Covered a lot of territory. The guide was informative and we were treated to some local food for lunch. Plenty of time to walk around and see some of the local artisans. Boat tour, although recorded in five languages, also informative and gave a good overview.

The dancing and music was great. We had wonderful seats in the balcony. The service from Luciano was 5 Star! Best steak we have had in Buenos Aires. They also provided private transportation to and from our hotel in Palermo.

Not a trustworthy company. They said they were a government official office when they in fact weren’t. They also charged us astronomical fees for 2 tours which we actually found out later that cost a third of what they actually charged. In addition, they charged our credit card without our authorization to charge snacks that were supposed to be included in the day tour. It’s a SCAM. Beware.

Very disappointed with this. Our tour guide turned up at hotel & promptly wanted us to follow him. He was to fast for me as he walked away around a corner & indicated for us to wait at the spot he was pointing at. He then went to 3 other hotels to make contact with guests that were also being transported. The guide telephoned someone & eventually a tatty looking 15 or so seater bus turned up. It turned out not to have enough seats for all the passengers the bus was transitting. A lot of confusion went on with who was going to do what. The back doors of bus were opened & another passenger helped reassemble the rear seat. No doubt the bus had carried cases earlier. We finally got seated. On arrival at the venue the guide took us to the entrance where we needed to encash our vouchers for tickets. A very very long flight of stairs (about 35/40) went down to the venue. I struggle with stairs & no one was around to ask for alternatives. We were seated in our private box & were served once we had ordered. Our starter arrived & mine was meant to be smoked salmon with a pickle onion topping It was a green base with onions. Where was the salmon. Could not get my issue over to waitress as there was a language problem so did not eat it The rest of the food was ok. We were kept waiting ages for the show to start (22.15) having been seated at 20.00. We left & did the same return journey to hotel being dropped around corner The show itself we considered to be overpriced & the transport was shoddy Had we of known what we were getting for our money we would of looked elsewhere The venue itself was very tired & needed a revamp. Not a memorable experience of Buenos Aires.

Disappointing. It was a poor experience. The concept and idea are good the execution not so much. We were expecting a working ranch in good shape. The reality is that the place needs a lot of maintenance . It offers many activities but this are short and superficial. it felt like a tourist factory . The experience was quite impersonal and Many of the waiters at the dinning room were rude. It seems like they were not enjoying their job mire like suffering through it. The food quality wasn’t what you will expect in Argentina .. The musicians and dancers were good , but I was expecting more folklore dances. Also they should have separate tours for English and Spanish listening everything twice was a little lengthy.I have to give a big congratulations to Chiara she was very enthusiastic , professional and a great storyteller.

I really enjoyed the experience of seeing all the sites. Sebastian was lovely and communicated really well.

It was good but I would recommend the Tango Show Homero Manzi which was better. Tigre is just a boat ride on athe river and nothing else.

The Trip is well planned. The time spent in Buenos aires was awesome. The main Guy with happy face is just like a santa claus.

5 STARS SERVICE!!! They arranged a nice tour in Buenos Aires and a best one in Bariloche. Communication was impressive even though it was far from Buenos Aires to Bariloche they always kept a flawless communication. Ask for NURY!! She was AWESOME!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! She made our stay here easier and pleasant. Even though we had some tours in mind she arrange them in a way that we can take FULL advantage of our stay here in Buenos Aires and in Bariloche! Next time we go to Argentina, we will use them again!!! 100% RECOMMENDED!!
