From the moment I booked our pick up, Julio was attentive, kind and full of very helpful travel information. Our driver Alex was friendly, exactly on time and an excellent driver. We booked transportation from the resort back to the airport with them and the service was the same high quality of attention, friendliness and care. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Ride service arrangements were easily made online well in advance of our trip. Julio reached out to us right before we left to see if we needed anything, and remind us about the important e-ticket requirement for immigration. Ride service from the airport to our resort was great. Cecil was very professional. Julio reached out again during our stay to see if we were interested in doing any excursions. Not pushy at all; very sincere. Alex was there to take us back to the airport. Again, very professional. Would highly recommend this ride service.

Very professional and always on time. When I got out of the airport the driver was already there holding a sign with my name on it. Did not have to wait for them to get there. Same for when we were picked to from the hotel to go back to airport. They were there before the scheduled pick up time. Great service. Would recommend 100% and definitely will use the service again.
