I highly recommend Mitchell! We booked Western Tours for multiple trips in Cape Town - an airport transfer, Cape Town - Franschoek wine tram transfer and a full day Cape Tour. Each time he was reliable, an excellent driver and well educated and informative about Cape Town and surrounds. He was very adaptable when we arrived much later than our estimated pick up times (eg hike took us longer) - multiple times!

Mitchell was a fantastic tour guide for our all day excursion, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a great guide. We had originally planned on going on the boat trip to Seal Island, however, the day of our tour we did not feel up to the boat ride which meant we were an hour ahead of schedule. Mitchell was a marvellous tour leader who was extremely accommodating to our needs. It was an all day tour. We travelled round 5 wineries in the Cape Town area. All were very informative and we all enjoyed each experience. Wines were of a high quality and the price very reasonable.

We booked Western Transfers to take us from the airport to a private game reserve outside of Cape Town, and then back to Cape Town a couple of days later. A few days after that they took us back to the airport. The drivers were on time for each trip (in fact early which was great), were helpful with our bags, and overall were extremely professional. The cars were clean and comfortable and both drivers we had were friendly and very knowledgeable about the city. We highly recommend this service and would use them again without any hesitation should we return to Cape Town. Mitchell & Phillip were our very charming hosts for this amazing tour earlier this week. I can highly recommend this tour even to locals. The route is mapped out with the utmost care and consideration. Kristin made the booking for us and she was very professional and easy to communicate with. Phillip entertained us with history and tales which was super educational. We started off in Stellenbosch, drove through the boarders of the famous Khayelitsha, visited the Penguins at Boulders, Cape Point and then back home with a stop at Chapmans Peak. We had a lovely lunch at the Ostrich Farm at Cape Point and was treated to local delicacies. The tour at the Ostrich Farm was very informative and definitely a highlight of the day. I can score them a 10/10 for a superb product and amazing team. They run a number of well planned tours and I can't wait to try out one of their wine or whale tours.

Western Shuttles are extremely reliable. We (party of 6) used the service to travel from Cape Town to Franschhoek and from Franschhoek to Cape Town airport a few days later. Driver was friendly and arrived well in advance of the pick up time. I would not hesitate to use them again.
