    Do NOT buy it
Let me save you some money. We took the 4 sights explorer card. First, we left our baggage at the station for a fee to make the evening bike tour. BUT the address in the description was not updated and we were rushing through the whole city for nothing. The bike tour happens ONLY if other tourists booked it directly with the company. So, next day there was no evening tour, neither morning Capitol Hills. Thus, we could hardly use all the number of paid experiences. Then BigBus which is included in any pass: the equipment was defect, so the sound quality was awful. We took the water taxi till Georgetown, just to make a bit more of our pass. Inside the boat there is no fresh air, outside - it's impossible to hear any guide, and you don't get earphones for that. Then we finally got one bike tour. If you do it, call their office to find them, it was still challenging. BUT the stuff was unfriendly, they didn't check our bikes and helmets, coz were in hurry to start the tour with other tourists. Thus, I had the wrong helmet size, while my husband's bike breaks were broken. In the evening, we thought to go to the Artechouse exhibition that is included, again, just to use the pass. BUT it works only a few days a week. And it was closed. Next morning, we headed to Arlington for the tour. The location link was sent to the wrong meeting point. The company and the tour guide in particular were doing it for the first time. The description said it had to be a one hour tour, so everyone in the group planned accordingly. We had train tickets booked. However, the tour was supposed to be 2,5 h instead, and we had to live early and saw very little. Here we are, still didn't use our passes and extremely disappointed with the experience. Total waste of money.

    Poor
Poor. Normal Bus, free Ferry, Long breaks for nothing. Like a schoolclass. Updown stop at a church ( who Nobody knows) and a Break for 45 minutes by a hungarian bakery. Like a scam. Marlene knows a lot about people who was Born in NYC, nur less facts.

    Avoid. Disappointing.
I purchased the city pass for the day and attended Arlington well in time to attend the cemetery walking tour as advertised. Nobody turned up. I asked many members of the cemetery staff if they knew where the guide was, they knew nothing about the CutySightseeing tour guide and d suggested the tour wasn’t on. Basically a whole morning of a days pass wasted doing something that wasn’t on the pass. The cemetery was beautiful and well worth a visit, but I could have done that on a day I hadn’t paid for the pass. Called the telephone number, it just kept ringing. Tweeted them on X and it was ignored. Quick to take your money but not quick to sort a problem out. Very disappointing

Disappointing Experience with the Sightseeing Pass New York
I used the Sightseeing Pass in August 2024 to visit New York City and, overall, I was satisfied with the 5-attraction pass I purchased for myself and my family. It allowed us to save on the entry fees to four skyscrapers that we were eager to visit. However, my first experience with the pass was far from pleasant, and I was disappointed with the customer service. I had booked the 5-hour luxury tour, advertised as one of the top attractions, well in advance. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found an old, slightly smelly bus that was not in great condition. The tour was supposed to include several stops around New York with explanations, but in reality, the only stop was at Chelsea, near the market. We were supposed to walk along the High Line, but the guide initially told us it was closed. When I insisted we check, as it appeared open, the guide responded that the previous day, some people had complained it was too long, so it was better to skip it and head directly to Chelsea Market. We rushed through the market without even stopping, heading straight for the Staten Island Ferry terminal. We could have made the 11:30 ferry, but the guide decided to make us wait at the terminal for the next ferry at 12:00. Once aboard, we barely had enough time to see the bay, with plans to return on the next ferry. When I asked what we would see next and how many stops we would make, the guide told me they weren’t sure and that we probably wouldn’t make any stops. At that point, my family, friends, and I decided to leave the tour entirely. It’s worth noting that the Staten Island Ferry is free, so we essentially lost a paid attraction just to be taken to the ferry on an old bus. I strongly recommend choosing a tour to Ellis Island instead of this one. Lastly, I submitted three refund or credit requests to Sightseeing Pass and never received a response. Next time, I’ll likely choose a different pass. Unfortunately, this was a negative experience.

Flex Pass Reservation not working - New York
I bought New York Flex Pass a few days ago and now I am trying to reserve spot for couple of attractions though does not matter what date Select it says slot not a viable. Seems like system failure. Tried to reach out to customer care though no response. They never pick the call. Send an email with details and screenshots, still no response. Looks like a scam. If not then resolve and respond to customer request in timely manner.

