Worst experience EVER! Shuttle bus with a trailer hitch pulls up, puts your bags in the trailer. The driver announces on the bus after everyones luggage is loaded up,"When we get to the ship terminal no one gets off the bus until the bags are unloaded." We had 3 terminals to stop at and mine was the 3rd. When I got off 1 of my bags was missing, the driver insisted I left it at the hotel. A very nice gentleman intervened and told the driver he saw that bag being put on the trailer. It turns out the driver put my bag the wrong ship. We could not go on our cruise all of documents were in that bag.

I could not believe it when I got picked up in an old dirty van with a trailer for luggage at the airport to the hotel. Regret chosing this company! It was recommended through Beachside Hotel and Suites. Shame on them! Had also booked transfer to cruise ship. When I saw a white bus with another trailer, I called an uber. Expect this in a third world country and I never saw that! Took a chance from the ship to airport since it was already paid for. Finally a nice clean van! Do not recommend this company!! Not much class! The only good thing was the drivers were nice. Never again!

These guys were great! WE had a large group and it was handled efficiently and everyone was super friendly and helpful. THey took care of our luggage and a wheelchair for us .The bus was so clean and the drivers were on point.I will definitely use them when we come for our next cruise

We used this transportation company for our trip to Port Canaveral.We booked a round trip ...It was a great decision.On time..clean and helpful. Besides our drivers Rhet and John we terrific and took us directly to porters.STRESS FREE!!!!

A group of us were transported to and from the port terminal to go on a cruise in April 2024. We had the friendliest and most helpful guys that made our trip so rewarding!! The bus was clean and very comfortable to ride in and the guys took gentle care of our luggage. Kudos to John and Rhet for all the professionalism and courtesy that they displayed while transporting our group.

I'm so glad we chose BEACHLINE.Our drivers we awesome both trips.John was early the morning of our cruise..took great care of our group, handles all our luggage including 2 wheelchairs and got us to our ship and dropped us off with the porters..EASY!!! Rhet picked us up at the port for our return timely and delivered us to our destination and helped everyone with their luggage.They took all the stress and worry out of our hands..I will for sure call them again.

Beach Line was awesome. From pick up at the hotel to the port. And pick up and return to Sanford airport. Rick kept in touch on when he would arrive at the port. Rick went above and beyond when I realized I left my sunglasses on the shuttle. I cannot recommend them enough. On time, courteous. Will use them again when in the area!

Super friendly! They picked us up at our hotel and took us to our cruise ship. When we got back they were right where they told us they'd be to pick us up! Highly recommend using them if doing a cruise.

We were a family party of 4 traveling from Orlando to Port Canaveral. We used Beach Line Transportation for the airport to hotel overnight stay and to the cruise port the next day. They were timely and efficient. No waiting or confusion on where to meet. On our return trip, we had a change in plans due to a minor emergency and they were very understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

LOTS OF FINE PRINT-and they don’t budge. We booked this 3rd party, DO NOT DO THIS! If you have to cancel anything they will refund NOTHING. When we cancelled we were unable to keep our transportation reservation even though we just cancelled the hotel reservation. And they told us upon arrival they wouldn’t transport us-but they were so disorganized they forgot they told us they wouldn’t take us to the airport and took us anyway. Beth was the best part-nicest lady ever!

Beachline gave us excellent communication. We used their service from MCO to our hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. We received phone calls or text messages letting us know the status of our shuttle. The drivers were courteous and very helpful. We could not have asked for better service.

I prepaid ($224.05) for round trip transportation for 6 people from Orlando airport to our hotel and then on 2/20 from the Port Canaveral Cruiseport to Orlando Airport through Groupon. On the morning of 2/13 I called to confirm the morning of our pick up airport because it said they would call the day before to confirm and I didn't hear anything. They didn't know anything about reservation, but they "found it". So when arrived at Orlando airport there was a van there to take us to the hotel. The driver was very nice. But then on 2/20 as we were getting of the cruiseship I called Beach Line Transportation to ask where they would pick us up and they said they didn't have us down for a round trip and if we wanted them to take us to the airport it would be $135.00 ($22.50 per person). I explained I paid for round trip and they stated they only had me down for one way. I paid them the $135 to get to the airport because we had a flight to catch and I didn't know of anyother way to get to the airport. So inessence we paid $37.35 one way and $22.50 the other way?????Same distance. Ripped off. With the Groupon it should of been $18.67 person. I contacted Groupon and Beach Line Transportation and both are blaming each other. Neither would help. I wouldn't use them again. Even the form you fill out to make the reservation and get the quote asks you for round trip information. Which I filled out with our arrival date, flight and time then our destination and then the return date, flight, time and pick up drop off location, so they knew I was looking for round trip transportation. Buyer beware.

Cruised out of Port Cancaveral on the NCL Escape in December. Wasn't sure what to expect but the service was quick and clean

This has to be the worse hotel I have ever stayed at in 50 YEARS! And I’m still here! If I could leave I would. The place has to be 50 years old & you can tell they continually painted over the old paint. The smell in the room was horrible. We checked in to our upgraded “suite” and got this 2 room, very dated dump. We faced the building next to us (10’ away). The furniture was from the 60’s. The tv (Direct) kept dropping off! The towels were paper thin & only 1 per person! Had to ask for more! Was told when we checked in for our 3 night stay for our Marine Corps Vietnam Veterans reunion that no housekeeping will b provided! Covid? Couldn’t tell me that when I reserved the room? And on top of all this they want to charge me $10.00 to park each night! Are u kidding? I WILL NEVER STAY AT A RADISSON AGAIN! Don’t you!

I have continually reached out to Go Port for a refund as a result of our NCL Cruise being cancelled on March 14, 2020. All the cruises shut down but I was in Port Canaveral ready to stay overnight, including car parking during the cruise and transfers to/from the hotel to the pier. I called on 3/13 and cancelled. The package was prepaid. I got an email that they received my refund request. I sent massive emails and letters looking for a refund but no response. I even opened an inquiry with the BBB who responded that they advised Go Port to refund my monies. STILL NOTHING! How can a company keep monies for services not received? It's a New Year and I am going to get everything owe to me and Go Port is on the top of the list!
