Great experience for boyfriends, husbands and kids. Easy to book online! Would highly recommend as something fun to do when you are at Universal Studios. Bring a sweatshirt , it gets cold especially around 4. The price is a little steep at $50-70 per person for about 5 minutes of “air time”. The check in time is actually when you need to be there, another 30 minutes of classroom instruction. Oh and yes they have bathrooms! The experience takes about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the group size. You can purchase photos for a few bucks more. Merchandise is 10% off if you buy an Ifly.

The flight is underwhelming. The price quoted only lets you fly really low, like scraping the net at the bottom. They will try and up-sell for "high flying" which I didn't take them up on.

This was a birthday gift I had n=been wanting for some time. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with us first-time fliers... ages 10 to 55!

The plan was to go to Ifly for my friends bachelor/bachelorette party. We were told it would be a fun and exciting experience. Well people not for me. 1 simple gesture to prevent humiliation, or discomfort was totally disregarded with horrible delivery and total humiliation. The waiver asks if you exceed 260 lbs which I do, and I tall and curvy. The waiver states to advise your instructor prior to flying. Okay no problem I would rather discreetly hit yes an tell the instructor discreetly then make my weight known to the whole group and random people standing around waiting for people to fly. Well folks thats not what happened a female employee started going down the list of names and got to mine and said you stated you exceed 260lbs so how much do you weigh? This was done in a loud voice not only infront of everyone in my group BUT infront of everyone standing around. So I said my weight and then walked myself to the restroom where I broke down crying out of sheer humiliation... How was I supposed to walk back out there after that, with everyone knowing my weight and know that I am the only 1 who cannot do the high fly like everyone else in my group. I couldn't ruin everyone elses day especially the soon to be bride and groom. So I said I was too scared after I collected myself and my time was divided amoung my group. I was so humiliated that not only was this experience ruined due to the incompetence of 1 person but the rest of my evening that was supposed to be spent joyously celebrating my friends upcoming wedding. I know this female employee didnt protocol because I know the owner wouldn't want to have his company represented this way. Shame on her. So that is why I do not recommend this place.

I have always wanted to try skydiving but did not want to fall out of a plane. So I decided to try this. I loved it!! I am 66 years old and in good health so I figure what can happen. It was an easy sign up process and the staff was helpful and friendly. I then went to into a training session. I was the only one so I got personal attention but I sensed that the instructor cared about his job and his trainees so I got the full experience Stifling the fear I put on the gear and stepped out to the tube which is out in a middle of an outdoor mall. When I signed in no one was around, when I stepped out a crowd had developed..gulp! When I stepped into the wind tube I followed the instructions and just relaxed. It was amazing. I was floating and moving around on the air. It was easy, just keep your chin up, arms out in front and breathe and you will float. I did the two 1 minute sessions and nothing fancy. The photo’s and video’s were great and affordable. I highly recommend that you try it you will like it!!

Our kids had an amazing experience at IFly especially with their instructor IAN, he is the best. They were so scared and he made them feel wonderful and safe,he is very good with kids. Great personality , kids wants to go back because of him. Thank you Ian we will be back

I used to skydive in the military and this brought all of that same sensation and even the same soreness afterwards, can’t wait to go back. Super friendly customer service and instructors.

I had a group of 7. We all enjoyed soaring through the air, and also with Toothless, during the VR flight. Staff is awesome! Thanks for another amazing adventure! Colleen

Flying in the tunnel was awesome! It was so cool to actually fly! I can’t wait to do it again. The staff was both fun and safe. Loved it.

Great experience for all ... included my 4 years old... so fun . The only awful thing was that not only is it excruciatingly expensive ($51 for 2 min of flying) but once you are there at the counter, they explained to you that if you actually want to fly “high” which is higher than 5 ft, you have to pay an extra $10 per minute... so $20 extra per person!!!!) we all felt totally ripped off!!!! It was a kid’s birthday party and it was already very expensive for all the parents... and onviously , we didn’t come to CRAWL!!!! And since most of them will never come again... they had to pay more, obviously! Put a very very sour taste in our mouths. The rest of the experience was fun. If we come back ... it become more affordable... about $10 a minute. Minimum 4min. My tiny four years old was amazing in there ...

If you want an enjoyable time to spend a Team Building Event, visit the iFLY at the Universal City Walk Hollywood. The instructors and associates working there are real patient and made me feel at ease before getting on the jump. Bring comfortable shoes that are tied and even if you do not have a camera, you will get a chance to see numerous pictures and videos taken of your experience.

It was fantastic! Exciting, exhilarating, completely new. I'll likely not ever sky dive but iFly lets you know how fun it would be. The instructor was excellent: helpful and very skilled in handling people in unfamiliar situations. I did th Hi-Fly and it's well worth the upcharge. The instructor takes you up and down the air column and it's better than any trampoline. Would definitely do again! Great party experience, as it's more fun when your friends can share.
