The winery restaurant chef takes you first to the property´s vegetable plot, orchard and herb garden. Here you pick your ingredients. Then we take you to the kitchen where we begin to prepare each dish. First we bake some traditional style bread, followed by local salad dishes, empanadas and different grilled dishes from the famous Argentine barbecue.
