My husband and I took the half day Puerto Plata tour today and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Anderson (Anddy), was very professional, informative, and patient. He took us to many of the sights around Puerto Plata and provided great suggestions and recommendations for the rest of our trip. We vowed to relax on this trip if not we would book another excursion with Anddy’s Tours tomorrow. Whenever we are back in this area we will definitely book another tour with Anddy.

Great price and provided everything as promised. Driver and guide were friendly. Below was our experience in June 2024. Prompt pick-up from hotel. (Note: If you're in Puerto Plata it's about a 2-hour drive to the destination and they do pack the 26 passenger van.) First stop was a small family fruit farm. The family was nice and they walked us around the property and shared the fruit from the trees. This was also an opportunity to buy local coco. The next two stops were beaches, with about 60-90 minutes each, and lunch at the second location. The food was good and other travels friendly. The last stop was a lagoon that had zipline into the water. It's not for everyone because it can be a "scary" drop, but it is fun if you go. (Note: There is a small $2 charge for the required life vest. Also a small charge for lockers are available.) If you're not ziplining there is a wadding water area or just large beautiful garden.

Amazing adventure and a must do in DR -- large group led by amazing locals. Remember to bring cash to support them and their businesses in between stops.

25F & 26M - This was the best excursion we have been on in the Carribean. Communication was proactive & clear on where to meet. Ended up with a private driver Jhon since no other passengers booked for our day - He was 11/10. Took us to all specified excursions & more. Provided a safe place for us to keep our belongings during Damajagua hike / waterfall slides. Wasted no time whisking us away to a local Cacao / Coffee roastery on our way to buggies. Stopped for bottled water + freshly cut coconuts (complimentary). Buggy tour was longer than expected, and very fun! They have some serious horsepower. Ended with lunch at a local Puerto Plata roadside restaurant - we were the only tourists on site. Food was amazing & authentic West Indies. Cannot recommend this enough. We booked the city tour of Puerto Plata out of the local office next to Presidential Suites by Lifestyle in Cabarete. We were told to meet in the hotel lobby at 8 am the day of the tour. No one showed up nor did anyone answer the phone in the office or the cell number. So, we walked to their office and waited for them to open. We were first told that the bus driver went to the wrong location to pick us up and to come back in 20 minutes so we went to have a cup of coffee. When we returned, we were told that the driver actually had a medical emergency the day before and was in the hospital. They suggested we change the date of the tour but we were heading home so that wouldn’t work and just requested a refund. We were traveling with friends so there were 2 reservations for parties of 2 under 2 names. Our friends were reimbursed but we were not. Upon return home, I disputed the charge on our credit card. The company has yet to reimburse us. Do not trust this company.

Do not book this unless you want to be left behind. The drivers have to wait outside (20+ min walk) and no one seems to know how to get you there. Phone number provided belongs to a person who claims not to work for this company

Even though I did the visit alone I enjoyed it a lot, the group I was with was very fun and the activities were incredible, highly recommended for a hot day.

I chose this excursion based on previous customers reviews and I’m so glad we decided to purchase it! We enjoyed first of all the amazing communication Andy’s Tours from point A-Z was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend this excursion and company. They made us feel so great and made sure we were enjoying our excursion to the fullest. We had a personal guide named Orlando which was also our personal photographer that was with us throughout the excursion. He and John were the best tour guides we could ever ask for, they all made us feel safe and most definitely will be coming back to Dominican Republic real soon ! It is a challenge doing the hike but our 40’s butts got it done we made the best out of our voyage. You will sweat your life out but they make sure you stay hydrated and rest every couple of mins, so that’s so helpful

My favorite part of the experience was the monkeys, and my fiancée favorite part was the zip line! We loved every moment of the trip. My fiance had his heart set on hand rolled Dominican so our guides graciously stopped at the cigar factory in Puerto Plata so he could run in and grab some cigars. Just beware that inorder to do the zip lining we have to climb quite aways. It was such an amazing and fun experience!!!

We have the best experience at all Buggies ride was great we did not know how to swim but papito help us thank you guys

Great tours the Lagun is amazing we did the Tarzan jump we my boyfriend and love this tour l recomendé it 100%

We were very pleased with the service. We booked ziplines, waterfalls, and monkeyland. It was our favorite highlight of our trip. The staff was so nice and friendly. We got our money’s worth for sure. We will definitely use them again.

We visit puerto plata and the city Center park and pink street shopping and more Was a good experience

Tour guides were awesome! The rock slides were fun! Strenuous hike up to the falls but we took several breaks. Wear the water shoes that look like tennis shoes. You need a good sole due to very rocky paths. You don’t see waterfalls that look like the photo on this page but still a beautiful experience

I had a wonderful day with on the Waterfalls and buggy excursion! They were professional throughout and made sure we enjoyed every part of the tour. I would definitely recommend them
