Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review about the Monteverde Sky Tram & Hanging Bridges Cloud Forest Tour from San Jose. We are glad to know you had an amazing time at the hanging bridges park and that you were able to experience the cloud forest and its biodiversity. It is important to note that besides the transportation and entrance fee to the park, the cost of this tour also includes lunch, the entrance fee and visit to the monkey's observation place, as well as a bilingual driver/guide that goes with the travelers on the way to Monteverde and back to San Jose, explaining different aspects of our country, making sure you go on safe routes and providing any assistance if needed. In regards to the scheduling, please note that we have to set the pick-up times according to the hotel’s location in order to get to the park around 12:00 p.m. so you can have lunch and then proceed with the hanging bridges and aerial tram tour, which have a fixed schedule that commences at 1:00 p.m. (we arrived there at 11:30 a.m. because of the spare time we anticipate in case of an unexpected delay, to avoid the possibilities of missing the park tour if we get there late). It was our pleasure to assist you; please let us know the next time you wish to travel to Costa Rica and we will be more than glad to help you experience other must-see destinations of our beautiful country.
