Wow they, Lily (guide) and Poli (driver), really made this trip so unbelievably amazing and wonderful. I originally booked through Ruta Verde, but it seems the reservation was sub-contracted to Mundicontact Expeditions. Lily and Poli were waiting for us when the overnight bus from La Paz arrived at 7a. They immediately brought us to a restaurant for breakfast, said they would be back at 9a because they had things to finalize including getting gas. Tip to future travelers - don't just bring only your phone and cash into the restuarant, bring your clothes and toiletries. My friends and I left our backpacks in the vehicle and immediately regretted it. We could have freshened up, brush our teeth, etc. It was a long 2 hours, and we actually were a bit worried about how the day would go at this point. But believe me, just TRUST THE PROCESS. If you have nothing else to do, walk around the town - there are stores within a block or two you can peruse. Lily and Poli came back right on time. Timing was amazing and according to the itinerary that was provided and agreed upon. We spent enough time at each location for Lily to provide us the history, explanations, answer our questions, AND take some amazing photos and videos. Someone should hire Lily to be their Director of Marketing or take control of their social media. This girl took the most amazing pictures and videos for my friends and me; we cannot believe what we have to look at to remember our experience. She suggested so many poses and videos - we trusted her and the results were spectacular. Salar de Uyuni is already beautiful, the lagoons are all already naturally beautiful - but the pictures and videos Lily took just elevated everything. Even though we visited during the dry months, Lily and Poli still took us to an area where there was water on the ground so that we could also experience a little bit of the mirror effect. Mundicontact provided the rainboots and also had an amazing setup for us to watch the sun set (wine and snacks, tables, chairs included!). Meals (lunches) were nutritious - a protein, potatoes (of course), vegetables, another carb, and drinks. Homemade and delicious. The meal setup in the middle of the Solar was especially beautiful and unforgettable. We were a little family for that short weekend - we laughed with one another, they played music we liked and they also shared music they liked, we shared personal stories, we shared snacks, they tried to accommodate all of our requests - going over and above the minimum (bringing us to an ATM when we needed it, showing us where we could eat dinner when we got dropped off at the bus station, trying to get us to the markets for the specific goods we were looking for, etc). The trip was very cozy, personal, punctual, and fulfilling!

This was a wonderful trip. Bolivia was a pleasant surprise for us. We enjoyed every second of our stay at Uyni. Pictures cannot express how beautiful this land is. Our guide Eddy was very helpful kind and most importantly trustworthy. He is an excellent driver and knows the terrain well. The service at our hostels was also good. Food was simple but tasty. I would recommend the tour Group for everyone.

Our 3 Day Tour through the Uyuni Salt Flsts and region covered 1000km drive on dirt roads, passing through incredible beautiful landscape. Our driver Richar from Mundi Contact Expeditions / Rita Verde made this potentialy exhausting trip most comfortable a fun! His driving skills are amazing fast and safe! He loves music and silence as well as a knowledgeable conversation. The tour was private and he accommodated all our requests, changing sometimes the itinerary. This was one of my favourite nature tours I have ever done! just amazing!

We did a 4 day/3 nights tour from San Pedro de Atacama in Chile to the Uyuni salt flat. We had Poli who’s a very experienced driver and we felt very safe and Victor our English speaking guide. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we visited as well as the Bolivian culture. We learned a lot ! We saw some amazing sights and both were happy to stop as much as we wanted as my husband likes to take photos. Nothing was too much trouble. They were both very courteous and good fun .Thanks for the great photos you took Victor especially on the Salt flat ! It was all very well organised and never felt rushed . We had some delicious lunches in good places . The hotels were well situated and good. A very well organised tour and would definitely recommend this team . Cannot find any faults .

Eddie was our guide and our chófer and he was spectacular. He was kind and so very courteous. He kept us informed along the way and answered all our questions. We did the trip in reverse with the desert hotel first and the salt hotel last. We were glad it was reversed for us with the salt flats as the highlight of the trip. Tour was beautiful and all we had hoped for. Again Eddie was a rock ⭐!!

