Loved the perspective on the history and the tales that were told. You can tell that a lot of time was put in to craft a unique tour. If you like to support small businesses that have a personal touch, this is tour is a must.

Charlie was amazing! He was soooo information and gave us the dark history, legends, folk lore, and common lies told by other tours. It was a long tour which is great. It didn't feel rushed. He also included us in the tour by showing us how some executions were done and asking us questions. Our group was small which made it feel really personal. Its an incredible value compared to the rushed $35, 90 mimute tours commonly found in the area. We were told incredible stories with personal paranormal encouters completed with photo proof for 2.5 hours. Be prepare to WALK though. You get to see some incredible sites with great detail and captivating story telling. If you're looking for the right tour THIS is it.

We had so much fun! We loved the information and it felt like they were pulling us into the story with them. It was my little sisters 21st birthday and it’s ALL SHE WANTED and she was NOT disappointed! Already talking about booking another soon! It was a lot of walking but the beautiful sights made it soooo worth it! We hadn’t been to St. Augustine in a while as a family and this really just made the trip!

There are a multitude of options for ghost tours in the city, but I honestly don't think one could be better than this. Or guide, Charlie, was well versed in the history of St Augustine and its many stories, but more importantly, was very personable and engaging. He was willing (and able) to answer any questions our small group had and added a certain flair throughout the 2 hours that seemed to fly by. Our children, ages 15 and 11 attended the tour with my wife and I. We understood going in that some of the content may be a bit on the mature side, but Charlie went out of his way to make sure we were okay with them hearing the story anytime there was something even remotely pg-13 involved. That said, the tour was very family-friendly and my 11 year old had a great time on her first ever ghost tour. Can't recommend this experience enough.

We loved the tour. Charlie was a great guide and we learned many aspects of St. A history. The locations were varied so we got to see a lot. I would definitely recommend this tour.

My first introduction to St. Augustine and it was a memorable one. Beautiful architecture and rich history though quite gorry. Tour guide told multiple versions of each story and what's the most plausible one. I didn't have a ride home so he offered me a ride home. I learned my way around old town from this tour.

Nicholas was super knowledgeable on all the history of the town and knew how to entertain while on our ghost tour! Super cool tour we enjoyed it the whole time!
