Fun, informative, easy to see the sights with not a lot of effort.
My in-laws were in town from Wyoming. We wanted to let them get a flavor of Sedona in a limited time. Our tour guide Noah was very good and engaging. We saw the highlights of Sedona and they enjoyed the history and scenery. Great way to get introduced to Sedona. We also fell in love with the word Schnebly thanks to Noah.

      Terrible driver but good tour
Lowering rating bc of Grand Canyon drivers TERRIBLE driving. I have rarely gotten carsick and I felt nauseated the 2nd half of the trip. He was constantly rocking the van and not driving in a straight line. He also was driving at 90-95mph in a 75 mph zone. His manner towards other drivers was extremely aggressive, rude to merging cars and he even used hand motions to shoo another driver. You would think someone who gives tours would have some compassion and understand that tourists are driving in the city and may be a bit unsure. The good points were he took us to amazing views, we saw wildlife and he shared facts about the Grand Canyon.

      Fantastic Experience!
What an amazing day! Miguel was our tour guide, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very personable to everyone in our group and clearly had immense knowledge about the Grand Canyon and its surrounding area. This tour was great because we really got to see a lot of the Grand Canyon even though we were only there for one day. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

      Give Noah a Raise
Noah is an excellent knowledgeable tour guide. He informed me about the history of the area, told me all about the hiking hot spots, and of course recommended all the great places to eat. There are plenty of your options in Sedona, make this one a priority.

      Enjoyable tour
Noah was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and a top rate photographer! Could have skipped the Stupas, though.

      Don’t waste your money!
Worst tour ever! Start off, no one at meeting place(store) until 8AM, even though they requested everyone to meet at 7:45. Al the driver/tour guide drove 80-85 mph & kept trying to pass cars on curves & going up a mountain. We Only stopped at 3 out of 6 stops. Ate lunch from Safeway( one of the stops) sitting on rocks No picnic tables. Al wasn’t very knowledgeable. He did show us a tree that caught on fire by lightning. He drove so fast my pictures came out blurry from shooting them through the van windows. I’ve been on many of these tours. All except this one have been great.

Our guide, Avery, was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. However, the tour was tainted by the condition of the vehicle. It had recently rained before our tour and when we entered the vehicle the fabric upholstery was soaked. We were give blankets to put on the seats but once we sat down, the water soaked into the blankets. Thank goodness we had thought to bring some garbage bags to sit on. We placed a fabric bag on the floor and the carpeting was so wet the entire contents of the bag were wet. Saw some great views but be prepared for shopping stops. The tour was 4 hours long and with a tip of $20, the cost was $128.

Had a great tour that took us to the main sites. The driver was knowledgable and fun. I do think too much time is spent at the spanish shopping center and 1.5 hours was way too long for lunch. That time could have been spent seeing other sites. All-in-all we are glad we did it and would recommend it but be aware that half the time is not sightseeing at all.

We had a terrible guide. Her name is Grace. She late picking the group and multiple stops and in one instance she was 30 minutes late. This is unacceptable. Also, her ability to provide useful information was lacking. Her monolog was all about her and her rediscovery of herself after coming to Sedona. Really? An example, she mentioned that Oak Creek flows through the entire city. She pointed out one tree species, the sycamore. Then babbled on about how she likes to sit by the creek and meditate which helps her in her personal journey. Who cares? Why not tell us more about the Oak Creek system. What kind of riparian habitat is it? What kind of animals and plants are found within the system? She also stated that Sedona has a secured water source/supply. Really? A couple remarked that it looked so green and wondered what all the fuss was about drought? That is a legitimate question to ask and should have been explained. These people are from out of state and will leave not appreciating the complexity of available water and its uses in Arizona. There are plenty more examples but suffice it say, Grace is not the guide to provide valuable information on the culture, history, and natural resources in Arizona and specifically, Sedona.

What a great way to see Sedona if you haven't been here before. We dropped into Sedona for the first time after spending a week in the Grand Canyon and wanted to see all that we could in three days. We booked the Scenic Sedona half day tour and what a great decision that turned out to be.
You meet next door to Sedona Crepes where it seemed like people went to breakfast before hopping on the tour. No worries, you get time to enjoy a good lunch up town during the tour if you chose to wait.
Sorry, but I don't remember our guides name but he was very good at his job. He was very knowledgeable about Sedona's landscape, history and art culture. You went to several points of interest had time to stop and walk around a bit and enjoy the moment.
You stop mid day in Uptown Sedona and you have lots of eating choices or, if you choose, you can shop a bit. We sat outside and enjoyed those beautiful Sedona red cliffs during our meal. We got back on our van and continued our tour. Everyone we met on our tour was very nice and it's pretty cool that none of us were from the same state.
I would highly recomment the half day tour, it was a great way to see so many things, experience the amazing landscape and still have most of your day to get out on your own and make your own adventure.

Hi ya’ll, from us Cajuns from Louisiana. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour on Saturday with John, who was not only very knowledgeable about all things Sedona, but also was very personable and quite humorous! We had a great group with us as well and Larry and I will recommend your tour to anyone we know that will be traveling to Sedona. Best of luck in your new office location (at least your office won’t be the “parking lot!” LOL!!

Thanks again for an awesome tour!

The description of this tour sounds good, but it really isn't what is described. We spent a lot of time stuck in traffic, missed seeing one of the stops because the line ahead of us was too long, the guide knew very little about the town or the sites we did visit, seemed to do a lot of driving around the same streets (wondered if the guide was lost). Just not worth the price.

We wanted an overview of Sedona: the history, places to hike, to eat, and fun places to shop. We took a five-hour tour of Sedona on Sedona Scenic Tours and they really delivered. Our driver, Casey, was very knowledgeable regarding all things Sedona had to offer, as well as offering more in-depth info if needed later. We were taken to six different areas that gave us a feeling for the geological sites, as well as the spiritual nature of Sedona. In addition to being knowledgeable, Casey was a lot of fun. He responded to good nature banter from clients in a fun and clever way. We enjoyed our trip very much and thought it offered good value for the money.

We decided on a tour of Sedona as first time visitors. So glad we did as this tour was incredible. It balanced short stops at both the Sedona rock formations and tourist/art areas. What I appreciated was the guide's knowledge of the area, customs, and stories surrounding where we stopped and what we saw. The benefit of not having to drive and know where to go and park is a huge plus as well.

I had an exceptional experience on the Scenic Sedona Tour that I wish to share! I was very impressed with the five-hour tour, an invaluable experience that I could not have otherwise received as an unescorted tourist in Sedona. The effects of the last years have rendered Sedona more challenging to explore. This tour not only offers a docent and a driver, museum level knowledgeable and inspired guides, it allows all members of the party to relax, learn and absorb its energy, without the rigors of limited parking and space. We were treated to the world class sites, including Chapel of the Holy Cross and vortex, Bell Rock, Courthouse Rock, Airport Rock, and Amitabha Stupa/vortex. Other special locales were the charming Mexican Village reenactment of Tlaquepaque, replete with fixtures, plants and art from a real Mexican Pueblo which was reproduced authentically. We enjoyed an hour and a half lunch stop in the Uptown District enjoying beautiful vistas of Sedona as we ate, shopped for mementos and appreciated street entertainment. The Dragon’s Den, the hub of the Scenic Sedona Tours, offers an exquisite boutique of crystals, organic candles, chic clothing and bric a brac to enchant your home upon return. With such a thorough introduction, you are provided with a solid basis to return and explore Sedona further. Stacey manages all aspects of the tours and shop enthusiastically and professionally.
