About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 341bridgetb0 contributionsDo not book with Talixo!I booked this company to do a transfer for my clients in Buenos Aires at the airport after arriving from being on an Antarctica Cruise. Talixo sent a dirty vehicle resembling a tiny dirty Ford Fiesta to do the transfer. In addition, the driver was wearing pants with the crotch ripped out. My clients were not happy. This company posts ads on Viator with pics of nice, clean, modern vehicles and then they send this poorly maintained dirty little car. They lied and said I only booked a car for 2 people and 2 bags. Then they blocked me from leaving a review on Viator. This is their response below refusing to refund the client's money. Note: Please take note customer booked sedan with capacity of 3&3 and indicated in the reservation 2 passengers and 2 luggage's only. However showed up with 5 luggage's total which the vehicle couldn't accommodate. Therefore the customer canceled last minutes and took a taxi instead. Hence this request was recognized as late cancellation and reservation was marked as customer no-show. As a travel professional, I use Viator as a booking platform at times for my clients. I have posted the booking confirmation below as well as a screenshot of the vehicles they advertise and nowhere do I see an old Ford Fiesta being shown as a part of their inventory. My clients had a total of 1 suitcase and a small carry-on each. She also had her purse. The company should have apologized to my clients for the inconvenience and for sending a vehicle that looked nothing like the cars in the ad to pick them up from the airport. Instead, they sent the message above to Viator. Let this be a warning to other agents and those looking to book on your own in Buenos Aires, DO NOT book with this company.Written 13 January 2024
