A few weeks earlier, Damon emailed questions to get an idea of what we wanted to do. The plan he came up with for us was perfect. He made reservations for us to visit three wineries and a stop for lunch. At first, the agenda seemed light, but we actually ended up extending the tour a bit because we ran out of time. Each place we visited was unique and they spent time teaching us about their wines. The day flew by and Ryan kept us moving along to try to stay on schedule. He was very attentive and was a great resource for info on the area. We all agreed that the day was terrific and we highly recommend touring with Ryan/Bliss.Written 9 October 2024

We dropped the ball on a car service but booked all our tastings. They really saved our trip! Colton asked our car temp preference, made a play list of the music we liked, and made sure we had water and snacks for our adventures. It was rainy on our tour day and Gary came into a winery during our tasting to bring umbrellas and advise on which wine to request. He also came into each winery to see us off and was very tentative. My friends and I ranked our experience as #1 Kunde wine cave and #2 Gary! I had the pleasure of visit Napa for Business purposes but decided to extend my stay by a couple of days to truly experience Napa beyond business obligations.
As business owner myself, I rely on feedback in the form of reviews and It gives me great pleasure to say that the 'Bliss' private wine tour is worth every penny and the experience exceeded our expectations.
Damon was a pleasure to work with and was super responsive to Damon worked with us by email in sending us information to consider and a short phone chat to finalize details-
We're wine lovers however didn't know where to begin to plan out a decent experience in such a short amount of time. Thanks to Damon, he was able to put together a great first-timer Napa tour that met all of our needs
Gary our guide is so knowledge and was so attentive to our every need that day. We visited in the rainy season and had constant rain however that did not stop Gary in providing the world class care! He personally walked us to our check-in's at each winery with umbrella's.
While we tasted wines, he kept us up to date with our schedule and gave ample notice with keep us on track with our itinerary stops. We were most impressed with Gary's quick thinking went it came to work arounds for our lunch stop due to the heavy rain and his willingness to make a special request happen we had asked of him towards the end of our schedule. Hands done the best service aptitude from start to finish!
Thank you Damon & Gary for helping us create amazing memories on our first trip to Napa that we'll look back on with zero regret!

We stumbled upon Bliss Tours for our last-minute girls trip to Napa and I feel like we completely lucked out! Damon was so responsive and friendly and he was spot on in his selections when booking wineries for us to tour. I explained to him the vibe and ambiance we were going for and he absolutely delivered. He takes care of EVERY detail, which was especially helpful with many covid restrictions still in place during our visit. Gary was our driver and he was just wonderful and sweet taking pictures of us to capture the fun memories. He’s a true local and full of great Napa info and insights. I would use Bliss Tours again in a heartbeat if we ever venture back to the Valley. Highly recommend!

My wife and I and another couple booked several wine tastings in Napa and needed a driver, lest we wind up in the hoosgow. Damon was our driver and is also the owner of the business. He was friendly, drove like a professional and was extremely knowledgeable about the area of Napa, Sonoma and all of the winery's thereabouts. He also suggested several places to eat, which, as it turns out, were excellent. Also, through talking to Damon, we found that he's no average joe, he's educated, a professionally trained pastry chef, owned several businesses, and has traveled the world. He will tell you interesting stories about all of this if you ask. Additionally, his large SUV is spotless, stocked with snacks and water and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our time tasting wine in Napa and enjoyed Damon's driving and his company as well. If you have occasion to need a driver in Napa, I'd highly recommend Bliss and Damon.

We have truly enjoyed our trip to Napa and having Jon with Bliss Wine Tours was the best decision we made the whole trip! Our first interaction with Bliss started with Damon who planned an absolutely unforgettable itinerary (while taking in a few stops we requested). He was so easy to work with and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Once we got to Napa we experienced intimate tastings with vineyard owners, beautiful sceneries, and amazing wines! Jon did amazing keeping us on track and got us to each tasting on time while not rushing us. He will be our go-to driver for our future Napa trips! Thank you again, Jon & Bliss Wine Tours

I wanted to love everything about this wine tour but it just fell short. Damon provided great communication and Jon (our guide) was very knowledgeable. Where Damon fell short was the selection of vineyards. While Obsidian was a great visit with a knowledgeable and kind host, the other 2 Vineyards included in the tour felt like a ‘tourist trap’ and the wines were subpar (if that). In fact, we left in the middle of the tasting at our 3rd stop. The tour just didn’t seem ‘thoughtful’ as we saw multiple people from the previous vineyards be taken to the next wineries. This showed little to no customization on Damons part providing a one-of-a-kind experience. We finished over an hour early and were not given the option to be taken to another experience. For a lower price and a better experience, I would have probably selected a different tour company.
I will give credit to Jon, he was VERY apologetic about the experiences and even noted that he would not have taken us to some of the stops. He did get us in for a tasting experience the next day at his wife’s place of employment and it was stunning. Thank you Jon.