Worked ok and saved us £200+ in entry costs - better with museums than with timed slots attractions
The pass worked well and saved money. We had 4 x 7 attraction pass and it saved us over £200 in entry costs. We just turned up and presented the Pass at different attractions such as MoMA , Intrepid, Guggenheim, American Museum of Natural History and then got immediate entrance or a ticket for later in the day. Where it could improve - there are only a couple of attractions that can be booked in advance, such as Empire State, and you cannot book others such as Top of the Rock or One World Observatory which means that if you turn up on a busy day you have to visit the attraction, line up up just to book a ticket for several hours later that day. Additionally when I did try to book a timed ticket for Empire State Building on the website the dates did not work properly. I wanted to book 5th August and when I entered this date it then jumped forward 2 months to 5th October! So I didn't book this - but phoned the helpline number (which is not easy to locate!!) and spoke to a very helpful person who booked us in over the phone for the Empire State Building. Bear in mind if you do book in advance online for Empire State Building you can only book tickets to visit the main 86th viewing floor which is great - but if you want to book the extra visit to the 102nd floor you cannot do this when booking in advance via the Sightseeing Pass - you can pay extra for this when you arrive at Empire State Building IF they have slots available and sadly they did not have any free slots when we visited. Ultimately it works better with museums than it does with something where you want to book a timed slot in advance such as an observation deck visit. Overall though it worked ok and saved us money.

The worst waste of money ever
We're gonna report sightseeing for failure to comply with the services. This is our fifth day with the card and we have not been able to exchange or enjoy the services that require a prior booking. The app interface doesn't work and the web doesn't solve the problem. We have written two times without answer. Definitively the worst wasted money in my whole life. We tried to find the offices of Sightseeing in the address of Manhattan that appears in the web but is a ghost company that doesn’t exist anywhere.

Be careful if buying a pass
Brought a 5 day pass wanted to go to the met museum to do so you need to go to the sightseeing pass office on 8 avenue but it's not there any more. I've emailed a number of times to try and get tickets but never get a reply. I will now go back to my bank to reclaim my ticket money back as its just a scam. This company is very had to contact.

    Great day out
Used Citypass to get tickets, arrived at the meeting point a few mins before departure time. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bus was very clean with air conditioning, driver was very good. Woodbury commons is a great place, well worth a visit to escape from the chaos of central Manhattan. Very casual place and great deals in all shops available

Serious disruption suffered by Sightseeing Pass in New York, last August 1st, with the NYC Guided Premium Bus.
This is the third time that i write about a serious disservice that i suffered by Sightseeing Pass in New York, together with my wife and my two friends. I had booked a Guided NYC Premium Bus for August 1st, at 9:30 am, meeting point in front of the Starbucks on 47th street and 8th avenue, booking 6B4VBXTX. Well, we waited in vain until 10:30 and no means of transport (bus, car, pick up or other) ever arrived to pick us up. I called the number indicated several times (+1 800 669 0051), but no one ever answered me. I even walked to the Sightseeing Pass location listed on the site (150 W 46th St., Suite 505 New York, NY 10036), but the lady who runs a place at 150W of 46th street replied that the Sightseeing Pass office was not there. Truly an absurd and disheartening experience, which demonstrated to me the lack of professionalism and seriousness of Sightseeing Pass. I hope that at least this time my report will not be ignored as happened on the morning of August 1st and 2st, when i wrote to Sightseeing Pass without receiving any response.

Poor customer service, uninterested when there are issues with their service - look elsewhere!
I’d recommend looking at other options if visiting New York. We had 2 x 6 attraction passes, but when we tried to use the last pass each, the app wouldn’t work, nor would the website. We emailed The Sightseeing Pass, but 48hrs later no response. Once we got home, they finally nailed back, but were not interested. Shame as we missed out on our last attraction, and took the shine off an otherwise lovely holiday.

Doesn't work / not worth it
I want to warn you about our terrible experience using this service over the last 10 days. The failures in communication and execution ruined a very rare and expensive trip for my family, and I strongly advise against using this service until drastic improvements are made. We purchased four 10-day passes and encountered major issues: Ambiguity in Pass Usage: The website is unclear about how the day passes work. It suggests that you can use the pass on any day before it expires, but this is not the case. Nowhere does it mention that the days must be contiguous. Before purchasing, I called customer service and was told, "yes, you can use it ANY day." This misinformation led us to plan our 14-day trip incorrectly, resulting in the loss of 2 days (20% of the value) of our pass and at least $600 in additional expenses. We wasted round-trip train tickets to Boston totaling $534, incurred a hotel cancellation fee, and missed key attractions. Technical Issues and Assumptions: The service assumes users will always have quality cell service and fast internet, which is not true in many locations in New York City. Specific issues include: - The "Manage My Bookings" page rarely worked. Verification codes expire too quickly, causing confusion. - Excessive customer service wait times with poor connection quality. - The pass was not accepted at all locations, with some attractions turning us away. - The pass site took much longer to use compared to other passes, causing embarrassment. - The one-hour restriction on pass re-use doesn't account for reservations. - Incorrect key information including but not limited to opening hours for several experiences. I don't know what's going on or how they've gotten any decent reviews. But, try another service until you see a flood of improved reviews here.

