(He also valunteering in a fundation that helps poor kids). It's really important for him to complete all what he promiss you and what you booked for, so that you will be happy and satisfied. I could not have been more happy with my experience with Open Plains Adventures because of Ally and Israel. Last month, I went on the 7 day Machame route to climb Kilimanjaro. Ally had great prices compare to other companies. I was not in the best of shape I was pretty nervous about getting to the top. Israel could not have been a better guide. He was so patient and encouraging to help me get to the top. I definitely perfected the art of Pole Pole which is often repeated on the mountain reminding climbers to climb Slowly. Making it to the summit was not easy but I know I only got to the top because of my Guide Israel and great team of porters. I was not able to go on a safari on this trip but am looking forward to using Open Plains Adventures when I am able to take another trip to Tanzania.

They care about us. Communication was the best part of the experience. Our driver always find the best spot to take nice pictures. Our safari specialist always confirm with us wether everything is okay or not. We saw all types of big five and a lot of birds. We would love to go back again with Bakari and plan with Ally. Our safari guide was Devis. We had an extraordinay experience with him. He knows a lot about nature and animals, he is an excellent photographer and drives safely He‘s the perfect guide you like to have to make your Tanzania safari a lifetime experience. He answers all your questions and fulfills your wishes, is Respectfully and chatty. We saw lions hunting, hundreds of Buffalos, Zebras and a lot more animals. It was just amazing! We chosed Open Plains Adventure after we heard excellent feedback from our friends. We wanted to have the same tour guide. We had highly expectations. Well performance meet expectations. During the preparation and arrangements before, Ali was very kind to all our questions. During the trip our guide was attentive, has extensive knowledge, answer very patiently to all the questions (and there were so many....) responds to all requests. He changed some of the original plan' to our request and was very plesant. Lodges were wonderful (especially Endoro lodge) and the combination of all this makes an unforgettable time to our family. We booked directly through Open plains adventures from a friends who connect with Ally who arrange everything according to our request. We visited Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti and last, Ngorongoro crater. Everything was excellent accomodations and transportation was well arranged. Our guide, Bakari was good and charming i recommend. He speak English excellent, knowlegde of wildlife, animal behavior and ability to get where they are! We enjoyed conversations with him and found him to be flexibile and sevice oriented as well. He was happy to accommodate and seemed to enjoy seeing things and sharing information. Our driver BAKARI is so excellent and we recommend him and open plains adventures for quality services.

We're five teacher from CANADA who volunteer teaching in Zanzibar Island. We contact Ally the director of openplainsadventures in MOSHI after read one of his article in Facebook page the beautiful of mount Kilimanjaro! We take attention reading that article for sure impress us to ask some details about climbing mount Kilimanjaro. After a few discussion about the routes,price and weather the director advice us to climb via Lemosho Route 8 Days climb up to Uhuru peak. He send us the itinerary of whole route up the end. We made decision according to his advice and promise us however is the rain season but his Guide well experience and professional. What we abserve from Ally is quickly replying and advices different from other agents! How ever he have few reviews but well experience! After all our arrangement from Zanzibar to Dar es salaam and take a Kilimanjaro express luxury bus to Kilimanjaro. We take 9 hours from Dar to Kilimanjaro. When we reach Kilimanjaro booking office Ally already waiting for us! Have a greeting with director and took us to Leopard Hotel where already book for us! Because of late hours we arrival yesterday the next day morning Ally come with our Guide MOHAMED for checking our gears and briefing about our Lemosho route! The beautiful explanation bring us confidence to reach top of this mountain. One of our members miss some gears and Ally take her to one of the Office and rents the missing gears and back to hotel! After all thing settled we pay Ally the total amount in order to pay online our park fees and other for transport and food! The next day at 9:00am Ally was outside with all our member teams ready to Lemosho gate! We introduced our self to members and them also! After reach the gates MOHAMED our guide make final registration and went to Office and check our passport. After finish all things include weighed our bags the climb starts. Our Guide and Assistant Guide John we are very charming explains all thing we ask correctly. When reach to the Camp out Cooks already make some hot coffee with popcorn little rest waiting for dinner! The last night we weakup was 2am to summit this day without our Guide advice no one will be summit but at 6am we're at 'Uhuru peak 5896mt' take photos and videos, see the wonderful glacier at the top! Our cook Abbas is the Doctor of our stomach how he prepare our different meals according to different zone we camp! The last day when reach MWEKA Gate our director ally come and congratulate us for summit well but very tired! Abbas our doctor already reach and prepare a delicious chicken soup for us and whole crue! We thanks our team provide they tips us per itinerary and thanks for what help us! Porters Singing Kilimanjaro songs and dancing! After finish our lunch Ally provide a short speech for congratulation open shampen provide his company t-shirts and certificate for summit Uhuru peak! Is hard for us to write all the beautiful things for this company but us will be ambassador of openplainsadventures for his quality service and advice other to book with this company! Ally your mean everything for us to summits well! We promise Ally next year July 2020 to do 4 days lodge Safari with his company! We highly recommend open plains adventures among smart local own company.

We spent 4 days doing safari through Ngorogoro, and then to Serengeti with Open Plains Adventure. We epected to be charged a lot of money but after few conversation with Mr Ali he gave us the best rate compare to other operators. The great thing is our guides were extremely knowledgable and helpful and the great moment comes when we visited Chemka Hotsprings that place is awesome. We could not have asked for better.
