Do not book any events with Attractions4us. This is a third party booking company. We paid almost $250 for an event which was cancelled. Attractions4us will not refund our money!! They actually now hang up the phone when I call now.

Do not book any events with Attractions4us. This is a third party booking company. They directed us only to an address that failed to have anyone in the vicinity with a reservation for us. I paid almost $300.00 for an event I could not go on, no one responded to messages or answered phone calls. Viator/Trip Advisor now claims I can’t get my money back since it was less that 24 hour cancellation notice. I booked a separate trip with another company at that site.

We got scammed. Not happy. They were not at address listed. The other folks around said they have never heard of them. We won’t be using trip advisor again.

The Tour was cancelled dur the weather. We weren't listed at the counter. (We booked the tour via getyourguide). We didn't get our money back. It is a horrible customer service.

But in fact there are two tours at different times by all different companies, where one company doesn't know about the other, one company is Fury Water Adventures, and the other is Sunset Watersports. 1. The ad says the tour will start at 11am. But in fact it started at 10am. We got there at 10am thinking we were 1 hour early, but the boat was about to leave and we almost missed the tour. 2. The ad says it is a single tour of 6 hours, but the tour started at 10am and lasted only 3 hours. 3. When we asked Fury Water Adventures team about the dinner and sunset tour nobody knew what we were talking about. 4. Then we found out that it wasn't a single tour, but 2 different tours. The first tour ended at 1pm and the next tour would start at 6:30pm and would last only 2 hours. 5. If we had known this, we would never have purchased this tour, we were staying more than 2 hours away from Key West, we didn't have time to go back to the hotel and then go back for the next tour. 6. We contacted Tripadvisor so many times requesting at least 50% of the refund amount, as we purchased one thing and received something else completely different, but they totally ignored us. We paid $391,98 total for 2 people, and we are very frustrated and disappointed. We still hope that Tripadvisor will contact us as soon as possible to resolve this, as we would like to continue to rely on TripA on our next trips. Also, on the first tour we didn't have a good experience either, the Fury Water Adventures team started the tour asking for a tip, and at the end of the tour, in addition to reminding us about the tip again, they also suggested a minimum amount of $10 per person. I’m giving a rating of 5. This boat ride was very relaxing. The employees were super nice and were very helpful. Pontoons we’re nice also. It was a fantastic 4 hr boat ride. I highly recommend doing this!

This was awful, we showed up after a long drive only to find out the company no longer works with them. No one has responded to our request for a refund. Not only did we lose our money, but our whole day was ruined since we drove so far to get there. Zero customer service, completely unprofessional. Never had this happen to me before. Do not book with them!

Literally is like an hour from Miami we had the most incredible day we went on the boat we went snorkeling we were tanning then we went to the beach we went to the tiki bar one and a credible time in Key Largo

Captain Rachel & her crew were great! We got to see some dolphins even after the storm from the hurricane. Snorkeling views were amazing!

These are two different excursions that are packaged together through the same company. The Dolphin Watching tour is in the morning for ~ 3 hours and the Sunset Cruise is in the evening for ~ 2 hours. We went on the Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling Tour and the Sunset Dinner Cruise and Open Bar last week and had a great time. Rachel, JC and Jaime were our crew on the Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling Tour. They were all great! Rachel took us to where a pod of dolphins were swimming and we also got to see a mom and baby dolphin that the locals call 'Lego' & 'Eggo'. We went snorkeling in an area that didn't have a lot of marine life because their normal area had low visibility. My family all still enjoyed snorkeling. I would definitely recommend this tour to others! We went on the Sunset Dinner Cruise later that day and had a great time. The food was great and the bartenders did a wonderful job at the open bar. We also went by Mallory Square at Sunset Pier and waved to all the people there. The DJ was great on the boat. Everyone had fun dancing and singing. I would recommend this tour to others as well!

Had a great time on this trip. The crew of the ship was awesome and very attentive. I want to leave clarification for future people as I had a hard time figuring out what all this trip entailed. It is actually two separate excursions that they sell you as one. First you leave at 11 for a snorkeling/dolphin sighting tour you come back about 2 and then we had until 6:30 to go have light lunch go back to our room and clean up change cloths and come back for the dinner/sunset cruise. The first part bring your own snacks because they don’t offer any food only drinks. 2nd part dinner there was lots of options served buffet style. We had selection of chicken, pork, fried fish. Hope this helps others when booking this trip. It was definitely worth the price for everything we got.

You have to do this! Most amazing time. Ask for captain Steve, Brynn, and Spin they are wonderful. Saw a baby dolphin and lobster.

Open Bar should mean that you have available any liquor on the boat. Well drinks means just that... The bartenders tell you that you didn't pay for a upgrade and charge you 20 dollars for the availability of captain and coke. Verify what open bar means in your descriptions. Otherwise it was a fun ride and awesome live music.

This experience was easy to book via Trip Advisor. I reached out to the vendor by phone & my questions were answered politely & professionally. The check-in process was seamless. There was a bathroom nearby & shaded areas to wait for the boarding process. The powered catamaran was clean & had plenty of room for the 30-32 of us ( they can take more). The crew - Captain Kyle, John & Madison were very friendly, funny & helpful. They took safety seriously-going over basic orientation to the vessel & emergency procedures. We spotted dolphins on the way out to the snorkeling spot. The crew shared their dolphin knowledge & were able to get us close while not scaring the dolphins. My husband & I have lots of snorkeling experience but there was a group on the boat that did not & the crew were supportive. We had plenty of time to snorkel, the equipment was clean & adequate-a one way valve would have been nice. No food but we were warned about that ahead of time. Good choice of beverages. They served beer on the return trip. The crew was very respectful of the environment and cooperative with others on the water. They recovered a kayak lost from a sailboat (coordinating via radio). Thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
