What to Expect
Your tour begins with morning pickup from your central El Calafate hotel. Set out on a scenic bus journey to Los Glaciares National Park, with guided commentary pointing out highlights of the Patagonian landscape.
On arrival, admire the national park’s dramatic topography, including glacial streams, jagged peaks, and white walls of ice. Explore the various walkways at your own pace and look closely to see slabs of ice breaking off into the water.
Next, meet your guide and set sail across Lago Argentina on a boat cruise, which offers a different perspective of the glacier, allowing you to take in its looming size. After a cruise around the glacier lagoons and floating icebergs, return to the mainland and your bus.
Your tour ends with drop-off at your El Calafate hotel.
