We wanted to book a large bus for a large group of 12 for 6 days with driver. Initially they gave us quote but when we wanted to book, they were just delaying and not responsive at all. They kept delaying over 2 weeks. Kept promising to take care, but response was good.

Our trip from the airport to our destination was a 3+ hour drive. Our guide, Marco, was incredible. He stopped for food and breaks, told us historical facts, and pointed out things about the area that only a native would know. He was delightful.

We used this transfer service to/from the San Jose airport to La Fortuna - they were professional, on time and beyond courteous. Helped us with our bags and everything! Hiring a local to drive those mountainous roads is the way to go - can’t recommend enough!

I can’t say enough good things about this company’s shuttle service. First of all it was my first time visiting Costa Rica, and I needed help with allot of different moving parts (family and friends picked up and dropped off on different times/ days ect). Erick was quick to respond and booking, payment was simple and professional. Over the course of two weeks i had the good fortune to be transported by drivers Miguel, Edgar, Wilson and Erick himself. Each driver was so kind and knew all kinds of nice restaurants and rest stops we could use on the way. It really felt like being driven by an old friend or family member. From booking and confirmation to rescheduling and pickup, every step was managed with professionalism. The dispatcher went out of their way to accommodate my rescheduling request, even during peak season. The vehicles were spotless, and they provided water, neck pillows, and blankets in the van. The drivers are friendly, and their stops for coffee breaks and sightseeing along the way made the journey enjoyable and relaxed for my family! Highly recommended!!

Gerado was amazing!! He was so kind, informative, and made our drive from San Jose to La Fortuna an experience we will not forget! He took his time to point out beautiful nature along the way, practiced Spanish with us, and was more than happy to take our photos. We will definitely be using their services again and requesting our new friend Gerado!

I booked through Erik and immediately noticed the great customer service and speedy communication. Booked private shuttle for 2 from San Jose airport to Guanacaste. My experience with Marco was so amazing I added 3 more private trips and requested same driver. He is extremely patient and caring. He’s more like a guide than a driver. He stops as many times and you’d like and speaks to all the history of Costa Rica. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a private shuttle. Please don’t forget to tip!

This was our 4th visit to Costa Rica since 2018. Erick has taken great care of us each time with shuttles to and from the airport as well as area attractions. They are friendly and very welcoming. All our stress and anxiety disappeared as we knew we were being taken care of so well. English speaking driver helps so much. I would highly recommend them. We use Erick's shuttle service for a ride to and from Puerto Viejo and we were glad that we did. Great communications, we had to make the change from a shared to private, and no issue, very accommodating. Our driver Gaersrdo was pleasant and informative.

I used their shuttle service to and from Liberia Airport when staying in Tamarindo. From the moment the shuttle was initially booked till reaching our destination the customer service was great. When I booked the shuttle the owner of the company was ready and able to answer any questions I had. The shuttle driver offered to make any stops along the way if we were hungry or saw anything on the way. Very friendly driver and great customer service. Would highly recommend using this company if visiting Costa Rica.
