We highly recommend this experience. Remmy picked us up on time at our hotel in a clean and well maintained vehicle. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The tour started at Table Mountain. He whisked us past the queue with pre purchased tickets and provided a wealth of information as we explored the amazing vistas. He also takes amazing pictures, capturing us and the stunning backdrops. Lion’s Head. Signal Hill. Bo-kaap. Hout Bay. Downtown Cape Town. Etc. We ended with a better appreciation of the city. This was the best tour during our time in the country. Remmy and Raw Tours should be your first option when you want to see the best South Africa has to offer!Written 25 March 2024

- Cornwall760 contributionsIt started out wrong, but EXCEPTIONAL in the end.We booked the trip on-line. Unfortunately everything went wrong ! Nobody met us at the pick up rendez-vous. We angrily called RAW tours…. Remy answered the phone and quickly calmed us down. They missed the booking, but a true test of a professional is how you recover from such an oversight. Remy rushed down to meet us, no luck, all ferries were booked, NOT wanting to give up, using his powers of influence he finally got us on another ferry to Robben Island. My wife was overjoyed, Remy was intent on not spoiling our experience. We appreciated all his efforts. To our surprise, Remy was at the Port upon our return only to check on us, he so exceeded our expectations we ended up going to the Cheetah Farm in the afternoon with him for another great experience. Our credit to Remy and RAW Tours for their dedication to customer service, things can go wrong at anytime but it’s how you recover that shows your true qualities. BRAVO !! Everyone knows about the great Nelson Mandela but to actually tour inside and around the prison where he was held for 18yrs of his 27yrs life imprisonment. We booked several excursions with him and honestly, I would not want to book with anyone else. He went over and beyond my expectation. I enjoyed listening to him talk about the history of Cape Town, Robben Island, Table Mountain, the Capes, and Langa Township. He allowed us to ask questions and he delved deep into the history. He even hiked up Table Mountain with is to insure we were safe. When we went shopping in the Free Market, he was there to assist with everything. The private tour with Remy is the absolute best way to tour. I am recommending him to everyone and if I could give 10 stars, I would. I have absolutely NO complaints! Remmy was very friendly, professional and full of knowledge. If you’re on a tight budget, I recommend doing this on your own. We called Raw Tours for a tour on short notice. We never regretted as we met with Kenny our guide we clicked from the onset.
We took the coastal drive to Cape Point via Hour bay and Chapman's peak. We were met with astounding views with a few photo stops.
This route is amazing with a few beaches along the way. For sometime we almost forgot about the covid protocol but Kenny was always on the ball. He kept reminding us of the covid protocol all the way till the end of the tour.
What a day, thanks a lot to our guide who organized such a great tour on short notice.

Getting around in the wineries is one of our specialities. Our long and rich history as a tour operator is attached to the wineries in Stellenbosch among others and Peter Falke is one of our most popular destinations.

We have an enjoyable and informational tour with him being our tour guide from our hotel pass pallsmoor prison,to Mazimburg beach,to Cape point,to Cape of Goodhope,to Simon's town to view the penguins and pass naval base to be inform about the Mandy ship and history of Simon town we via Chapmans pike pass Kempsbay and go to Signal hill back to the hotel save he is s tour guide that has a lot of information able to explain the place we pass from and what I like most about him when we are safe cause what matters to me its safety and information enjoyable trip good tour guide to reffer other taurrist
