Took 2 trips with this company to and from port canaveral with my family of 9 which inc a booster seat. Price was ok in comparison to others, company called to say they would be late as it was a busy day because of the holidays?! But they would discount the booking, then called again to say they where arriving using an affiliate driver. The van arrived, dirty, not road worthy seat belts didn't work. I contacted the company when we arrived at port to confirm i did not want that van/driver on return journey. Return journey had a different driver, cleaner van the driver however thought he was in F1, almost running in the back of 2 other vehicles on freeway, whilst singing along to the radio. Arriving at the hotel, despite already paying gratuity at time of booking, driver insisted on additional tip. Wouldn't use this company again

Our driver was over an hour late, 1:30 after our flight landed. We called and was discounted and couldn’t make contact with the driver. When we did make contact, he said he would arrive in 5 minutes, 30 minutes later, he was not there. He finally showed, very apologetic but the damage was done. We received a full refund and will pass on using them again.

The service on this ship was excellent. There was lots to do for the grandchildren, but adult activities were limited unless you were into the bar scene. The food was not the best. Come on, Disney, you definitely need to step it up when it comes to the food. My wife and I would not do another Disney cruise. That's not to say other people wouldn't enjoy it. It just wasn't for us.

These guys are amazing, nothing but great experiences and use them every time we need transportation to or from WDW to the port.

Our driver was waiting for us by luggage at MCO with a sign with our name. The exit to where the vehicle was parked was a very short walk which was super convenient. Our driver (I wish I could remember his name) was very personable with good conversation. The vehicle was a loaded private SUV. We have always used shuttle service in the past but this trip we decided to try something new. We are glad we chose Florida Magical Tours and Transportation!

I am always pleased with the service Florida Magical Tours provides. We've used them multiple times and each time they are prompt (usually early and already waiting for me) and friendly and the cars always clean. We booked them ahead of time for our cruise and return back to Orlando. The driver was on time for our pick up, the car was cleaned and the driving was pleasant. Overall excellent service, will definitely book them again for our next trip.

Our driver Sam was on time. Nice and clean van. Nice brand new smell. We requested an infant seat and had no problems at all. Always a great experience with Florida Magical Tours. Always recommend them to friends and family.

So we had Chris pick us up in the Escalade & it was brand spanking new. Shiny, clean & not a swirl on that black paint. I have an Escalade so I’m familiar with the car. But let’s back the Caddy up a bit. Upon our arrival from California (it’s an all day thing to get to Fl with the time change) my Mom, 5-year old daughter & I were excited to arrive, but hungry & tired. Chris took all & I mean all our bags. I’ll show ya a pic. He was exactly what we needed upon arrival. Since I knew we’d be hangry & ready for a little Disney Magic, I set up Chris to take us to Disney Springs so we could eat & see what it had to offer. A great idea, by the way. We ate & were happy once again & ready for him to take us to our hotel. We’re at the Yacht Club & Chris helped us right up to check in. I had a Minnie van set up initially, but they wouldn’t do the Disney Springs stop. I’m so glad I cancelled them & I am hoping Chris can take us back to the airport when we head back & that we can cancel that Minnie Van! I will be using them for my February & August 2020 trips!

As frequent a Orlando traveler, for business and for fun, I choose Florida Magical Tours every time. I am never disappointed in the service, the vehicle or the friendliness I experience at every touch point with this company. Do yourself a favor and add them to your itinerary. I'll be back in November!

Amazing service with personable staff that were extremely safe, kind and knowledgeable. Started with our driver insisting that they assist with our luggage, we then asked for a grocery stop to grab some sunny FL essentials, arrived at all of our destinations perfectly on time and were able to not stress about travel time with multiple aspects. 100% would recommend and will use again! THANK YOU!!

We flew in late and our flight ended up delayed and we landed after midnight. Our driver had waited the extra 45-60 minutes for us to land. He was waiting in the baggage claim and knew what station we needed to be at when we saw him with our name on his sign. He helped us grab luggage, transport to a very nice and comfortable van, loaded us up and off we went. We had about a 45 min drive and he made it a very pleasant and expedited trip considering our day of travel. I would not hesitate to book a transfer with them ever, it will be a part of our planning for all future cruises guaranteed!!!

Hassle and stress free, driver and van there waiting for us on pickup to airport and departure to airport. Delivered right to the front door of the Disney resort (Beachclub) and dropped off at the airline. Worth the money.
