We had the best day. From our arrival at the cruiseport, everything was excellent. Luis was our guide and he took great care of us throughout the day, including making sure we saw all the fantastic wildlife on the crocodile safari boat ride. Our vehicle was very comfortable and Luis did a terrific job telling us about the region and sharing his knowledge. Our zipling adventure at Vista Los Buenos Adventure Park was fabulous and Will, Ernesto, and Mariella made sure we stayed safe but had a great time. Fantastic photos too. Very special day. Will definitely book with Greenway again.

We did a tour from Puntarenas and had a wagon ride through the rainforest (part of the group did a cloud walk instead) and boat ride up the river full of crocs. There were 18 total in our group with 2 guides. Both guides were very knowledgeable and charming. They were easy to understand and were wonderful to make sure and answer all of our questions. The RT tour was 6 hrs and definitely worth doing.

We had a school function and used Greenway Nature Tours. From the time we got to the Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica up until the last day of being on a boat Josue and Geiner were great! They made sure we got to enjoy the tours included in our package and took us to a variety of places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One thing that could have been nice would have been more variety for the meals. By the last day, we were there for 8 days and 7 nights, we had grown tired of the same options. There were a few different options on the last two days, but still only 3 or 4 items to select from.

Our tour included a stop to view a slow-moving sloth on the way to the Tortuguero Canal tour which was filled with bird observations and some monkeys picking bananas. The plantation visit was very informative, however is more just a smapling of a plantation.

We were picked up at Puntarenas port on time and we were in a mini bus that I have to say wasn't the most comfortable but we arrived at the hotel in the rainforest which was beautiful and transferred to a wagon and taken on a long tour of the rainforest which was interesting and managed to see plants, reptiles and birds though no sloths unfortunately. Once the ride was over, we were taken to an area of the hotel that had been built as if it was from old Costa Rica and included a wedding chapel and a bar where we were served fresh juices and fruits and given cold towels. It was lovely to walk around the hotel and very clean. We then went to a river to do some crocodile spotting. We saw a couple of small ones with just their eyes above the water, many birds and then all of a sudden we came across a HUGE croc. It is said he had eaten a whole cow and I could believe it. Whilst the trip along the river was lovely, we only saw those few crocs and I know nature is a law unto itself, but I don't think there are that many crocs in the area. Our final stop was at a gift shop which had really lovely stuff in it but for me, too bulky and not really what I wanted and some was expensive. Before going back to the ship, we were taken around the town of Puntarenas which was interesting but very poor. All in all and enjoyable day.

It was very easy and quickly to book the tour even though I am from Europe. Greenway Nature Tours arraigned everything more than perfect - transfers, transport, hotel accommodation, entire trips. All pick up times were strictly kept, not wait anything or anyone. From start to end, it was amazing. Good shuttle bus service, professional drivers. All the Guides are very professional and superb. Great energy and always available when needed. Definitely recommend the Adventure Zipline Canopy Tour plus several ecological attractions. It was very cool. Hotel stays were fantastic - quietly and very very beautiful places, big, comfortable and clean rooms. Meals/restaurants were great. Casado is very tasty. I would definitely recommend Greenway Nature Tours. The country is so so beautiful, peaceful and very safe. I already fell in love in it. Pura Vida 😊😊😊 P.S. to be my review completely realistic I will be say that the only thing I didn't like was the crazy traffic jam in San Jose

I chose to go with a local tour company because I was concerned about trying to travel in a country where I did not speak the language and wasn't sure about how to get around. Greenway made the process so incredibly easy! The hotels they booked were wonderful! Everything they scheduled for us was on time and the people who picked us up and got us where we needed to go made any language barrier non-existent. I would definitely recommend Greenway for any day tour or package tour. The service they provided made my first trip to Costa Rica so easy and enjoyable!!!

Great day out with plenty to see and do. Our guide Arial was very friendly and informative and organised the day well. The impromptu stop to taste Costa Rican coffee and chocolate was a welcome addition to the itinerary. The route to the National Park is partly over an unkempt road (not the fault of the tour company) which made for an uncomfortable journey although the time at the park with our guide Roxanne more than made up for it. The boat ride was OK - not much to see and we felt that the speed of the boat made it difficult to spot and photograph any wildlife we did come across. Overall a good day out and value for money.

Very fun, excellent guides! Would definitely do it again. The views are amazing, and it is very safe! I have not seen any references to the bus trip from the port. The large bus we were on was not designed for the roads up the mountain. The driver was either inexperienced or struggling with an aging bus. The guide on the bus was either new or needing new material; he was repetitive. My best advice would be to book the canopy tour and separate safe and appropriate transportation for the mountain.

Natalie was amazing!! She was knowledgeable, fun and very engaging. It was over too soon, we wanted to do it over again! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend this tour!

Natalia and driver Gianer were wonderful. They pointed out sloths, monkeys, birds, and plants. Natalie was knowledgeable about the area, and was very sweet. Gianer assisted my elderly mom on and off the bus. We enjoyed our day!

Our guide Paula was wonderful. She searched for and pointed out every possible wildlife and plant and provided thorough explanations. She was very friendly as well. The entire experience was refreshing, insightful, and eye-opening.

Pleasant day of touring...easy. Our guide was Alberto and his driver, were kind and caring individuals who did their best to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. I took this tour on Sunday, February 11, 2024.

We had a private tour to the Starbucks Farm in Alsacia. Mario was a great tour guide who has a wealth of information about Costa Rica and fittingly coffee/coffee bean production. We would highly recommend this tour.
