This tour was very good, the driver/guide met us off our cruise ship, drove us to Addo Elephant Park and provided an excellent tour around the park. He knew exactly where to go to track the elephants and other animals, so this was a very nice experience. We also did the Aquila Game Reserve Safari trip with Just Safaris from Cape Town, and again this was an excellent experience. However, we had also booked a Winelands Tour from Cape Town with them which unfortunately we had to cancel because our flight was delayed 24 hours. We cancelled 48 hours prior to the tour date, which is well within Just Safaris t&c's, and despite the promise of a refund, 6 weeks later we still haven't received it. Despite several emails to Justin and the continued promise, the communication from Just Safaris has now stopped. We have now raised a dispute through our credit card company in the hope that we can recoup this money. Very disappointing after experiencing 2 really good tours with them, this could have been a 5 star review but this has left a sour taste.....

It was a very interesting tour. We covered alot of mileage and saw alot of Addo. Dino was very good and showed his experience in tracking the huge groups of elephants and to our delight two hyena. I would have liked a short break in the picnic area for a drink and snack but nevertheless a Fabulous trip

Booked the 14 day garden route. This was a once in a lifetime holiday. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We were not told who would pick us up from the airport. The hotels had either not been booked or paid even though I had paid months in advance. The tour was then cancelled 4 days in and we were told we would need to go it alone. Months later we have not received a refund. This was not only incredibly stressful at the time, ruining the entire trip, but the stress in ongoing trying to get the money back.

We booked our tour directly with a driver at the cruise port. We negotiated a price and paid in cash. The driver assured us that the price included the entrance fee to the park. There were two other families in the mini van. The driver left the port and stopped about one block away. He told us that another driver would be taking us to the park. He confirmed with the new driver that we had already paid him in cash. When we arrived at the park the driver informed us that we had to pay for the entrance. We told him that the first driver assured us that the money we already paid included the entrance fee. He stated it did not. Everyone in the van had some kind of payment problem. The couple from Germany who booked online and had all their confirmation receipts, was told that their credit card did not go through and they were asked to pay again. The family from the UK were told they did not pay enough. They also booked online and had their confirmation receipts. The driver was telling them something about exchange rate and they still owed money. Everyone ended up having to pay additional funds (all this happened when we arrived at the park not when everyone first go into the mini van). Be careful if booking with Just Safari. The tour was fine but the payment issues left everyone feeling scammed.

Absolutely disgusting experience with Just Safaris. This trip was cancelled the night before without any explanation. Tried to contact you but you were not picking up. This was meant to be a once in a lifetime experience and we were only in port for the one day and this caused us so much stress as it left us no time to book with anyone else. Certainly could not recommend.

We saw all the main animals except lions. The guide was very entertaining and informative. Totally recommend it.

What an incredible day with our experienced and knowledgeable guide Justin! We witnessed a cornucopia of diverse animals up close and personal. Justin was very personable and was highly educated in the habits and societal aspects of each animal group. The park is over a million acres of pristine African foliage that is maintained as a balanced eco system to allow animals to flourish. The day was extremely enjoyable and I would highly recommend this company and guide.

We really enjoyed this well organized trip. The Guide (Stafford) was very friendly an able to explain us a lot of details.

It was great to witness the beauty of nature and observe wildlife up close. Our experienced guide took us on a thrilling journey through stunning landscapes and showed us lots of wildlife in their natural habitat. From beginning to end, we were immersed in an exhilarating and educational experience. Thank you, sure to be back soon.

Nothing short of excellent! Justin and Chris were friendly, proffesional and nothing was to much trouble. We spent 2 days in Addo and were pleasantly surprised by the number of elephants as well as great lion sightings! Our guides knowledge of not only addo but South Africa as a whole, gave the tour that extra touch. We will definetly be back! Just Safaris, thank you so much!

We did not start in the South of the Park, the tour was only 4 hours not 5, we had 3 people on the backseat, so the one in the middle didnt get a good view or photo opportunity. We only have seen a few elephants, kudus, zebras and warthogs, The guide made no effort to find another one of the big 5. Drive around Addo by yourself, you will see more animals.

Chris our guide was awesome. The van was comfortable and air conditioned which was great for the 36C heat that day. Chris managed to find all of the different types of animals in Addo and the highlight of the day was seeing the herd of elephants with 3 babies at the watering hole, and the lioness eating her Kudu. Chris was very knowledgeable about the park and its inhabitants and spent a lot of time parked in various locations so are whole group could get a good look at the animals. We took a half day safari through the Queen Mary 2 excursion office. Although we were on a large coach, we were able to see so many animals- elephants, Cape Buffalo, Kudos, Zebras and warthogs. The scenery was beautiful and it was a fun day. Restrooms were clean and the gift shop was amazing. Only downside is we didn’t have enough time to shop and the line to the cash register was too long. When large groups come through like ours (there were several coaches plus morning and afternoon safaris) they need to open another register. They missed out on some sales.

Justin put together an awesome trip called, 'Garden route xclusive' for us! Before we arrived in SA, Justin kept in touch regularly to make sure we knew everything in advance so we had no stress right from the go, nothing ever seemed an issue, Justin is calm, super friendly and really listened to our wishes. Once we had landed in SA we were met by a warm friendly, punctual, highly knowledgable guide who knew the garden route extensively. Our 18nights was taken care of by our guide, making sure each day ran smoothly,ensuring we knew the itinerary infront of us and making sure all our needs were met. We had no stress of driving through SA, so we could sit back and enjoy the breathtaking views along the way! And wow they were spectacular!! Justin and his team had suggested some local restaurants which we would have never known about if we hadn't of had the information from them, which were delicious! All hotels and lodges that we stayed in were in prime locations for all the activities that took place! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time in SA and we put that down to how well Justin and his team ran our trip, making sure all our needs were met! From an amazing helicopter ride over cape town, shark cage diving to safari Bush walks at sunset this place really stole our hearts, making memories we will never forget! We highly recommend Justin for all he has done for us and are already planning our next African adventure!! Thankyou again Just Safaris !!!
