The views were amazing. I took many photos and videos. The food was great. We really loved it. Definitely I recommend it. Probably go back there in the summer ☀️

The afternoon snorkeling was fun! Be warned the water in January is VERY cold. I was also surprised how many people were booked for this, and the boat was a bit packed. Despite all the people, our captain and crew mates were very welcoming and kind.

These guys were great, very friendly and a group you can have a laugh with. We toured some of the key islands with some fun facts and sights provided by Ben who led our tour - we even got to see Pablo Escobars old mansion! Thanks Ben & group for a great time, well worth the money we paid!

What a wonderful way to end our day in Key West. The sunset was beautiful, drinks and food plentiful and DJ provided great vibe. Shout out to Milan, our bartender who not only started us off right but, also kept finding us on the boat for refills. Definitely recommend and we will do it again on our next visit!

Great time and well worth the cost. Left a little late due to guests arriving to fill out waivers right at departure time. make sure you show at least 45 min prior to departure to get through the line.

Jet ski tour with osirus, Ben and Erik was awesome. Actually booked again for second day with more family. These guys work hard to make sure everyone had a great time. New boats good rates and offered discount for repeat booking. They gave us tips for the rest of our time in the keys. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

We were in Key West for the week and I wanted to spend time on the water in my own private boat. I rented the boat and it was a wonderful experience. The boat was OK but the customer service and the people at the Marina could not have been more helpful. Everything was very reasonable. Because the water is so shallow around Key West, the marina charted out areas and anchorages that I could safely get to. It was a beautiful day on the water and a beautiful experience with the help of the good folks at the Marina.

My family and I have traveled to many places, including boating tours in Hawaii and Washington state; this was sadly, the WORST customer service with any tour or group I have ever experienced. These people were completely disorganized and did not have nearly enough staff to handle the NYE crowd; they appeared very overbooked and understaffed. We wanted to experience the Key West sunset cruise, only to be be 'redirected' to the wrong boat on a different pier by one of their CAPTAINS - then to have missed the sailing. Mistakes happen, and despite being misdirected and missing the cruise, it was when I simply asked for a refund....it was then I got the complete runaround and these people utterly refused to refund me anything. The simple fact is that this company is all about the money, NOTHING ELSE. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do NOT book with these shady characters! GO elsewhere.

The views were amazing, Johnny was great captain and Rachel kept us entertained and ensured we had a good time. She took some awesome photos of our trip for us, highly recommend!

We did kayak & sandbar tour with Sunset watersports. It was during holiday week so it was very busy. There were about 40-50 people on the boat so we had to kayak in two shifts. I wish we had more time for this and all kayaks were doubles. Sandbar was relaxing. The food was adequate but nothing special. They also had beer and wine included. The crew with captain Mathew was excellent and very professional.

We had an amazing day on Miss Lora with John, Mags and Milan, super friendly host who couldn’t do enough. My 7 year old daughter made great friends with Milan who let her do jobs around the boat! Kept her super busy! We were served beer wherever we were on or off the boat and the food they provided was great! Thanks for the best day!!

If you're considering jet ski tours with Sunset Watersports, think twice. We booked the “Do It All” all-inclusive package as a group of four adults and an infant, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The tour was overbooked, with more than 100 people, but they only had 6 jet skis available. Larger groups were prioritized, while we waited over 3 hours for our turn, only to be told we had just 10 minutes on the jet skis because it was the end of the day. Meanwhile, others enjoyed much more time. If you want to try their jet skis, make sure you’re in the first group; otherwise, you’ll barely get any time. Adding to the frustration, they collect a mandatory gratitude fee upfront for groups of four or more—before providing any service. This isn’t optional, and it feels unfair given the poor service they deliver. Time management was another major issue. Despite advertising a trip from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the boat didn’t depart until 10:30 AM because they waited for more people to arrive. The trip ended early at 3:30 PM, cutting into the promised duration. With over 100 people and only a few jet skis, there wasn’t nearly enough time for everyone to participate properly. Snorkeling was a waste of time. The water was muddy, and all we saw was trash. They handed us gear but offered no guidance or support. The only decent part of the trip was parasailing, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall terrible experience. When we raised our concerns, the customer service was dismissive. The manager was always “busy” and worked limited hours, making it nearly impossible to get any resolution. The staff didn’t seem to care about our feedback either. In summary, this was by far the worst tour experience I’ve ever had. Poor time management, inadequate resources, and a lack of accountability made it clear that Sunset Watersports prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. If you’re planning a trip to Key West, I strongly recommend choosing a different provider, such as Fury or other reputable companies.

Did the Jetski tour..so much fun..and they let you go as fast as you can! Beautiful full tour around the island. New and powerful Jetski. Tour guide Jake was great and a lot of fun.

So fun, amazing sunset! The crew was absolutely gorgeous, and the drinks were great! There was smalls eats, perfect for with cocktail. Definitely recommend. Be sure to arrive atleast 30 mins prior for check in. Otherwise you keep everyone else waiting
