eXtraordinary Tour Services is great!! Dean organized our team offsite in Napa and was able to provide a flawless experience (even with all-day pouring rain!). Dean also happily accommodated a second pickup/dropoff location for our team members who live in the East bay in his clean and spacious van for no extra charge. We went to Domaine Carneros, Sterling and Rutherford Hills and all were 10/10 experiences with great wine! The included lunch was gourmet sandwiches, chips and pasta salads and our whole team loved. Dean went above and beyond to make sure that our group was comfortable and enjoyed our day and we could not have asked for a better Napa experience. We will be recommending him to all of our family and friends. Thanks Dean!

Great tour to spend some time outside San Francisco. Ben the tour guide was very informative along the way with information about the Big Reds, Sonoma and Napa Valley. We stopped in Sonoma Plaza for lunch which was very pretty and had lots of nice restaurants, we chose the non-lunch included tour. The wineries where all good offering something a little different in what they talked about so did or feel samey. Kieu Hoang was our favourite stop with the tasting in the vineyard. As with every tour there was always the same group of people late back from every stop which slowed things down somewhat.

Amazing from start to finish. Planned our Napa wine tour from Dallas with Dean's help and every detail was thought out to ensure the perfect day. We were slow getting started and Dean had communicated with all of our reservations before I even thought of it myself, truly took care of our group of 9 like his own daughters.

Dean and Steven went "above and beyond" to make a trip to Napa for me and my friend visiting from Texas possible for her birthday. Over a period of a couple of weeks , we tried to join a group to share a ride to Napa, but it didn't work out! STeven came to the rescue and got us to Napa!! Thanks soo much for all your effort! Date: 8/18/17; Location: Livermore Valley; Driver: Jan I made this reservation at least 3 weeks in advance. Had to confirm 5x. Lunch order was wrong although we did get lunch. Winery recommendation AWFUL. If you use this tour company SELECT YOUR OWN WINERIES - do the research and select your own. Jan was nice and did provide us with a ride and she was punctual.

We used this company for my daughters birthday wine tour to Livermore. Dean was fantastic his information on the area and the vineyards was duper informative. Everything went awesome. I highly recommend this company. I know we will use this company again in the future

I was looking for a fun day trip away from the city for our annual staff event, and happily stumbled upon Dean and Extraordinary Tours. Dean and the tour were great! He was communicative, thoughtful, and accommodating (we had bit of a kerfuffle internally scheduling the event and he took it in stride and was very understanding). Almost no one in my party had been to the Livermore Wine Country, and everyone had a lovely day. Dean was extraordinary! He went above and beyond what a normal tour guide would do and I love how he customised our day depending on what we wanted to see. He was very professional and his expertise of the San Francisco, Napa, Sonoma areas were very useful for us who wanted to get to know these places a little more. He was also able to schedule our day in such a way that we didn't end up stuck in traffic or waiting in line with lots of other tourists. It was a breeze touring with Dean. From the moment we found him on Thumbtack, he was easy to communicate with, on time, thoughtful of our meals, and we felt that he genuinely cared for his guests and that made our day spectacular. We spent a day touring three wineries with Dean. We had a brilliant day, the thought that had gone into the tour really helped to make the trip and Dean's local knowledge helped us make the most of San Fran once the tour was over. My wife in I visited a friend in Danville, CA last spring. We planned on wine tasting in Nampa and our friend suggested we forgo driving and take a personalized guided trip instead. Great suggestion. Dean is fantastic! He helped me plan out my 30th birthday celebration with a total of 19 guests. The trip was complete with water, snacks, and mimosas! Everybody had such a great time. He coordinated a tour to 3 wineries, complete with a picnic style lunch that was absolutely delicious! My wife and I took the Napa Valley Tour. We're in the east bay of San Francisco, and the tour guide, Dean, picked us up at our front door. We drove out to Napa and visited seven vineyards. It was a great tour, lots of variety, and Dean was intimately familiar with the area and the people in it. He took us on a great side trip when we wanted to visit some more specialized wineries. I was concerned about spending six hours in a van after drinking wine, but the ride was smooth and comfortable, and we had a great time.

We recently had a wonderful time visiting Napa Valley with friends. One of the keys to making it relaxed and fun was hiring Extraordinary Tour Services to organize our tour and do the driving. Dean, our trip leader, was terrific. He was knowledgeable about the vineyards and restaurants, catering the tour to our specific interests. The van was roomy and provisioned with water, etc, for the day. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience.
