Best experience and best people!!
May 2020
We had booked our trip for Bhutan with Bhutan Best In bound. I got a reference through trip advisor itself. Mr. Thinley approached us with all the details and best quote. I got very comfortable with the approach and decided to finally go with Bhutan Best In Bound. But before we finalized the itinerary, I made Thinley answer and solve my 100+ queries. He was patient enough through out the the itinerary planning and did not follow up at all. He gave us enough time to decide and get back to him. My family and I were very comfortable. The itinerary was best and exactly what I was looking for.

The best part came when we had to make payment. I was figuring out the mode of payment , Bhutan being treated differently in banking channel in India and it took longer than expected. The date of travelling was approaching too fast but not even once he followed up or dropped an informal inquiry about the payment. That was the best feeling that you are going on a foreign land and the people want you to experience their cultural and get the best experience for you and not necessarily run behind money.

Unfortunately, the day before our departure, Bhutan restricted entry for tourist due to COVID 19 and we could not travel to Bhutan. Thinley refunded the entire advance in a short time without me following up for it even once.

Bhutan best in bound is an example why Bhutan is called kingdom of happiness because its the people who make it happy place. I have my itinerary ready and as soon as things get back to "new normal" post COVID-19, my family and I will make a trip to Bhutan and that too with Bhutan Best In Bound, no second choice.

6 days Visit to Bhutan
Jan 2020
Trip to Bhutan was a mesmerizing experience for me and my family. I have visited places like Paro, Phunaka, Thimpu where we have seen many monasteries, fortresses (or dzongs) and dramatic landscapes.
Taktsang Monastery and Tiger Nest were most attractive to see. Bhutan in-bound team was thoroughly helpful for every instance that we had.

Best ever experience in Bhutan with Thinley, Namgye and Pema
Dec 2019 • Family
Extraordinary planning by Thinley, Namgye (tour guide) and Pema (driver). They were super flexible to accommodate all our requests. Guided us extremely well, in terms what we should see and what should be skipped to make the most of our time in Bhutan without compromising on the quality. Namgye explained the culture and history behind every site visited extremely well, and also encouraged us to complete more difficult hikes like Tigers Nest. Namgye and Pema also took care of our dietary restrictions and helped in suggesting to us the right places to shop at. Also, must highlight that they are by far the most economical - I had reached out to multiple local operators and not only was Thinley the most prompt and proactive but also gave us the most amazing experience at most reasonable price.

Bhutan's Best Inbound/ Aargam Tours is the Best!!! A Magical Journey of a Lifetime!
Nov 2019
I reached out to 4-5 different tour companies while planning our trip. From my first email with Bhutan's Best, I knew this was the place for us. We wanted to plan a customized trip for just my family with a lot of flexibility to stop and go as we choose. I sent over a long list of places I was interested in visiting and within a day, Thinley, the owner sent me a very thoughtful daily itinerary that covered all the spots I wanted to visit with other suggestions in the mix.

Thinley held my hand through every step of the booking process, making it so easy and worry free, from booking places we wanted to stay, getting plane tickets, the visa, and payment. It sounds like a lot, but Thinley pretty much takes care of everything, making this a seamless experience. No stress.

When we arrived in Bhutan, we met with our Guide, Tshendu and personal driver, who made us feel welcome and at home. We had a large comfy van just for the 4 of us (me, my wife, and 2 girls age 9 and 12). Tshendu was a perfect match for our family. He is incredibly kind, patient, peaceful, and knowledgeable. Let me emphasize this last point, Tshendu knew seemingly everything you could know about Bhutan, from the history, culture, crafts, nomads, architecture, symbols, sites, stories, etc. He knew the symbols and stories behind Buddhist paintings, in-depth stories of the monks and monasteries. He even helped us uncovered rare crystals on our hikes to temples, as he's interested in geology. I can tell you that very few people are uncovering crystals on the way to Tiger's Nest!

We saw everything on our itinerary and more. They were wonderful at recommending additional spots. We had plenty of time to explore things we were interested in and move on when we saw enough. We ate at wonderful places, and stayed at some magical spots. They were even flexible enough to change a stay last minute after we arrived and realized it wasn't the home-stay we were expecting. They rebooked a 150 year old farm house homestay with traditional hot stone baths. Amazing! This is the type of flexibility we love.

Lastly, I will say that not all tour operators are the same. We passed several other tours and each time my wife and I said, we lucked out with our tour company. Some guides we came across were quite loud and direct. Our guide was super easy and laid back. He was patient even if my kids started melting down or arguing.

Among other things, we love handicrafts and buying unique treasures and our guide helped us find the best spots for this, along with helping us negotiate prices.

I can't say enough about Bhutan Best. I highly recommend them. We will be back again and next time we hope to see Eastern and Northern Bhutan. We will book again through Bhutan Best/ Aargam.

Best Trip ever
Aug 2019
I visited Bhutan on August with my big family.
Our age ranged from 5 years to 72 years. The way our guide Namgay attended to this variance of age was impressive.
From the time I started corresponding with Mrs. Geeta till Mr. Namgay saw us off, everything went smooth.
The highlight of the tour was Buddha Statue, Dochula Pass, Khamsum Yulley hike, Tiger Nest hike ,Ludron Park, Punakha Dzong & Dzongdrakha.
The hotel provided was clean and neat. The vehicle was very comfortable and well maintained.
The only hiccup that we experienced was occasional rain but luckily we were not affected so much.
We highly recommend Bhutan Inbound Tour

Last minute family trip to Bhutan
Aug 2019 • Family
We decided to go to Bhutan in early August and only finalized our plans a week before the actual trip. Bhutan Inbound Tours did a phenomenal job of arranging the trip for our group of 14 people in such a short period of time. Geeta was very responsive, prompt, courteous and accommodated almost all our requests in a reasonable budget. Entire tour, right from pick up from airport at Bagdogra to drop off 7 days later was seamless barring a few minor hiccups which were promptly corrected without us having to ask for them.
Our guide, Namguy Wangchuck, was knowledagble, polite and friendly. He honored almost our requests, without missing out even on the smallest ones. Our comfort and safety were clearly his priority and he went out of his way to ensure that. Driver Deepak was good as well.

Overall, we had a wonderful time in Bhutan and went back with knowledge and memories of a lifetime. And I can’t thank Geeta and her entire crew of Bhutan Inbound Tours for the same. Thank you again Geeta for making it possible.

Beautiful country
Aug 2019 • Family
We visited Bhutan in August’ 19. We were total of 14 people and our trip was for 6N/7D. Geeta and her team did a great job in organizing our tour. We were provided a private vehicle which was super comfortable and were assigned a personal guide (Namgahe) who took us around various places and helped us understand the Bhutanese culture. Namgahe did a great job in making sure we were comfortable and went out of his way to help us out even when we did not ask for it. From the moment we landed in siliguri until our return we had someone helping us out. We did not have to wait or have to ask for anything. Overall loved the experience.
