I really wanted to do a bike tour of Salento. I was looking at the different options and contacted several including QuindosMTB to ask about the options there were.
Jorge responded to me on Instagram and from the first contact was very helpful. He gave me a lot of advice and I wonder what I expected from the route. I told him more or less that I wanted good views, a way forward and also fun. From there I kept talking to him that I was interested and told him that I have good physical condition.
He planned the whole route and we traveled several points, even those that do not go many cyclists. I achieved everything I wanted to do on that route and we did just over 6 hours including coffee stop, photos and recharge in Philandia with a fruit juice.
It was the best experience I could have had at Quindio.

Quindos MTB offers very good bike tours. We were looking for a route through the countryside with good views of the coffee region, and the guides proposed one that met our expectations and our abilities. During the tour we made two stops to rest and eat something. In total it took us between 3 to 3.5 hours to complete the route. We choose to have the accompaniment of the guides. They were patient and adjusted to our rhythms, but they always tried to ensure that we went as a group. The bikes are in good condition, the guides have good knowledge of the routes they offer and can also solve mechanical problems with the bikes! We really enjoyed the tour and the experience in general.

The guide was very friendly, the mountain bikes were in good condition, and the course was exciting. Overall, it was a great tour.
This time, I didn't make any specific requests, just told them my height and left the rest to them.
The climb along the way was steep and difficult, but I felt a sense of accomplishment after finishing the tour.
If you're not confident in your physical strength, it's probably best to make a request before the tour.
