We had ten in our group and took two rafts. The guilds made our trip fun while being safe. We appreciated the guilds sharing their faith with us. The pictures will keep the memories alive for years.

This was a great beginner trip for our family of all ages. The guide and all workers were very friendly and personable, and made the trip very enjoyable! Definitely recommend!!

A most excellent white water rafting trip for our whole family, ages 10 - 68. We visited CO for a week and knew that we wanted to do a 1/2 day trip on the water. I chose Journey Quest initially because they allowed children under the age of 14. Since we had a 10 & 12 yr old with us, this was important. Once I read the reviews, I knew that this was the company I wanted to sign up with. Because there were 9 of us, we needed 2 rafts. We had 4 in one and 5 people in the other. Our guides were, Chip and Hannah. I happened to be in Chip's raft along with my husband, our 22 yr old and our 20 yr old special needs grandson. We had a great trip and got to experience some level 4 waves! Chip was excellent in taking care of each of us and paid extra care to ensure that our grandson was a having a great time and was considered part of our team. Hannah was the guide in the other raft with our other 2 grandchildren, ages 10 & 12 and our son, daughter and her husband. They also thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The granddaughters said it was a highlight of our vacation! A final note, Journey Quest is a Christian based business. After reading the reviews and knowing that our younger grandchildren could take part in the trip, I have to say that knowing that the company is grounded in Christian principles, I wouldn't ever choose another company to raft with in the CO area. I have nothing but the highest respect for this company and for Chip, Hannah and those working at the office! Choose this company first when planning a white water rafting trip down the Arkansas River!!!

We love Journey Quest. We did the Family Float trip and it was great. We had as young as 6 years old and they had a great time! It was much more than a "float" as we experienced plenty of big rapids. Our guide, Annabelle, was great. She guided us around that river like a boss!! We also love the message they have and how they share Christ on the journey too. We will definitely be recommending Journey Quest to friends in the future.

I have a 5, 7, and 10 year old. The water was high, so I was a little nervous about taking the 5 yr old. But IT WAS AWESOME! The kids and the adults had a blast. I highly recommend. We did the Bighorn Family Float. Planning to do it again next year.

My wife and 3 young adult children had our first rafting experience and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and explained everything. Our guide, Ethan, was great! He gave clear instructions and we felt completely safe. It was a fun surprise to find out that the owner grew up in the same town we are from, did not know that in advance.

We did a half day on the Royal Gorge and it was a blast! Or guide had over 15 years experience on the river. We wore wet suits and splash jackets on our June trip and were very comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

We loved our trip! We have been rafting for several years and this is the first time with this company and they were terrific! Mark, our guide, did tell a couple corny jokes (dead dog tree, no bark) but we managed to live through it!

We recently returned home from an amazing 4 days of backpacking and 1 day of whitewater rafting with Journey Quest. It was an experience my son and I will never forget. Our guide, Steve, was phenomenal and the experience would not have been the same without him. The food he prepared for us during our backpacking adventure was second to none. No freeze dried meals for us, no sir! Overall, it was one of the most challenging and yet satisfying adventures we've ever been on. We highly recommend Journey Quest for the best Colorado adventure you could ever imagine!

Great trip for two over 40 women. Journey Quest provided the perfect rafting experience. The JQ staff was very attentive to their customers and made sure everyone was comfortable and educated.
