      Beautiful day
As far as the route goes it was great; however we were unable to listen to the audio as the earphones we were given had a cord much too short in order to sit back. Seatbelt in front row was also broken. The route does take 3 1/2 hours but that takes into consideration a 20 minute stop at stop 11 and a lunch pickup for the attendant just before Fisherman’s warf. All in all an enjoyable ride and highly recommended.

Don’t use the red bus, try the yellow ones.
The first half of the circuit was fine, informative and interesting (starting at stop 11). Towards the end of the second half the bus seemed to stop following the route on the map and then for some reason the tour ended, we were told to get off the bus, leaving us a long walk from the starting point. Google maps saved the day.

      El Tigre boat tour.
We all really enjoyed the river boat ride of the tour. It was very enjoyable & a smooth ride. We could have done with less time at the stops getting there. Our guide Diego was very informative & always explained everything clearly. We knew where we were to be when. Would have been nice to have some water bottles waiting for us in the tour coach when we returned from the boat tour.

Great way to see Buenos Aires
This was a great way to see Buenos Aires and get familiarised with the city. We got a 2 day pass and the first day we just did the round trip and then decided what we wanted to do the next day. Our hotel was very conveniently located about 50 metres from a stop. They give you head phones where you can listen to commentary in different languages, but found sometimes it didn't match up with the point of interest. Many times we had already gone past. There was a bit too much music on the commentary and some more facts about the city would have been nice to hear. Buses seem to run on time pretty well and overall happy with the tour and price.

      Not very efficient for sightseeing.
The good: Got on the bus near Teatro Colon at 10:00 AM and the bus was just beginning its day. The bus was clean and had a small air conditioned compartment in the upper level which was great. We could sit in the upper level without exposure to the sun, wind and rain. I think there were 4 rows of seats available. The bus route covers a great deal of the city. Downside: the entire one way loop took us 3 hours and 35 minutes to complete. We never got off the bus as it started raining, so we were on the bus the entire loop. The website says their loop is about 2.5 hours. If you take this bus to go anywhere, the transit time alone to go to a stop and then get back on to go to your starting point consumes 3.5 hours of time. At their pricing, you are much better off with a taxi or UBER to get around. The taxis and UBER in Buenos Aires are a pretty good deal and consume much less time than the hop on hop off bus. All in all, I would not use this service again. Too inefficient and a waste of time. It could be somewhat fixed if they made two routes instead of one for the buses. This is how some other cities tackle the long loop.

      Tango show was awesome!!
We would have done just the show, which was GREAT!! Dinner was a disappointment. Service was great, venue beautiful but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable.

      Great tour !
Caught the Bus at Arcos mall in Palermo and had a great 3hr + tour of Buenos Aires! Liked the multi language headphone system, very informative and clear . Made multiple stops , we chose to stay on and enjoy the ride. We did this our first day in Buenos Aires and is a great way to get a lay of the land , made notes on our map ( included with headphones for the cost) of places we wanted to return to . Was on time and well worth the price.

      My Palacio Tango experience
We had a good time but with a couple of hiccups… Transportation never showed up so we ended up taking an Uber And then the food…. I’m Argentinian and felt embarrassed to see people trying to eat the worst steak we had ever…. The show was great, service good.

      Worst bus tour ever!
As it was our first day in Buenos Aires, we spent 4 hours on the hop on hop off bus to get the lay of the land with intentions of completing the tour the next day. I have been on several similar tours in numerous cities and find them helpful. Well, we won’t be returning tomorrow. For starters the static coming through the earbuds was unbearable and when we got on a different bus, same problem. Even if we were able to hear everything, the recorded tour was nowhere near synced with the actual sites we were passing. Worst bus tour ever!!

Covered the city but too much filler
The trip did a good job of covering the city, but talk could have been more informative. Also it played music for half the time where it could have been telling more history or something. Some portions were even repeats.

      Mange your time
The positives were that there was a lot to do. The negatives were that there was a lot to do! It was stated that it was a 3 hour tour. The driving part alone took 3.5 hours and that was in January when BA is relatively empty as half the population is on holidays so I would think it takes a lot longer at other times. We were a little tight on time so with getting off at 2 of the 24 stops it took us 5.5 hours. So I would recommend that if possible to do it over 2 days as it would also be a lot to do in one day especially in the January heat. The audio guide on the bus was good but was out of sync on occasions due to stopping and starting in traffic. I know BA quite well as I lived in Argentina for 7 years so I was able to fill in teh gaps for my friend that was with me, otherwise read up on things first to get around the out of sync audio.
