Metin is the best agent and was literally a phone call away at any time of the day / night. From where ever we called he planed , booked , changed, attended and managed to all our requests within the shortest time possible. We had an enjoyable evening on the- Bosporous dinner cruise with entertainment. -one day trip to the amazing princess island - Buyukada Cappadocia sightseeing was well paced, also last minute our balloon ride was cancelled but he rearranged our itenerary and booked us a ride Pamukkale. The ski trip to mt Erciyes was just super fun. Arranged for the ski equipment to transfers to meals. Internal flights within Turkey Bus travel from Antalya to Pamukkale. From flights , friendly drivers for our transfers , excursions with knowledge and friendly guides , adventure activities including the ATV, balloon ride was coordinated to the T a stress free holiday with comfortable travels. We just spent 8 days in Turkey but carrying memories for a lifetime. Thank you again Metin. You were just wonderful.

Overall good tour of main sites. The only negative was the pick up was an hour late and the skip the line entry was a little sketchy. This is a beautiful city and be prepared to walk. One stop for a fashion show was a waste of time unless you’re into that.

Our guide Emrah was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Istanbul and brought each site we visited alive, with timelines and cultural traditions and context. It is definitely a walking tour and we really enjoyed the exercise, taking in each experience.

Terrible trip, safety is not their priority 1. Started 30 mins late 2. They take you to shops, drop you in front of the shop doors and force you to buy 3. The leaflet covering the itinerary contains fake activities and information 4. There is no tour of historic sites, just shops 5. And most importantly the tour is not safe. The driver drove on the motorway most of the time holding the phone in his hand 6. I sent an email to complain during the tour and this was immediately forwarded to the tour guide, who stopped the vehicle on the motorway emergency lane and confronted me with a threatening tone on why I had sent such email

We did the day tour of Sapanca, it covered many activities like cable car, glass terrace, Sapanca lake.. extra activities are optional paid one like ATV and cable car. The tour guide Nuri was also friendly.

Had a wonderful sunset trip to Kekova with my wife and two kids (9 and 7). This was our second time on the boat. It has been the highlight of our holiday both times - making the 1h15 drive from Kalkan absolutely worth it. The skipper found some amazing secluded spots for us to swim and snorkel, in beautifully blue and warm water. The Roman ruins on Kekova, as well as Simena Castle, just make the most amazing backdrop. This time the skipper even found a spot for us to feed turtles, which was a truly magical experience for both our kids. Will be back again for sure. Thoroughly recommend!

Really enjoyed my experience with Before Travel. Had a very pleasant time & booking experience. Hope to use again in the future.

Apr 2024 • Couples The food was fine, nothing special but not bad either. My husband had the main course of meat balls and I selected the chicken option. The fish looked like it had lots of bones. It was very crowded, a bit stuffy and warm inside. You could only see the dancing if you stood up or got closer to the dancers. It was a beautiful still night and I got some lovely photos outside. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and returned easily as well. The drinks package (with alcohol) was good as they continually served you.

In early May we went on a Pamukkale Ephesus one night tour by plane. At the transfer point breakfast was served by a very nice man. We waited for the bus which was an hour late due to a couple who were constantly late in meeting the bus on time. As a result the tour always felt rushed. The guide in training needs to introduce himself. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the UNESCO site of Hierapollis with its ancient temple ruins, theatre and Christian monuments. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us time to explore, enjoy and experience the calcified pools at Pamukkale. The surface is hard and slippery, very crowded and some roped off pools are damaged. Overnight in Kusadasi a seaside city at a boutique hotel. Again the 2 tourists were late. House of Virgin Mary - for us- not worth the time. tour guide’s talk was too long. Prefer a reader’s digest version or skip it and concentrate on Ephesus- wow - loads of tourists. Or visit Selcuk with its ancient ruins. For the tour guides it’s difficult to balance time when folks are constantly late or too busy taking self portraits but they need to step up and move us along. They also need to plan for a break on the way to the transfer point to the airport. Thank you to the tour guides for doing their best.

Due to Friday prayer, shopping and quees made this a bad experience. We paid for history, but was guided to an expensive fashion house 😖

This was my first time in Turkey and I was afraid of unreliable transports and bookings. After some research and suggestions I contacted Before Travel agency to organise part of my trip. They organised my Istanbul and Cappadocia travels to the point! The communication was pleasant, detailed and professional and the organisation of the tours exceeded my expectations - from transports and timings to great and informational guides. Definately going to contact them for my next visit and would strongly reccomend.
