This little store is awesome. The selection of jams, jellies, truffles and caramels is just the beginning. Their sauces, dips and soup mixes are in a class by themselves. Don't get me started on the variety of original Vinaigrettes that will take your cooking to a whole other level! Fresh Artisan Breads, Free Range eggs, and meats. The staff know their products and can whip up the perfect gift basket for any occasion. Do yourself a favor and stop by they even give you a caramel to try while you shop. By the way if you get hooked on their unique products they ship!

If you’re a caramel fan, this is the place for you. Besides their handmade treats, there is plenty of gourmet goodies for tempting ones tastebuds. Look into the local magazines or flyers for a caramel coupon! While not a caramel lover, I did find enjoy the chocolates.

Our family & friends did a chocolate class and it was a blast. Learned all about history of chocolate and made a variety of chocolates to take home. Highly recommend this activity.

We went in here because of the homemade cherry jam but was pleasantly surprised to see all kinds of goodies! Olive oils, balsamic vinegars, dipping sauces and much more! The guy working there really knew his stuff and let us taste some oils. It’s a really fun store. A must do while in P.S.

A great find. The entrance is a bit deceving... but the chocolate is wonderful. You DO have to go to the back to find it. They do have a large selection of unusual topping, syrups and other things. I'll be back.

This place was recommended by some friends who were also visiting in Pagosa Springs, and while they raved about it, our experience still exceeded expectations! From the moment we entered we were offered samples of pretty much any of the chocolate we wanted to try except the truffles. I was sold on the raspberry fudge within seconds of the taste on my tongue. The caramels were insane, and I'm usually only a chocolate gal. We were in a rush as we had to pick up lunch that we had ordered nearby, but we promised to come back. My husband had found a coupon for a free 8 oz. bag of caramels with a $54 purchase, so we were committed to finding that much stuff to buy! We got a bottle of sriracha lime balsamic white vinegar, the raspberry fudge, some bear poop (just try it!) and a bag of truffles plus our free caramels.

I love this adorable little gourmet food store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got so many yummy treats to take home and a beautiful dip bowl (which I have hunted for forever. They offer so many specialty gourmet food items that are perfect to have on hand or to give as gifts. The jelly selection is fantastic and everything is made in house as are the caramels. Oh these caramels are dangerously delicious, sweet and buttery. I could eat the entire bag very easily if I were not paying attention. They are a “must try” if you go! The chocolates are beautiful and taste like heaven. These little gems would make a very romantic gift for a special someone. They would pair perfectly with a nice red wine as well. Do not miss this sweet little shop while in PS!

A neat place to stop while you're in Pagosa Springs. This little exotic shop has a large variety of chocolates, jams, sauces, oils and vinegars to please any palate. We like to stop and get several bags of the homemade fudge and chocolate with varieties of different nuts, as well as their choke cherry jam.

Stopped here in Pagosa Springs (second time visiting here) and purchased a favorite of mine: choke cherry jam! Also bought a few snacks for the road.

We only shopped at the store and walked away with edible gifts for family and road trip snacks for ourselves. The Carmel's are absolutely delicious.

We dropped in to the Choke Cherry Tree while on a casual walk, and found all sorts of delightful edibles. It only took one sample of their caramels to convince me we should carry off a lot of them, which we did. We also bought some sauces and salad dressings, which are excellent. Only problem with the caramels is that they are so good that they don't last very long unless they're well hidden.... I'm going to look some more now..... Or else return to Pagosa Springs very soon!

I have been there twice now. The candies are amazing. There are lots of fun kitchen gadgets and specialty foods and snacks to make it all worth it. Hey, you are on vacation!