    BEWARE OF FRAUD !!
BEWARE OF FRAUD!!! Hello! We bought “4 sightseeing passes for 6 attractions” on July 13th. The provider has a huge problem with bookings on their website. I wanted to book a time slot on August 2nd at 6:30 p.m. for the Empire State Building on their homepage - and lo and behold - you can't book it, because on their homepage, when you click on August 2nd and want to select the time, October 2nd suddenly appears! Of course, I can't make a reservation because then we'll definitely have a problem at the ESB and won't get in. —> It doesn't matter which attraction you want to book on their homepage - it always says October instead of August. I can also send screenshots and a video as proof - nothing has changed at all since July 13th and this sightseeing pass company hasn't responded to emails (info@sightseeingpass.com)! The provider wrote back once (on July 13th) and asked if they should book the day and time we wanted for us - since then there has been radio silence! Other than that, we only got one automated email back saying we should wait - because we get an answer between 24 and 48 hours anyway. Twice as long has passed...and they just don't get back to us...I've already written lots of emails... Best wishes

Disappointed: Have I Lost My Money? Is This a Scam?
I purchased my Flex Pass for 6 attractions in January. We arrived on July 3rd and successfully used the pass for the hop-on hop-off bus. However, when we proceeded to the Top of the Rock, we were informed that the pass had expired. This is quite surprising and concerning as we are here until July 9th and have invested a significant amount of money in this pass. I mailed Sightseeing Pass but still no answer . I want an urgently reset my pass so we can fully enjoy the remaining attractions.

    Unreliable- Don’t waste your money
I would not recommend purchasing this pass. My family and I each purchased the FLEX 5 pass, based on 5 activities we wanted to do. We read all the information/blackout slots the app and website provided. We were unable to use two of our activities that we specifically planned for, as the app states these places were open for sightseeing pass holders, when they weren’t. The app also continuously CHANGED the blackout dates for certain activities the day of the blackout. Extremely disappointed, as we wasted a ton of money with this pass. Save yourself the trouble and purchase a more reliable pass with a different company. I reached out for support from this company, and they have yet to get back to me.

I purchased the sightseeing pass in advanced just to find out there's attractions on there that caught my eye of interest for an adventure for the family that are no longer available. It will take 7-10 business days to get an answer as to if my pass can be altered and if I can receive a partial refund. My vacation will be done and over by the time I get a response. Thank goodness I learn from my mistakes and I will Never purchase something like this again. Then I found out the price of some of the attraction tickets are more than what the actual attraction is selling them for. This is crazy. Not only false advertising but also over charging.

The helicopter ride was an AWESOME experience. Everyone loved it and the people at MaxFlight Helicopter were amazing! Same can be said for WonderWorks, our group of 2 adults and 4 teenage boys (ages 13-17) all enjoyed themselves. The 4 hours there went by fast. Again, amazing staff and great experience. Be prepared to pay for parking, our 4 hours was $7.
So why the low rating? Because we planned to do a helicopter ride and they can be found cheap in Orlando. But when we saw this deal and could add on zip lining plus one other experience, we were sold. Only to find out that Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Lining does not accept the pass. They got the manager involved, and called the owner (his brother) and he denied us entry but offered 25% off. Again, wouldn't have gotten the pass if zip lining wasn't included, would've just stuck with helicopter tour and go to Fun Spot like the boys asked.

Purchased the Orlando Flex Pass - note this is not a hop on hop off typical narrated trolley - it is only a transportation shuttle along roads/areas and malls on and near International Blvd in Orlando. We found out that we should of got the Flex Pass Card at the I-Drive Nascar Experience first as we had trouble using our paper form of the pass card at 3 different venues.....also, be aware that the restaurant portions on the flex pass are considered as an attraction and counts as one of your 3 attractions - other than that it is good value for the $$ and gets you out and about to the touristy things!