We took a 3-day/2-night tour from San Pedro de Atacama to Uyuni, with Mundicontact, booking via Ruta Verde Tours. Our guide and driver was Zodrigo. Everything went very well. Zodrigo was always very attentive to our needs. The tour was by car, and at each viewpoint Zodrigo stopped so that we had time to enjoy and take photos, and he was always available to help us take photos too. Meals were included and the food was very good, they take dietary restrictions into account. We had a health problem, Zodrigo did everything to find us a health center to see a doctor even though we were in very remote areas. Thank you for everything!

A very nice trip that covers most of the Uyuni and the Altiplano sights. Had a very good car and an experienced driver/guide, Edchy, who navigated the off-road conditions with expert calm and safety! The service was first class with that little extra effort thrown in. Can really recommend the tour and the company if you need to go from Uyuni to San Pedro. Ask for Edchy as your driver!

We spent 3 wonderful days in a really surprising Bolivian nature! It has been simply amazing thanks also to our guide Poli that made our experince even greater!

The most wonderful tour ever. I had dreamed of this place for years and it was my personal gift for my 50th birthday and for my daughter’s 20th. And wow!! It was just amazing, from the moment we arrived to the moment we got in San Pedro. Of course the scenery is incredible and it takes your breath away but it is really the way everything was organized, the hotels, the food, the surprises along the way every day that made it even more beautiful. And most importantly it was our guide, Edchy, who made us feel super special, cared for and extremely safe. He made it very awesome for us. He took photos of us, made sure we were fine, helped us with border patrols…I really hope you get to meet him. Also, I had read all the horror stories about accidents and freezing nights and hard traveling conditions, but this tour was just the opposite. Great guide, great car, great atmosphere, best time and memories for ever. There are no words that could express my gratitude, thank you.

Everything well done in our 3 days tour. Landscapes are wanderfull and driver Eddy always on time and kind, high recommended. Visit Bolivia, and you will never forget this beauty!

We just completed this three day tour through Ruta Verde Tours and the local provider was Mundicontact and the guide and driver were Jahni and Rodrigo, respectively. The tour itself was conducted very professionally and Jahno had the answers to even the most obscure questions that we gave her. This is as very active tour with many stops punctuated by long drives, so please be aware. Having said that, we asked for several deviations and Jhani adapted accordingly. The salt flats were amazing, with food and wine at the end, and the other days with geysers, flamingoes, and rock formations were real highlights as well. The salt hotel on the first night and the highest hotel on earth (really) on the second were treats as well. I have only resisted giving this tour top marks because of the elevation, which is of course not their fault. The second hotel is is 4300 feet above sea level and the last day we reached over 4500. At these levels we needed to go very slowly and experienced a lot of wheezing and and dizzyness. If you can undertake alitutide training (?) of some sort that is advised. We spent a week at lower altitudes before and that helped, but only a bit. Good luck!

We had a wonderful time during our 4 day South Bolivia experience with Mundicontact. Jovanna, our guide, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. She spoke good English and truly made sure that we had a great time every step of the way. Eddie, our driver for the Lancruiser for this trip, was a true professional and a really good driver. Given the difficult terrain and driving conditions, Eddie made sure we always felt comfortable and safe. Both Jovanna and Eddie made our Bolivia trip memorable.

Our 3 day 2 night tour with a private 4x4 and en suite rooms was arranged via Ruta Verde agency who were very good. They contracted Mundicontact Expeditions for the tour. And very glad we were that we did. We had agreed no guide was needed, and as it would be a driver only, Spanish speaking. Edchy was a driver and was wonderful. Safe driving, constantly courteous opening my wife's car door and as helpful as he could be explaining lakes, volcanoes and mountains as he could be in Spanish with our limited understanding. We have visited salt lakes in other countries, and volcanic areas, so have quite a deep knowledge but Edchy was always keen to be assured of our understanding and appreciation of the tour. And what sites, Laguna Verde, Desierto de Siloli and of course Uyuni salt flats to name just three outstanding features. And Uyuni, just spectacular with Edchy's help for the quirky photos made possible by the salt flat surfaces. Excellent company throughout.

Landscape is amazing with professional safe driving and tour by Polly who is experience and friendly. Picnics outside were memorable. There were plenty of unique creatures, vicuña, llama, flamingo, viscacha and culpeo, along the tour.
