It was to be a Dewey busy day at the airport and our flight was to depart at 12.23 that's why I pre booked the transfer via trip advisor. We received a notification that said we would be told the pick up time and place. Had requested a 9am pick up as flight tickets said to be at airport 3 hours in advance of flight. To contacted us late the day before saying to be outside the Hotel Albatross for a 10.50 pick up. I immediately responded saying I had requested a 9am pick up and they said they had to pick up other passengers from other hotels first?? We were staying on the Norwegian star in dock at Ushuaia the night before the pick up, they said they could not pick us up there and we would have to lug our luggage to the Hotel albatross gate. We were prepared to do this but not prepared to miss our flight. I have our WhatsApp communications as proof of this conversation but we had to quickly get another taxi in road at 9am. They called me via WhatsApp at 10.50 asking where we were, we were at the airport on time. This service did not say it was a bus service with many stops and it did not say it could not collect us from the cruise ship dock when I booked and paid. We want our money back please

A trip down the Beagle Channel. We saw penguins but did not get out of the boat. They were trying to up-sell us photos and various trinkets. I guess that makes sense…

On time pick up, skilled driver. Friendly and well informed guide Juan Hiking not arduous and some great views The paddling also is relatively brief and easy even for first timers on trip. Mostly move w the current. Good for sauna and flora. Lunch was hot and in a covered area

Excellent! The best tour to see the Lighthouse, Beagle Channel and Martillo Island. Totally recommend it! Very easy to find location, expedite boarding and reasonable prices for snacks during sailing. Time to take pictures and a very interesting history telling from the guide.

This is a once in a lifetime experience to actually be walking around on an island that inhabits two different penguin species. Wish we could have spent more time as it was so fascinating observing them. Our tour guide was Tomas who kept us well informed about the area and the penguins. The boat ride in the afternoon was also really nice getting to see sea lions and other birds.

Comfortable catamaran. No motion sickness at all. We saw everything that was promised and it was a great! It was raining when we went out but that didn’t affect our ability to see the critters, and it did clear up. Lots of busy penguins 😁 Really fun excursion

Great up close views of penguins and sea lions. Bonus for bird watchers.. saw tern and imperial cormorant colonies. Weather constantly changing. So come prepared. Went from hot to cloudy to rainy to sunny and cold all in 5 hrs.

This was a nice relaxing boat trip and it was really fun to see the penguins! The mountains were beautiful and we were lucky that the water was calm.

Juan, our guide and Nikko, our driver were the perfect team! They were both accommodating and kind. Juan was super knowledgeable about the National Park.. including hiking routes, plants, animals and the history of.. always informing of an interesting tidbit! The boat tour was just lovely! Lunch was wonderful~tarts, lamb stew, and apple cake with berry sauce.. plus Malbec wine. Highly recommend this tour!

What a great day! The guides were friendly and had a lot of knowledge. We were the only ones canoeing, which made the experience even more special. The views were breathtaking, we even had three sea lions who followed us all the way. The hike is an easy 2-hour walk with lovely views. The lunch was very tasty and with a great view.

Ushuaia is a beautiful city with many different attractions such as the Martillo Island penguin tour which was one of the best tours I have ever been on as being in the tour allowed me to get up close and personal with a penguin colony and seals with the beautiful Ushuaia landscape all around me. This is one of the best trips I have ever had and I will remember this for my whole life!

There's not much special about it. A lot of People on the boat. We were lucky: very nice weather and so, we had many nice views

Great trip on this boat to see penguins sea lions and we also got to spot some Orcas along the way. Great views and educational staff on board. Very friendly and helpful. Nice spaces indoor and out for the cruise in any weather. Would recommend this to anybody

This trip was so much fun and our guide, Marcel, was one of the best guides ever. Tierra del Fuego Natl Park is very beautiful with spectacular scenery
