The views from the top are truly breathtaking. The cable car is nice, clean, and seems reliable. We were able to hop on right away without waiting. Once at the top, make sure to walk all around. The views are so different from every angle. We visited during a beautiful warm day, which allowed us to sit on the terrace and soak in the sun and the views of the mountains all around us. There is a cafeteria. Make sure to eat there!!! The food is standard (nothing great but nothing bad either); however, the views from the cafe are spectacular. Yes, the restaurant rotates and let’s you see every angle of the view. Totally worth it! There is a time limit of 1 hour for your meal which is plenty of time. Everyone was friendly and courteous, from the staff all the way to the visitors. I loved it!

I had the opportunity to do three activities with Natural Travel. All cars were comfy and guides knew a lot about the attractions. Thanks Ernesto (Circuito Chico), Charles (7 Lagos) and Diego (Cerro Tronador) for taking us to the best places. All staff in the office were great.

It was only an airport taxi, but Natural Travel was a pleasure to deal with. My flight was delayed twice and I was able to contact Carla of Natural Travel on WhatsApp and get confirmation that my airport pickup would be rescheduled. I was very happy to have selected them.

I have just returned from a great trip to Cerro Tronador with Natural Travels which was lead by Juan Carlos. Could you please pass on my gratitude to him as his tour was very informative, interesting and a lot of fun! I understood whilst booking that it was in fact a Spanish speaking tour, however since there were a few English speakers on the tour, Juan went the extra mile to translate key pieces of information to us in English, even though we didn't ask him to do this. I also understand that it is customary to pay extra for an English speaking guide with other tours during booking, so this was a bonus-many thanks.
