About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 867merm0 contributionsGood petra experience, but not as much Bedouin cultureOverall we loved our experience mainly just because being in that type of setting in the caves with that beauty, is just amazing. I recommend this if you love the idea of seeing Petra and being outdoors with great views and are okay with not getting a ton of Bedouin culture experience. One great thing is they will give you tons of delicious bedouin tea. You may need to ask for water. Feras and his wife Natalie were a bit busy while we were there. Things come up. We spent some time with them, but not as much as you would think (none our 2nd night). Feras was pretty busy so you do not get time like you expect. We wanted more of the bedouin culture as promised, but we made the most of it and truly enjoyed ourselves. We were able to experience a part of the culture on our own since we were there on our own most of the time. It is a really cool experience and the rock bed is so neat! There are animals around which is great! If you love petra, you will really experience it here and even climb to their cave! It is an unforgettable experience! The food was good, but we were promised mansaf instead of maqluba since we had already had that. We did not get mansaf. They just got busy and were not very present. They are running so many tours all the time. Also, it is very overpriced and the extra tours they offer are well over the price of what you can get elsewhere so I definitely would say try to find someone else for extra tours. However, it is still worth it, because the experience is great! You dont need a toilet since you are in a cave, but they have one anyway! It is simply beautiful and special! Just know that there is a chance you wont see much of the culture or much of Feras.Written 9 February 2024
- VeronikaVeronika50 contributionsAmazing experienceI was travelling solo in Jordan and Natalia and Ferash helped me a lot. I had an amazing tour in Petra with lunch and hang out with locals. Thank you for an amazing experience, I will definitely come back!Written 5 August 2023
- 17giuggi0 contributionsThe best of PetraOne of the best experiences we had in Jordan! The only structure inside Petra where it is possible to sleep and have a real Bedouin experience with Feras family. Sari, Feras' brother, welcomed us with warmth and affection: we found a friend with whom we spent a wonderful evening! Feras wife is an amazing cook who made us the best meals eaten in Jordan! The only regret is not having visited Petra and having done extra activities with them, certainly our experience would have been even more gratifying.Written 14 May 2023

- Rhettrhett250 contributionsFabulousThis was a fantastic trip! Excellent itinerary, fabulous guide, and truly unique experiences. I enjoy traveling solo and in small groups and do not think I could planned a better trip in the same timeframe. Jordan is wonderful and this tour is an awesome way to see it.Written 5 July 2022

- Lcara55650 contributionsA Night Under the StarsI stayed with a couple of friends for a night in the cave and had the BEST time! We had an incredible private tour of Petra and the Treasury, rode camels and the mules to the monastery, and had an amazing lunch with Natalie and Feras. It is such a surreal moment to sit around the fire at night and talk, while looking up at the stars. It’s truly a once in a lifetime experience to be able to stay after hours in one of the wonders of the world. They are wonderful hosts and the cave has all of the comforts of home, including a bathroom. I would highly recommend it, and would love to come back again!Written 17 May 2022
- Simulationexploratio0 contributionsAmazingAmazing experience, don’t hesitate, comfortable, friendly, super warm (electricity and Wi-Fi), but with all the Bedouins magic.Written 4 April 2022
- 1971Barb20220 contributionsMagic night in PetraThe days we have in Petra were fabulous. We really enjoyed the "Grotte d'Indiana Jones" for a real immersion in Bedouin's life. Thank you for the kind hospitality and the foods were excellent. It is really a place to stay to learn more about the local life. All the family had a wonderful time thereWritten 19 February 2022
- leanan20220 contributionsAmazing stay in the most wonderful placeThank you so much to Firas and his family for making our stay in Petra unforgettable. Everything was amazing, the food was the best that we ever had and the welcoming the warmest. The cave’s location is perfect to visit Petra, and it is very comfortable. Spending the night there was an experience on its own. We can’t wait to go back again if we have a chance. I highly recommend staying with Firas for a romantic getaway, or even a family one. Thank you so much again!!!!Written 21 January 2022
- nadiaf7940 contributionsHighly recommended the stay in the caveThe cave is located in the wonderful archeological city of Petra. The view from the cave is beautiful and you can take wonderful photos. The cave is fully equipped, sanitary ware, beds, blankets are available and is very clean. Do not hesitate to try the dinner in the cave cooked by the host. Jordanian cuisine will fascinate you. The host will provide you with all the information you need and will give you a wonderful tour and route to the archeological city of Petra. In addition, staying in the cave you will experience the Bedouin way of life which is something amazing .. It is an experience that will be unforgettable and I highly recommend it.Written 13 January 2022
- loris_bsk0 contributionsRip-off the tourist experienceAs a rural accomodation, you have to put up with a few things; if you ask for a toilet you are said to do "in the wild". More annoying the insistence on additional services; how many time do I have to tell that I don't want to go on a donkey ? In the end I accepted to be escorted on shortcut to a viewing point, accessible only "with a guide" for 20 JOD. It was not a shortcut, as I walk past the ordinary access point to take it. And of course there was no indication that a guide was required.Written 9 January 2022

This was an amazing trip that I took with my mom. It was to celebrate my birthday, I will never forget this amazing birthday experience. I had a birthday in a beautiful cave filled with good vibes and people. We saw so many beautiful places and experienced some good relaxation time talking and getting to know the people that live there in South Jordan. I saw unexcepted beauty that was so peaceful and happy, the desert is truly a magical place. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and friendly, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. He stayed with us the whole time and it was nice to learn and get to know him and other locals.
Wadi Araba camping and riding the truck down the sane dunes was amazing and I will definitely do that again. Petra is spectacular and still so much beauty yet to be discovered. Wadi Rum and it's beautiful sunsets. It is hard to say what was my favorite spot and activity because I loved it all and each had it's own uniqueness and beauty. Such an unexpected memorable experience, my mom and I will certainly be back.

My husband and I took our two kids (9, 14) to Jordan a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. Natalie was extremely responsive to my questions from the time I reached out to inquiry about her program throughout the end of the trip.
We drove through the landscape in Wadi Rum and stayed in their camp and me and my daughter slept outside under the stars. We went to Petra and the monastery as well as a beautiful lookout, using Mules. Rode horses and camels and slept in their cave. The cave was wonderful- real Bedouin style yet spacious and comfortable with a working toilet. We also went to Wadi Araba, went on dune buggies, sand surfing and slept in tents in the desert.
Natalie, her husband Feras or one of their family members were with us the entire time. Feras family is wonderful. His sister cooked a delicious meal, his brothers and cousins helped keep us safe and comfortable when we were riding the mule, horse and camels and everyone was very kind and considerate. My 9-yo played soccer and board games with Feras children, which I loved so much.
If you’re looking for a true Bedouin experience, definitely go with Natalie and Feras. You’ll see the sights, being a tourist, but also experience what real life is. This isn’t a historical tour, but you’ll be in awe of what they bring you to.

Three friends and I organized a three-day trip to some of Jordan's best sites with Natalie and Feras of Coulture Trips.
We had an amazing time and got a really fun and also unique experience that is very difficult to find. For example, useful insider tips, a truly unique overnight stay in a cave in Petra, great local food, authentic interactions and experiences with local Bedouins and their culture and much more.
Another great point to note is their flexibility. They were able to adjust the plans and make changes based (even last minute) on our groups wishes and availability.
