I think it is indescribable, you should see it on your own to understand what it is.

There are things of nature that cannot be described, such as these waterfalls.

The trip did include most of what it had suggested (there was a boat tour that they said was either optional OR you could take if you were brave enough - they failed to mention that it was an additional cost to the already high cost of the tour itself or that you would miss the best walk - lower circuit - if you chose the boat.) The hotel was quite nice, situated in the middle of the tropical jungle, but difficult to get to town from and while it had a pool, it was in desperate need of a good clean! The guide however, was dismal. Other than purchasing our tickets and getting us easily across the borders when we went to the Brazil side, he gave us almost no information and at times, we weren't even sure where to meet up with him or what was going on. He failed to tell us the best views would be on the lower circuit which he offered as an optional walk and no description. The tour was being operated in both Spanish and English and it seemed that the Spanish speakers were getting much more information than the English speakers. So while I wish I could share more information about the falls themselves, I was left with lots of unanswered questions at the end of the tour. You would be better off organising your own hotel and day tours than signing up for this very non-personal, unorganised tour. (Multiple drivers, transfers, and no single responsible guide to tell you what was going on on any given day).

Excellent trip, it was a 3 day tour, just the right amount.

The falls are what they say they are and what the images show, something unprecedented and incredible, they are especially impressive.

The Hotel very good, of category, its very friendly staff.

Our guide had an excellent language and knowledge of everything we asked him that we did not know.

First, we were never told what hotel we were suppose to be in, so when we got dropped off we really had no idea if it was the correct hotel. The hotel itself was good - good quality. We weren't told of any time to come in or leave from Iguazu, so originally they said we arrived too late in the day to see the Brazil side. Luckily they decided to give us our own private tour - which was great. That tour guide then told us our tour guide for the next day before dropping us off.
The next day, 20 minutes late, the driver comes and it isn't the guide that we were told was going to be our guide. It turns out, the driver was just there to pick us up and put us on another big bus (this was not communicated at all). On this bigger bus (with many more than the advertised max people), we were the ONLY english speaking group; here too the guide was not the person we were told of before. There was NO communication from anyone about a change in plans. Our guide did make the best of it, and was great with us, always making sure we were good and was with the group. The day ended up being good, but it soured our morning.
