Small group beautiful wineries and very generous tastings. Lunch was excellent. Day was paced well and was led by our guide Gabby who was so knowledgeable and informative. She was great to spend the day with. Would highly recommend this tour.

The actual itinerary does not match the description. According to description, this tour will go through Aconcagua Provincial Park and walk to Horcones Lake, but we actually only stopped at a viewpoint outside the park gate for a short time, never enter the park. And we did not go to the Christ the Redeemer Statue mentioned in the description. I raised the issue with my guide, but she told me that enter the Aconcagua Provincial Park and visit to the Christ the Redeemer Statue are not included in this tour, which does not match the description at all. In addition, the guide was one hour late for the pick up

We booked this tour the day before going (which we do with every tour we’ve ever done) I not only emailed twice but also text 3 different numbers provided to confirm the pick-up would be at our apartment, if not where it would be. Nobody got back to us at all, pick-up was at 7:30am, it got to 7:40am and I called one the numbers and they finally replied. They gave me the number of the tour guide, she initially had no idea what was going on so I messaged the business number again. There was a huge miscommunication between them both and we were supposed to have been told pick-up was 7:20 20 mins away from our apartment. They had told us it was now too late to get us and that we couldn’t go. A huge disappointment as we only went to Mendoza for 1 full day to do a tour around the Andes! Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They assured us a refund but still yet to get it. Spend a little bit more money and go with someone else!

Our tour was supposed to be in English. Our guide only spoke Spanish. I do not speak or understand Spanish so my friend (who is not fluent in Spanish) had to translate for me. Plus the tour date and time were changed from the original voucher we received.

This was the worst hop on hop off bus tour I have taken. As I speak English it was impossible to hear the commentary as the live guide was speaking so loud in Spanish over a speaker. Only the non Spanish speaking had to try to listen to the commentary.
