Used Izmir Airport on the 17th August, check in was quick and efficient and the staff were very nice. After that be prepared for a few security checkpoints. They are relatively quick but if you have small children can be a nuisance. Once your through there is a Burger King and a Popeyes chicken outlet, but they soon get very busy so be prepared to cue. Once you arrive at your gate it’s another security search then once in your gate area your not allowed out again, there is a small toilet block but no snack shop. Very clean airport just needs some more seating areas and small snack shops apart from that it was very efficient and would use again.

We were dissapointed because the schedule was not followed as given on the itinerary. The tour guide and the agency are not coordinated with the time. No wifi on the van and lunch or dinner is not free because the restaurant that we should have visit was closed pass 6pm. The driver drove us there by that time because we need to rush and visit first pammukale. At the end we spend more money. Also, we did not visit anymore St. Mary's place because we don't have more time. The driver came late 10am in our hotel. All we thought they will pick us up earlier.
