholes. Know your roads you are taking! We fell for the most expensive package based on their stories of this, little did we realize our routes were entirely paved roads. I would not use them again.

          Perfect!
The tour was really well organized. The operators are super responsive, kind and flexible with the plans. The transportation has always been precise and on time. The hotels were really good, with nice restaurants and spacious rooms. I think the price is fair and it would be more expensive if self-organized, with no opportunity to meet other people. 10/10 for Destiny Travel Costa Rica :)

          Tortuguero day trip
We booked a day trip to Tortuguero from San Jose with Destiny Travel. We were picked up at the hotel at 5:45 am and got back at around 5 pm. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We stopped for breakfast and later for lunch at "sodas" where the food was not that good. We saw few animals on our trip. Although the trip was during the season when turtles lay eggs on the beach in Tortuguero we did not see any, as that usually happens at night. So if you want to see turtles you need to stay overnight. Overall I think the trip was overpriced and I would not do it again.

Ox carts, hanging bridges, hot springs OH My
This day trip was perfect for us. We are a mother/daughter duo visiting Costa Rica for the first time, and this trip really gave us a feel for the country and the people. We were picked up promptly at 7am by our driver, Daniel, and our guide Roger. Daniel is an EXCELLENT driver. The roads are narrow here, with no shoulders and people drive very aggressively. We never felt unsafe with Daniel driving. Roger is a phenomenal guide. He is very knowledgeable of the country's history and gave us a lot of excellent information along the drive. He made us feel safe and comfortable the entire day, which made our day so much more unforgettable. The Ox cart factory is great, and you are supporting local artists when you purchase souvenirs. At the hanging bridges, we had a personal guide, Julio, who was extremely knowledgeable and had a keen eye for spotting wildlife. We were fortunate to see many different species of animals, but it would have been fine if we hadn't because this was such a unique experience. The Baldi Hot Springs were the perfect way to end the day. We had 3 hours there, which was perfect. We would definitely recommend this trip and tour company. ✌️

Arturo was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about Costa Rica’s history and regaled us with interesting stories as we traveled to La Paz waterfalls. We loved the whole trip! Thank you so much!

Great experience. Seen everything you see on the web site.
All the pictures you see on the site you will see. The buffet lunch was very good. Plus side after lunch you get to see the waterfalls. Warning though lunch is great don't over do it going to the waterfalls involves many steps. Wear tennis shoes for better traction on the steps.

          Fantastic trip to Costa Rica
Oldemar was our agent on this package and setup a great itinerary. We truly enjoyed both the Arenal/LaFortuna area as well as the coast on Guanacaste.

          Great day
We had a bit of a soggy day, but it was fabulous. The boat ride was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and excited to do whatever we wanted to do during the day. Well worth the time and money.

          Waterfalls and animals
The waterfalls were beautiful. The lunch was a buffet with lots of options, even my picky children were happy. The animals are in more of a zoo like atmosphere which was disappointing. The frog exhibit was the best with frogs out on the vegetation. Plan on the tour running over. We were originally to be back at the hotel at 4:00 and did not return until after 5:00.

          Absolutely Worth Every penny!
What a great way to spend a day watching nature in action! Got picked up from my hotel and headed out to a restaurant about a hour outside of the city to grab breakfast, after that we headed straight to the national park and got to witness several species of animals in their natural habitat! Also got to see the Caribbean Sea which was breathtaking! Many special thanks to my tour guide Ricardo and boat operator Ronnie!

Manuel Antonio - fantastic day trip
Our guide, Jary, and driver picked us up early at our hotel for the 3 hour drive. We passed many small towns and finally stopped at a roadside soda for a breakfast buffet. After breakfast, Jary had us walk across a bridge. Below was a river containing many crocs, who were basking in the river shallows. Then we drove thru Jaco, an up and coming surfing town with luxury condos planned. We stopped at an ocean lookout and observed several wild red macaws hanging out in a tree. The park is located in Quepos, a small but bustling town with many restaurants, bars and hotels. Our bags were searched at the park entrance (no plastic water bottles or food). Jary led us thru the park looking for wildlife. We saw a snake, lizards, monkeys, ants iguana and a sloth. It was very humid day and Jary led a climb up a steep staircase to a lookout point. It took alot of energy and we were all sweating heavily. After the stairs, we stopped at beach for about an hour. Be careful...the monkeys will steal your belongings if you leave them unattended. So the company Jary works for owns a wonderful hotel / restaurant at the park entrance, This is where we have a filling lunch, where I consumed a HUGE burger (about the size of my hand). A very long day, but fulfilling in so many ways.

The park was beautiful and a great way to experience Costa Rica’s beaches. The drive out was scenic and the tour guide Fern was enthusiastic and fun to be around. I recommend you bring a canteen to fill with water in the park as no plastic bottles allowed in the park. Additionally the drive is long to get there and back about 4 hours each way so just be prepared for that but it is worth it!

Charlton was outgoing, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. It was a small group with just 3 of us and he was able to answer all our questions. The crocodile bridge was a surprise and we saw so many! Charlton was great walking us through Manuel Antonio and pointed out the blue crabs, sloths, and identified different plants.

The added surprise stop was appreciated.
I think it’s overpriced, to be honest.
I was expecting a guide through the park. A guide would be helpful at MA Park.

What a wonderful time! Paradise? Pretty close. 😍. Charlton was an excellent tour host. He made sure our experience was wonderful. The national park is a Treasure of Costa Rica. Full of wildlife if you are attentive! We saw iguanas, sloth, capuchin monkeys, birds of many hues! The beach was amazing--clean, not too crowded (even tho we were there on Sat) and the Pacific was warm--truly a surprise for an Oregonian 😋 Lunch on the 6th floor of the hotel San Bada was delicious, along with a spectacular view. Amazing tour!

A very nice walk. The guide gave us a lot of information about Costa Rica during the trip so it also helped us learn more about this beautiful country! The park is beautiful, it was difficult to see some animals like sloths since they are at high altitude but we saw monkeys and birds. The Pacific water is beautiful and at the perfect temperature! The return trip was quite long since there was a lot of traffic (to be taken into account when calculating the return time). I recommend the experience!
