Grayson is awesome! Other than watching what we saw on television we didn't know what to expect. Grayson is patient and very knowledgeable with his equipment and the history of our investigation. Grayson it was a pleasure and a great experience and we for sure shall book another tour with you as soon as we can! Hopefully we'll get to speak with "Ed" and "Edna" once more :D

Excellent tour, I will absolutely be recommending this to my friends. I came across After Dark Investigations in a pretty unconventional way - life just takes you to some weird places and those tend to be the best adventures. Last night Grayson was our group's guide - he was super cool, super professional, introduced a whole bunch of gear that I didn't even know existed, and was very straightforward and honest throughout the entire evening. I haven't listened to the audio yet but even if there's nothing too spooky on our recordings, the experience was still worth the time, money, and energy (& bug spray). I'm a Jax native and absolutely will be suggesting ADI's services as a thing for friends to just DO as a group or as something my out-of-state family can do when they visit.

This was our second investigation and it far out exceeded our expectations. Please know this is a real investigation, there no theatrical nonsense, we had Grayson and this guide is absolutely amazing, he knows so much about the history and the equipment that we were able to go right into a solid investigation. I truly can’t say enough about him! He continually offer more and different things to investigate with. Really if you’re looking to have a real investigation with real interactions then this is your tour. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to experience a real investigation. We had an awesome experience using spirit boxes, rem pods, and other equipment we have never had the opportunity to use before. We even encountered a ghost with a hankering for gummy bears, an experience to not soon be forgotten. Grayson was leading the investigation and he helped make ghost encounters fun and exciting!

Grayson was the best! Being investigators ourselves we really enjoyed working along side with him. We even heard from a deceased family member, which was not expected at all! Great evening! Will do it again next time we're in that area.

We booked this private investigation with Grayson. It was great! It’s not a ghost tour, but rather an actual paranormal investigation. Grayson is great, super professional, extremely helpful, and has a lot of equipment. He educates you on the equipment, then will help lead the investigation or let you do it on your own. He then sends you all the audio recordings from the evening with special parts cut individually. This was super fun! We caught some very clear audio and had a fun time doing it. I highly recommend this if you truly want to get one-on-one assistance from an investigator with great equipment! Price is also comparable to a larger group investigation.

Grayson was an amazing host. The night was somewhat slow but his gear was exceptional and his knowledge vast. He walked us through so many things and made our experience worth every penny. We had some audio where the ghosts actually said my name and my job title which he and i discussed while at the first location. He captured it on audio and emailed it to me. I loved the ability to try out different paranormal devices. I really enjoyed the intimacy of this small group setting. Our tour guide Grayson was extremely knowledgeable and such a joy to learn from. We all could really tell he enjoys his job and enjoyed teaching us how to explore the paranormal. There were no theatrics and no scripts.

Grayson was a fantastic guide and my friends and I had a great time during our investigation. I highly recommend this to anyone who is really interested in connecting with/contacting spirits. It's definitely the real deal and not a scripted/fabricated experience. We would love to investigate again!

This was such a cool and unique experience. If you are interested in the paranormal and the spookier side of St Augustine, this is a really cool way to experience it. Grayson was our guide and he was amazing. No gimmicks or tricks. I had never done anything like this but Grayson was super helpful and informative. If you're looking for something different, this is it!

Unfortunately my investigation was cancelled. I understand things hapoen. But I'm giving 5 stars anyway because they were very honest and upfront with me and refunded my full payment promptly. I will use them again if the occasion arises. You can definitely trust them.
