- I8088SSjeffreyk0 contributionsAn outstanding day in TigreBecause we spent a week in Buenos Aires, and it was a beautiful spring day, we took a second tour with Tracy and her driver Renzo. This tour was quite special not only because we spent another day with Tracy but it was a totally different experience exploring where the residents go when they leave the city. Tracy chose a small boat to take us down the Delta- 9people. The town itself is charming, restaurants, cafes, an extensive market, magnificent small museum all along the water. A peaceful and interesting escape from the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires. The culmination was a fabulous lunch at an Italian restaurant that makes homemade pasta - outside dining overlooking the parks and waterway. Another wonderful day experiencing the people and the more countryside part of Buenos Aires, just one hour outside of the city. Again, Tracy geared this tour to meeting our personal wants and needs. It has truly been a gift finding Tracy and her tour company She is the best- warm, knowledgeable and fun. Always being concerned that our needs and wants are met. - 608julieannes0 contributionsA fantastic night out!My husband & I would never have discovered on our own the historical cafe that Tracy took us to. The food was great & filling! A true Argentine experience. Then, going to the Milonga was a bit like entering a secret world. Seeing all ages & levels dancing together was very inspiring. We had gone to a tango show a few nights earlier & this felt like we were seeing more of ‘the real thing’. Thanks Tracy for taking us deeper into Buenos Aires than we could have done on our own. My daughter and I hugely enjoyed Tracy's tour from Recoleta to La Boca, and her many vivid insights into Buenos Aires as a whole. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about the city's history & culture, and is a charming & fun guide. We felt safe & secure throughout the experience including on the metro & buses, as well as on the streets. Tracy brought the city alive for us in a sensitive & unique way and she ignited our interest in exploring new areas of marvelous Buenos Aires

I can think of no better way to journey through the vibrant streets of Buenos Aires than with this full-day private walking tour—immersing you in the rich culture, history, and beauty of Argentina's capital city.
From the moment Tracy (and Osvaldo!) met us at our hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. Her passion for Buenos Aires was infectious, and her deep knowledge and expertise ensured that every step we took was filled with fascinating insights and hidden gems.
The tour was non-stop highlights as we explored the iconic neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, each with its own distinct personality. From learning the history of San Martin, viewing the Obelisco and Plaza de Mayo, visiting the colorful streets of La Boca, including tango dancers, to the elegant avenues of Recoleta, where we marveled at the grandeur of the Recoleta Cemetery, every corner seemed full of stories and opportunities for Tracy to reveal new aspects of this diverse city.
Throughout the day, Tracy went above and beyond to ensure that every moment was tailored to our interests and preferences. Her depth of knowledge was truly impressive, and her energy and enthusiasm never wavered, making the tour both informative and entertaining.
In addition to this fantastic day, I also need to mention how great Tracy was helping us to arrange other aspects of our first visit to Argentina! She was great at communicating, helped us with airport and other transportation arrangements, currency exchange, and other advice on things to do and see. We participated in a number of tours and ‘tourist activities’ during our visit to Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls, and Mendoza, and our day with Tracy was simply the best.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our tour, actually tours, with Tracy. A lovely young woman who clearly adores her adopted country, Argentina. Originally from Canada, she speaks both English and Argentine Spanish flawlessly. She knows Buenos Aires, both the history and the culture, with wonderful insights into what makes the city “tick”. A tango dancer herself, we enjoyed her perspectives on the dance, Milongas, etc.
The tour was thorough, starting in Recoleta, ending in San Telmo where our hotel is located. We requested to add an hour to visit La Boca and would recommend others do the same. Lots of walking and we were exhausted at the end of the day, but what we expected and worth both what we paid and the time/energy spent.
We also toured Tigre and the delta with Tracy. Another lovely day and the weather made it more so. Not as fast-paced as the day before, which was welcome. The driver Tracy typically uses, Osvaldo, was a charming and capable gent, whose company we also greatly enjoyed.
Communications with Tracy pre-tour were helpful to customize both days to our desires, but we made sure to trust her instincts about what we’d appreciate most…said trust was well rewarded. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending To Be in Buenos Aires and Tracy to others wanting to explore the wonderful city and environs of Buenos Aires,

Really nice and beautiful experience with Tracy and her Buenos Aires’s tour. She’s professional, well prepared and kind.
We plan our tour all together, with Tracy’s advices. She was be able to let us view the principal parts of the city mostly by foot (best way to live the city). She brought also us in the true part of the city: La Boca. We saw recoleta cemetery with the story telling of Tracy about the family and the museum in La Boca about painting.
When we came back we stopped to see a Tango Argentino exhibition…really interesting!
We absolutely recommend this tour and obviously we recommend Tracy!

My husband and I took the overview tour of Buenos Aires with Tracy and enjoyed the whole day immensely. Tracy is knowledgeable about history, art, architecture, loves the city and makes you fall in love with BA. The tour was very easy to navigate, she stopped to show some hidden gems we otherwise would have missed, shared many stories and information about people of Argentina and BA, provided context and understanding of the current situation and the history.
My personal favorites were the cemetery, the exploration of various architectural styles co-existing and La Boca experience.
Tracy also was very helpful and informative in regards to the rest of our stay, helping us plan our trips to parks, museums and other areas of BA we are planning to explore on our own.
I would recommend Tracy go anyone looking to fall in love with the city of BA.

"She's amazing! She knows more about Buenos Aires than I do!" A quotation from our driver regarding the superb Tracy who took us on two incredible tours in and around buenos Aires. Don't miss an opportunity to spend the day with her as she recreates the history of the city and famous Argentines from beginning to end. And her knowledge is indeed seemingly endless as well as delivered with a twinkle in her eye. We quizzed her on past and current events, restaurants, additional strolls, you name it! And the icing on the cake is that she is a tango dancer herself! Not only does she float through the streets, she can articulate the history and passion of the dance without one single step. Book it now!

I was so lucky to be connected with Tracy via friend. She made everything so easy, provided us with a variety of excellent recommendations, detailed and tailored to unique interests. The walking tour with Tracy was fantastic!
I also had the peace of mind of being picked up from the airport and brought straight to my Airbnb.
Learning about the history of town, current affairs, what it’s like to live in Argentina was excellent.
Tracy went above and beyond with taking care of us. And to top it off I was honored to share a table at a Milonga the last evening we visited. Can’t wait to come back. 10 star review highly recommend!!!

Tracy is the best tour guide we ever had. She was fun, entertaining, warm and extremely knowledgeable about the people, history and culture of her adopted home. Her most amazing attribute was continuously being concerned about meeting our needs and wants throughout our tour as well as during our whole time in Buenos Aires. ( She changed our tour date because it was storming and instead met us at our apartment and took us shopping). In turn, she totally personalized this wonderful and exciting tour, combining experiences and information - from the Recoleta Cemetery, downtown, La Boca and San Telmo. Including choosing charming and intimate coffeehouses and a restaurant for lunch. At the end of the day, she had achieved her goal of giving us a total experience of the people and the unique areas of Buenos Aires.

I am 100% sure that if you spend a day with Tracy in Buenos Aires, you will fall in love with the place as much as I did! The old colonial buildings of Palermo, famous cemetery mausoleums of Ricoletta, colourful streets of Camenito and the white kerchiefs of Plaza de Mayo will take a new meaning beyond what the tourist eye can see.
Tracy is lovely, super-knowledgeable and very personable, and has a way of sharing information that is easy and engaging. Tracy's love and passion for the local culture and history is inspiring, it was great to see the city with her!
Highly highly recommend!!!
