Horrible experience. I ordered a limo, they billed me, then sent a van and said they would make up the difference but never told me until the van showed up and we waited and ended up calling to see where our limo was. They in no way cared. Rasheka was the agents name. Horrible. How is a van like a limo? She said, well, you don’t have to share with anyone. And didn’t say how or what the difference in price was just well make it right later. Oh yes, let me trust that. They then tried to blame the other agent saying they didn’t check to see if they have any limos. Ridiculous

Good option during busy times.

We used bus transportation only twice from our resort because of long waits and crowded buses. We used this service for the remainder of our stay. Drivers were courteous and we only had miscommunication about where we were going but the drive adjusted the cost. We would use this service again.

Our family of 4 which includes me and my wife along with 2 kids ages 3 & 5 took the transfer bus from Hollywood studio to B resort & Spa at 8:05 the bus driver first told us to close the stroller and bring it inside and then he said he will put it in the storage area while this communication he was talking to some one over the phone using his headphones “probably in his native language” as he was clearly not talking in English or Spanish as he drove the bus he was constantly on his phone which was very dangerous as in the bus their was a lot of families with their small children he made a right turn where it was clearly red sign not to turn on red light. He made the right turn with out noticing the red light, thank god there was no incoming traffic at that time. All the people inside look at each other like what’s happening here, long story short as we arrive at the hotel at 8:30 the driver was still on his phone as we have to request him that we need our stroller from the storage as he came down to open the door the driver was still on his phone, as he open the door the stroller was slide to other side and he used a stick to pull the stroller while doing this it get stuck to one of the partition inside he forcefully pushed on his side damaging the wheel lock of the stroller and the rain coat which was along with the stroller dragging with stick. I didn’t say anything as he was still talking on the phone.
As my personal experience the red light cut and talking on the phone while driving with small children in the bus and mishandling and damaging the stuff that’s too much, the company should take action these kind of bus driver and train them properly.

Reliable and recommendable
My extended family of 7 was staying at a Disney hotel and I was afraid bussing would be difficult to use during the holidays. I booked 4 days of pickups in the morning before we even arrived at Disney and paid in advance. Two days pick up times had to be adjusted via a phone call after we arrived. Every driver arrived at our hotel early or on time and was super professional and friendly. I had read beforehand to book a van for our party size. Three additional times we used their services for transport and they were always waiting in front of the hotel or the parks. No surge pricing either. In total we used them for 7 transports and not one issue arose. Highly recommended service.

No advantage to prebooking. Just Uber on arrival
Arrived into Orlando after a 9 hour flight and we were last ones through passport control due to special assistance offloading everyone else first.

Arrived at Virgin rep (whom we booked through) and only one of the two cars was there. No record of second car despite us being able to show receipt for booking.

On departure, we had a single private van booked. We’re told to confirm three days ahead the tome we wanted collecting. Meats couldn’t find any booking, then couldn’t promise the size of vehicle booked. On departure day we called again to check it was coming and got told it had been cancelled, then on phone trying to get the car and ideally make the collection earlier (in case it didn’t arrive or we couldn’t fit in).

Got told car would be there at three. It arrived at twenty past. We confirmed with driver that this had all been arranged through mears and Virgin and he was aware of our booking. Got told yes. Had to put our youngest in the child swathe was too big for in order to cram us all in. Child seat had milk/throwup from previous child on belt and down sides as I found when reaching for the clasp.

When we arrived at airport the driver then asked for full payment (bearing in mind no cost had been mentioned at all - so no idea what rate should be). Despite having receipt from virgin with mears reference, we were forced to pay and told to claim back.

Absolute shambles.

"Patrick" made our day!!
We used Mears transport when staying at the Bonnett Creek resort for 7 days. The coaches always arrived promptly, following the schedule accurately and the website was easy to use when arranging trips.
I must make a point of mentioning Patrick, one of the regular drivers throughout the week. He is extremely professional, friendly and always has a smile when welcoming families aboard Disney transportation. He seems thoroughly happy in his work and made the journey even more enjoyable, by speaking with passengers about their trips and giving further information about the parks and surrounding areas. We followed some of Patrick's advise re: Disney shows and evening entertainment - and were never disappointed!
We had hoped to see Patrick before our holiday ended, but unfortunatley we didn't. So please do pass on our sincere thanks for making the experience so wonderful!

Felt unsafe
We were stuck at MK as unable to get an uber (having used uber with no issues the whole holiday) . Lots of yellow Mears taxis waiting so after 30 minutes we decided to get one.

As we set off it began to pour with rain (pretty standard) and the interstate was busy. Our driver was driving too fast for the weather, was braking late and even veered over at one stage, for which he apologised. We couldnt wait to get out as felt very unsafe indeed.
And the cost...outrageous... $45. Uber cost max $21. And a much better driving experience .
This driver didnt drive with care. Please use someone else for your own safety.

Never showed up for return trip

Don't use. They take your money for a round trip and the never show up. They make excuses and try to blame you. The van# never showed up. They won't refine your money either. Stay away. Use an Uber or other ride share business. Very dissatisfied.