Brett, I am extremely sorry you did not have an enjoyable tour and will take full credit for not properly matching you with the correct vineyards. I am happy to refund you for any time you did not have by ending the day early. This was, unfortunately, one of the busiest days of the year, Saturday of Labor Day weekend, combined with all inside wine tastings being shut-down due to Covid restrictions and 100+ degree temp. I chose wineries for you in the southern Carneros region because that's where it's coolest, temperature wise, and where Pinot Noir & Chardonnay, 2 varietals you mentioned liking, are primarily grown. The second winery, Saintsbury, is a small, family winery not on any main road that specializes in small production Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. It's a winery I've had lots of positive feedback from guests on over the years and which also gets great reviews online. I'm sorry and surprised to hear you think they are a tourist trap. Nicholson Ranch was the 3rd winery and is another winery well-reviewed online and one that I've only had positive feedback from guests on. I thought it would be nice to end the day there with the chairs looking out over the vineyard. Their wines were unfortunately not to your liking. I'm saddened to hear Jon did not give you an option to go anywhere else at the end of the day, as that is very unlike him. He really wanted you to have a great day and time in Napa Valley, which is why he made appointments for you at Joseph Phelps and Madrigal wineries the next day.
I thank you for taking a tour with my business and am sorry I did not meet your expectations. I'm grateful for the business and strive to give the best experience, but always have room to improve. Thank you for the feedback.

We had an amazing time with Bliss Wine Tours. I was in communication with Damon. He was great. He made reservations for the wineries we selected. He also recommended in excellent restaurant for our lunch. The box lunch we selected was delicious. Although Damon was not able to make it on our tour he sent Colton. Colton was very personable and attentive. He checked on us, took photos, asked our music preference and made recommendations for meals while were in town. He also picked up lunch for us. If you are looking to have a private driver for wineries/vineyards of your selection, I recommend Bliss Wine Tours. We will definitely use them again.

Spent 3 days in Napa and the first we drove around on our own, and the second we booked with Bliss Wine tours. Best experience and best decision we could make. Ours was a group of 6- and we were the only people at each winery so it was a wonderfully intimate experience. More like stopping by and visiting friends. Jon, our tour guide, picked us up at our hotel and prearranged all the private tastings and tours as well as a fantastic picnic lunch. The wineries we visited are not open to the public and each winery was renowned and has long standing history in Napa Valley— saddleback, white rock and Joseph Phelps. Each winery was an enjoyable experience filled with great presentations as well as laughter. All the while, Jon made sure we were comfortable, had waters and snacks as well as anything else we might need such as umbrellas or coolers. The wine tastings and tours were wonderful and since they were private the experience was even better. Jon also took photos for us! Don’t hesitate to book this experience.

We had an absolutely awesome day yesterday with John from Bliss Wine Tours. We were so happy with his knowledge of the wine industry and his ability to teach us some basics on wine tasting in a very short time. John also made our daughter feel very special as this was a special day for her graduation and she had a great time. We all did!!!
Thank you to Damon for making all the tasting reservations. Everything was perfect and went just as planned. The Ford Expedition vehicle was exactly what we needed for our transportation, it was large enough not to be crowded, yet we could hear all that John was commenting on as we drove through the beautiful countryside. Plus we had waters and snacks.
I would highly recommend Bliss Wine Tours and would give this service a 5+. Thank you again John and Damon.

Damon was very communicative and planned our itinerary to what we liked. Our driver Leoni was very professional and hospitable. She made us feel very welcomed and she was on top of meeting our schedule and our needs. We felt like we could enjoy our day without having to worry about anything because Damon and Leoni took care of it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our day!

Bliss Wine Tours is the best! Great communication. Great winery recommendations. Great price. Damon was wonderful corresponding with prior to the tour and setting all our reservations up ahead of time, and our guide, Gary, was so lovely and knowledgeable about the area. Yes, that’s what I typically do. I’ve been using. Them for our last three trips to Napa. I normally figure out the winery itinerary by myself, though Damon has been helpful to suggest a nice smaller winery when we had an open slot. It turned out to be an awesome experience with great wine
