    Drive through the Old Western Town of Ramona and past 23 vineyards.

    Stop At: Santa Ysabel Mission, State Route 79, Santa Ysabel, CA 92036

    Pass through the Santa Ysabel Valley with a stop at Dudley's famous bakery.

    Duration: 20 minutes

    Stop At: Julian Cider Mill, 2103 Main Street, Julian, CA 92036-0130

    Store that provides provisions to the hikers of the 2200 mile Pacific Coast Trail. Also walking all of Julian and stopping at several other interesting local establishments as well as having world famous pie.

    Duration: 45 minutes

    Stop At: Slot Canyon, Borrego Mountain Wash Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, Borrego Springs, CA 92004

    Walking through the narrow Canyon with high Canyon walls.

    Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

    Stop At: Borrego Art Institute, 655 Palm Canyon Drive, Borrego Springs, CA 92004

    Exploring downtown Borrego Springs and stopping for lunch.

    Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

    Pass By: Cuyamaca Mountains, Julian, CA

    Driving through the Cuyamaca Mountains and Lake Cuyamaca to get back to San Diego.
